Property was super clean and a great location. The view from the balcony of Lake Dillon and the mountains was amazing. If you prefer to cook in instead of going out, all the needed pots and pans are in the kitchen. There is a full size washer and dryer so no need to overpack like we did. Communication was great and left no questions. If we are ever fortunate enough to be in this area again, we will DEFINITELY book this condo again.

We were in Dillon to attend a performance at the amphitheater. If this is why YOU are going- look no further as it does not get better than this location to WALK across the street to the venue. If you are going to Dillon for any other reason- look no further than this location as the view is spectacular of the lake and mountains from the balcony! The condo is on the third floor- so figure that one detail in to your plans- however the floorplan is generous in size, clean, updated, well laid out and there was nothing we looked for that wasn't there in place for our use. The primary room has a great mattress and ensuite with walk in shower. The secondary bedroom has a queen bed on bottom, full on top bunk bed with ensuite. Our stay was my husband and I only but I loved having our own bathrooms. The host company checked in with me pre-arrival, just after arrival, during my stay and on my way out. I appreciated this attention as it is not common in vacation rentals- they were great. The unit did not have ac- we knew that going in- but was not an issue as there are ceiling fans as well as free standing and the unit had great air flow. Might be hot if you hit just the right summer month- but was fine during our stay. I would definately 100% return to this rental. Parking was a breeze as well!!!

This unit was perfect for our needs with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths for our family of 4. It was clean, with good amenities, great view, and in a good central location. We enjoyed the games, the ability of doing laundry onsite, and having a full kitchen for breakfast. We had a small issue arise early evening and was able to get it resolved fairly quickly through onsite management. We enjoyed our stay and would look to stay there again on out next ski trip out to summit county.

We take a yearly vacation with friends and decided to stay in Dillon this year. It was perfect. Close to ski resorts - Keystone 13 minutes, Breck 25 minutes, and Vail 35 minutes. Many restaurants, stores, etc., are very close. We will stay here again. Loved it.

Communication from the management company was timely and complete with respect to access and area. There was an issue with missing parking passes that never got resolved. This caused stress because our cars could have been towed, which would have impacted the short trip significantly. At one point we were told to just "not worry about it" and things would probably be fine. That was not a great message.

We ran up for a quick snowboard session at Copper. This place is clean, comfortable, quiet, super convenient to numerous resorts, had great views of the lake and reasonably priced, all things considered in the area. We stayed at this place to make base and travel to Vail and Aspen. It’s a good middle stop with a great view. Just be aware of the two stories by stairs. Thin air will make it look like a challenge!

We were very pleased with this updated condo. It was spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. The king-sized bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable. From the balcony we had a great view of the lake and enjoyed watching the sailboats in the evenings.

The condo's location is a perfect homebase to explore the surrounding areas. We cooked almost every meal in the well appointed kitchen. Morning coffee and am evening drink on the balcony overlooking the lake was good for the soul.The beds are very comfortable and the living room felt like home. We will be back.

We loved staying here and can’t wait to come back! One of the parking passes was missing upon check in and they were prompt at getting us a new one. There was no grill on the patio as advertised, but we had a wonderful stay nonetheless.

Very efficient property layout for a small family. Very well appointed. Third floor is a bit of an effort after a day of skiing but manageable. Met the four, two adults, two kids, of our needs. Great access to the slopes, restaurants, grocery store, etc. Would rent again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: In town to visit our son and ski for a few days we found this rental to be exactly what we wanted. Conveniently located to Keystone resort and a great place to relax all together after a long day on the slopes. Unit is on 3rd floor so climbing up and down on tired legs make sure you don’t forget anything! The unit itself is very nice, spacious with a wonderful view of the lake and lots of comfortable seating and a nice tv. It was spotless and had everything we needed (we cooked in one night and had take out another) Bring your own ice for beverages. Beds were comfortable with memory foam toppers and ample pillows. Plenty of towels, washcloths and toilet paper in each bath and travel size toiletries were provided. One “filter less” package of coffee (similar to a hotel) was provided which means you still need to bring coffee if you actually stay more than one night or make more than one pot. Small Keurig in the unit but you’ll need your own pods. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and found it to be a great value. FYI - hot tub is indoors in another building which requires a short walk outdoors. We would definitely stay again!

I came to Colorado to play in an outdoor pond hockey tournament that was supposed to be played on Lake Dillon. It was moved to Georgetown, about 25 miles away.. I enjoyed this centrally located condo so much that even though it’s kind of far from Georgetown , we will stay here again. Plenty of room for a family of five, all the amenities you could ever need, and breathtaking views of the mountains and lake. Very close to Frisco, Silverthorne and Breckenridge.

Reviewer Comments: The condo is in an older building, but the unit has been updated nicely and is perfectly located across from the reservoir and amphitheater. The 3rd floor location lends the unit some privacy and the views are fantastic. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are updated and clean. The condo could use more towels (only 4 bath towels in a unit that sleeps 4-5) and some beach towels for the clubhouse/hot tubs would have been nice. Also, we had trouble figuring out the coffee makers and kourig, and, contrary to the management company info, we had supply for only one morning. These issues weren't deal breakers, only suggestions for improvement for a new listing. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would consider the unit in the future.

The condo had all amenities we would need, even some we didn't think we would need. The views were very pretty, especially with the snow. There was a lot of communication prior and during our stay so we knew if we needed anything we would be covered. It was on the third floor so bringing skiis and gear was a little tiring but overall we really enjoyed our stay. Would recommend for sure.

The unit has been beautifully upgraded. Lake Cliffe is a very nice development. The owners are taking good care of the facilities. We stayed in two different units for a family gathering and both were well kept and well appointed. This unit gets added kudos for the washer/dryer. Not all units in Lake Cliffe have them in-unit.

One of the best airbnbs we have stayed at! Went to a concert right across the street at Dillon Amphitheater (which you can see from the balcony) and it was super convenient. We even sat on the balcony and listened to another concert the second night! Highly recommend spending a bit extra to stay here-it was worth it!
