This newly renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, top-floor condo sleeps 5 across a king bed and a queen over twin bunk bed. This cozy condo is located just across the street from the Lake Dillon Marina and overlooks the Dillon Amphitheater with sweeping views of the lake and front range mountains. There are many nearby stops for the local Summit Stave bus service which runs to Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, and Copper Mountain. This vacation rental also includes access to the shared Lake Cliffe Condo Complex amenities including indoor and year-round pool and hot tub, outdoor sitting area, hammocks, horseshoe court, and a shared laundry facility. Come experience Dillon and enjoy the Rockies! Enjoy luxury renovations throughout that include updated bathrooms and a kitchen.

The living area provides a spacious and cozy gathering space, complete with a Smart TV, a gas fireplace with stone surround, beautiful mountain and lake views, and board games. The private balcony is just off the living area with outdoor furniture.

The full-sized, updated kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, ample space, and is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. The dining area comfortably seats four people and there is additional seating for two at the breakfast bar.

The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, a Smart TV, and great light from the large window. The in-unit laundry can be accessed from the primary bedroom. The refreshed en suite bathroom is fully updated with a shower and granite countertops. For your convenience, both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

In the guest bedroom, you will find a queen over twin bunk bed, Smart TV, and another en suite bathroom. The updated bathroom features a shower/tub combination and a water room for added privacy.

Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking.

STARTING APRIL 2026: The HOA will begin Phase 2 of the clubhouse remodel, including upgrades to the workout facility and pool deck resurfacing. For safety, the pool and clubhouse may be temporarily closed at times over the next 3–4 months. This project is tentatively scheduled to be completed by August 1, 2026.

**Ultra-premium Linens and Ivory White Bedding** Our ultra-premium linens feature oversized towels and high quality bed linens that have a subtle satin stripe pattern for a look of elegance. The ivory white bedding showcases a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Featuring an uncompromising and industry leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after every guest.

To book this vacation rental, the reservation must be made for 2 or more nights, if your reservation is less than 2 nights you will be contacted to either extend or cancel. We had such a wonderful mountain getaway — exactly the kind of reset we were hoping for. This condo is very nicely appointed and has all the necessary appliances, kitchenware and paper supplies. The location is excellent and convenient with easy accessibility to several stores, restaurants, towns and ski resorts. The amphitheater concerts can be enjoyed from the balcony. We loved the property. Even though it's a little dated on the outside, it's spacious, clean and fully equipped. I like how the bedrooms each have their own bathroom. Dillon is not the greatest location for excellent food, in my opinion, so it was nice to have a fully stocked, clean kitchen. We loved the beautiful view and the comfortable seating. Wonderful stay!

Our family loved everything about this condo. It was clean, had everything we needed and is in an amazing location. We’d definitely stay here again. Communication was great as well. The only issue we had was the wash machine needs cleaning. It was quite musty.

Great place in a great location for our needs

This unit was perfect for our needs with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths for our family of 4. It was clean, with good amenities, great view, and in a good central location. We enjoyed the games, the ability of doing laundry onsite, and having a full kitchen for breakfast. We had a small issue arise early evening and was able to get it resolved fairly quickly through onsite management. We enjoyed our stay and would look to stay there again on out next ski trip out to summit county.

It is an excellent place and a fantastic location

We take a yearly vacation with friends and decided to stay in Dillon this year. It was perfect. Close to ski resorts - Keystone 13 minutes, Breck 25 minutes, and Vail 35 minutes. Many restaurants, stores, etc., are very close. We will stay here again. Loved it.

Great Little Spot

We ran up for a quick snowboard session at Copper. This place is clean, comfortable, quiet, super convenient to numerous resorts, had great views of the lake and reasonably priced, all things considered in the area. There is no doubt we'd stay here again, probably numerous times through the season.

Great views!

We stayed at this place to make base and travel to Vail and Aspen. It’s a good middle stop with a great view. Just be aware of the two stories by stairs. Thin air will make it look like a challenge!

Beautiful Comfortable Condo

We were very pleased with this updated condo. It was spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. The king-sized bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable. From the balcony we had a great view of the lake and enjoyed watching the sailboats in the evenings.

Grandkids Ski Spring Break 2024

Very efficient property layout for a small family. Very well appointed. Third floor is a bit of an effort after a day of skiing but manageable. Met the four, two adults, two kids, of our needs. Great access to the slopes, restaurants, grocery store, etc. Would rent again.

This condo was a great place to stay! It was clean, had cookware and extra towels/linens, and a great view. I would definitely stay here again! One thing to note is that it is on the 3rd story so be prepared for stairs.

An Excellent Choice for Dillon

The unit has been beautifully upgraded. Lake Cliffe is a very nice development. The owners are taking good care of the facilities. We stayed in two different units for a family gathering and both were well kept and well appointed. This unit gets added kudos for the washer/dryer. Not all units in Lake Cliffe have them in-unit.

One of the best airbnbs we have stayed at! Went to a concert right across the street at Dillon Amphitheater (which you can see from the balcony) and it was super convenient. We even sat on the balcony and listened to another concert the second night! Highly recommend spending a bit extra to stay here-it was worth it!
