This is a great space and the view is amazing. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and looking at the lake and mountains. The bathroom had a beautiful shower and strong water pressure. The kitchen had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice little place for a getaway, directly across from the Dillon Amphitheater I could see this place being excellent in the warmer months for concerts etc... The bed was one of the most comfy ones I've slept in (outside of my own of course.)

Had a great experience. There were a couple of things that needed attention when we arrived but they went above and beyond in making sure our stay went well. I recommend them with out reservation. The view was wonderful and made getting up in the morning a treat. The kitchen is well appointed and we love to cook so it was great for us. Plenty of room for four. No hesitation recommending.

Place is great! Right next to lake Dillon and a great location in Summit county. I would stay again. Only complaint is a 4:30 checkin seems pretty late.

I have stayed at a few different condos in the area and this is the first complex that advertised a hot tub AND it was operational during my stay! That was a big plus for me after previous failed attempts for that amenity. The condo was well laid out, easy to share with a friend, and enough room for our down days where we just hung out and watched movies. The location is close to walking trails by the marina and only 10ish min from Keystone which is my preferred ski area. Local places to eat and drink are also easily accessible by a walk or short drive. The place stayed warm and cozy without having to make adjustments to the heater, which in some of these condos had proved difficult in the past as well. So kudos for having that be easy for a guest! Definitely suggested for other travelers! Negatives for me but might not matter to others: 1. Bed in bedroom and murphy bed were too soft. I had to dig myself out of craters during the night and ended up with a sore neck and back many times. I prefer a firm matress, so again this might not be a problem for others. My friend put the murphy bed on the floor which helped but she had the same issue. 2. The kitchen was not as well stocked as I've seen in other places. There was enough there for minimal cooking (eggs in the morning) but not for creating bigger meals for dinner. Maybe a few more pans, and a way to vent while cooking. We set up a fan at the back door to clear the room while doing pan seared pork.

Summit County Mountain Retreats staff

I have stayed at a few different condos in the area and this is the first complex that advertised a hot tub AND it was operational during my stay! That was a big plus for me after previous failed attempts for that amenity. The condo was well laid out, easy to share with a friend, and enough room for our down days where we just hung out and watched movies. The location is close to walking trails by the marina and only 10ish min from Keystone which is my preferred ski area. Local places to eat and drink are also easily accessible by a walk or short drive. The place stayed warm and cozy without having to make adjustments to the heater, which in some of these condos had proved difficult in the past as well. So kudos for having that be easy for a guest! Definitely suggested for other travelers! Negatives for me but might not matter to others: 1. Bed in bedroom and murphy bed were too soft. I had to dig myself out of craters during the night and ended up with a sore neck and back many times. I prefer a firm matress, so again this might not be a problem for others. My friend put the murphy bed on the floor which helped but she had the same issue. 2. The kitchen was not as well stocked as I've seen in other places. There was enough there for minimal cooking (eggs in the morning) but not for creating bigger meals for dinner. Maybe a few more pans, and a way to vent while cooking. We set up a fan at the back door to clear the room while doing pan seared pork.

OMG, the view from there is absolutely amazing. I could have sat on that outdoor patio for days!. The kitchen was big enough and well equipped. Plenty of space never felt cramped. Walking distance to trails and a couple of restaurants. I would absolutely stay here again

As older travelers we really appreciated the recliners and reclining sofa (my husband can't sleep in a flat bed any more). Kitchen is well equipped--baked bread twice. And, it was really nice to have the gas grill on the deck. We want to visit again and bring our dog.

Condo was right off the lake near the ampitheater. Had live music Friday and Saturday that we could listen to right from the back porch. Located close to shops and restaurants and very convenient to stores/highways to access other areas. Clean property, nice pool/clubhouse. Would definitely stay here again.

Located close to shops and restaurants and very convenient to stores/highways to access other areas. Clean property, nice pool/clubhouse. Would definitely stay here again.

Went up to lake Dillon for a Concert at the Amphitheater and was able to enjoy both nights. First night we listened from the porch and enjoyed the light show then the next night we walked across the street to the concert. Great Experience!

Condo was right off the lake near the ampitheater. Had live music Friday and Saturday that we could listen to right from the back porch. Located close to shops and restaurants and very convenient to stores/highways to access other areas. Clean property, nice pool/clubhouse. Would definitely stay here again.
