Description

This charming, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 4 across a king bed and a queen bed. This condo is located in the heart of Dillon and features a balcony with seating to enjoy the beautiful mountain views. La Riva Del Lago location puts guests just minutes from multiple world-class ski resorts. Guests can also walk to nearby restaurants, Dillon Marina or take advantage of the bike path. The free Summit Stage has multiple stops nearby that runs to Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge and Copper Mountain so you can hit the slopes in no time.

Upon entry, guests will find themselves in the open concept kitchen, dining, and living area. The full-size updated kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and comfortable bar seating to enjoy a home cooked meal. It also features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Additionally this kitchen includes household favorites that include a toaster, coffee maker, and a full size microwave. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the balcony, this unit is stocked with a drip coffee maker. The dining area seats four, with four additional seats at the breakfast bar.

The living area offers gorgeous views of mountains and cozy furnishings. Warm up by the gas fireplace and watch a movie, as the snow falls, on the Smart TV. There is plenty of room for the whole family to spread out and the couch hosts a great area for family game nights. The balcony, located behind the living area, offers outdoor seating, and sweeping mountain and park views.

The primary suite is located upstairs and features a king-sized bed, ceiling fan, and flatscreen TV. Enjoy mountain views from the sitting balcony. The en suite bathroom features a double sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The guest bedroom is off the entry area and features a queen-sized bed. The guest bedroom also offers a clothing dresser, closet, ceiling fan, and flatscreen TV. The guest bathroom is right down the hall. It has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. In addition, near the entryway is the private washer and dryer.

La Riva Del Lago guests can park two cars in the secured garage. There is also a storage closet for storing gear, and elevator for guest use to access this rental.

Do not underestimate the value of covered parking to avoid the time and misery of scraping off and warming up your car on a frigid, snowy morning when you're just itching to get to the lift ahead of the crowd. This place has enclosed, secure, underground parking - what a luxury! Upstairs suite is spacious, comfortable & well appointed - worth the walk up. Downstairs room and connected bath also very nice. Views of the adjoining park/ballfield/ playground are also charming for watching dog-walkers, families, joggers and activities against the mountain backdrop. Seems like the owners care about the place and the guests who are staying there. All Good!

Second stay here!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Comfortable and had everything we needed, clean and well maintained. Beautiful views and quiet at the end of September in this particular area. We rode the train in Leadville to see the Aspen trees and also drove to Aspen, CO and took a shuttle to Maroon Bells. We hiked on some nice trails near Breckenridge. Enjoyed a latte from Dillon Coffee Lab nearby and walked near reservoir. We stayed away from Georgetown area on the weekend because of the "leaf peepers" that caused a temporary shut down of the exit off I-70. There are many other areas to go see the changing fall foliage other than in Georgetown and the mountain pass near there. There is no longer a hot tub available to use at this property. I'm not sure the listing has been updated with that information.

Perfect small group ski trip

We snowboarded Keystone, Breckenridge, and Vail, but this is a great spot for any of the Summit county ski resorts. Clean, comfortable, with a cool view of the park.

Overlooking the beautiful Dillon Town Park, this condo has two nice sized bedrooms and two spacious bathrooms. The deck is tight but with mountain views from the living room/kitchen, you feel like you are outside in those spaces. Nice to have a grill on the deck as well. The couch in the living room is large and could accomodate our family of 4 comfortably. 2 garage parking spots was key as we arrived separately in 2 cars. Easy walk to Dillon Amphitheater which is a fun place to watch a show or just hang out. Property management was attentive and check-in and check-out procedures were simple. The hot tub was out of order which was a bummer but we know those things happen. We can't wait to stay here again!

The deck is tight but with mountain views from the living room/kitchen, you feel like you are outside in those spaces. Nice to have a grill on the deck as well. Great location and mountain views in a quiet environment

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo is in great shape! We enjoyed the view of the mountains from the living room windows and balcony. The location was ideal being pretty close to 70. We traveled to Breckenridge, Mt. Blue Sky and Idaho Springs, Vail, and Loveland Pass to name a few. Sapphire Point Overlook has a great little trail and beautiful views of Dillon Reservoir. We even returned there at night to look at the stars. The Dillon Amphitheater was not open yet but it would have been a very convenient walk to and from a concert or other event.

Great Location, Excellent Value

We had a lovely stay. This place had everything we needed for our ski weekend. I would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends.

Dillon Condo

Good location and layout of the condo...a couple of suggestions: Check out procedure/check list should be posted in the property (on the frig?). More shampoo/conditioner (1.5 oz was all) should be provided. Kitchen utensils and pots & pans were adequate and comprehensive. Hot tub great. Couch(s) need an upgrade. Desk is first floor bedroom ready to fall over...could not use safely. Drain in bathtub of second floor bedroom drained slowly. fire alarm chirped throughout the last night

Great central location

Great location. Nice two bedroom two bath. Loved the garage to be able to thaw out after a cold winter day. It would have been nice if the elevator had worked but other than that great stay.
