Great location with a balcony view of Lake Dillon and the mountains. Clean, well appointed, and very comfy mattress. The gas fireplace was a bonus in the evenings. I highly recommend this property. Dillon and the surrounding areas offer great dining options, beautiful scenery, and plenty of outdoor activities.

We loved the property. Even though it's a little dated on the outside, it's spacious, clean and fully equipped. I like how the bedrooms each have their own bathroom. Dillon is not the greatest location for excellent food, in my opinion, so it was nice to have a fully stocked, clean kitchen. We loved the beautiful view and the comfortable seating. Wonderful stay!

Our family loved everything about this condo. It was clean, had everything we needed and is in an amazing location. We’d definitely stay here again. Communication was great as well. The only issue we had was the wash machine needs cleaning. It was quite musty.

We take a yearly vacation with friends and decided to stay in Dillon this year. It was perfect. Close to ski resorts - Keystone 13 minutes, Breck 25 minutes, and Vail 35 minutes. Many restaurants, stores, etc., are very close. We will stay here again. Loved it.

Communication from the management company was timely and complete with respect to access and area. There was an issue with missing parking passes that never got resolved. This caused stress because our cars could have been towed, which would have impacted the short trip significantly. At one point we were told to just "not worry about it" and things would probably be fine. That was not a great message.

We ran up for a quick snowboard session at Copper. This place is clean, comfortable, quiet, super convenient to numerous resorts, had great views of the lake and reasonably priced, all things considered in the area. There is no doubt we'd stay here again, probably numerous times through the season.

We stayed at this place to make base and travel to Vail and Aspen. It’s a good middle stop with a great view. Just be aware of the two stories by stairs. Thin air will make it look like a challenge!

We were very pleased with this updated condo. It was spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. The king-sized bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable. From the balcony we had a great view of the lake and enjoyed watching the sailboats in the evenings.

The condo's location is a perfect homebase to explore the surrounding areas. We cooked almost every meal in the well appointed kitchen. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: In town to visit our son and ski for a few days we found this rental to be exactly what we wanted. Conveniently located to Keystone resort and a great place to relax all together after a long day on the slopes. Unit is on 3rd floor so climbing up and down on tired legs make sure you don’t forget anything! The unit itself is very nice, spacious with a wonderful view of the lake and lots of comfortable seating and a nice tv. It was spotless and had everything we needed (we cooked in one night and had take out another) Bring your own ice for beverages. Beds were comfortable with memory foam toppers and ample pillows. Plenty of towels, washcloths and toilet paper in each bath and travel size toiletries were provided. One “filter less” package of coffee (similar to a hotel) was provided which means you still need to bring coffee if you actually stay more than one night or make more than one pot. Small Keurig in the unit but you’ll need your own pods. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and found it to be a great value. FYI - hot tub is indoors in another building which requires a short walk outdoors. We would definitely stay again!

I came to Colorado to play in an outdoor pond hockey tournament that was supposed to be played on Lake Dillon. It was moved to Georgetown, about 25 miles away.. I enjoyed this centrally located condo so much that even though it’s kind of far from Georgetown , we will stay here again. Plenty of room for a family of five, all the amenities you could ever need, and breathtaking views of the mountains and lake. Very close to Frisco, Silverthorne and Breckenridge.
