This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests with a queen bed in the primary bedroom and a twin-over-full bunk bed in the guest room—ideal for families or small groups. The unit is located right next to Lake Dillon, offering unbeatable access to the marina, the lakeside amphitheater (great for summer concerts), and scenic walking paths.

The cozy living area features plenty of seating for everyone, a warm fireplace, and a TV—great for relaxing after a day of adventure. Step out onto the private balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or evening drink with stunning views of the lake and surrounding mountains.

The upgraded kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to cook meals at home. There’s also a breakfast bar for casual dining, plus a dining table that seats four for sit-down meals or game nights.

The primary bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed and its own TV. The en-suite bathroom includes a walk-in shower and a private washer and dryer—super convenient for longer stays. The second bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed and a TV, making it a great space for kids or extra guests. There's a second full bathroom just down the hall, which also includes a combo washer/dryer.

Guests can also enjoy the shared hot tub in the complex—perfect for soaking sore muscles after skiing or hiking.

You’re just steps from Lake Dillon, walking distance to restaurants, cafes, and shops, and centrally located between three major ski resorts, making this an ideal year-round destination.

Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking.

STARTING APRIL 2026: The HOA will begin Phase 2 of the clubhouse remodel, including upgrades to the workout facility and pool deck resurfacing. For safety, the pool and clubhouse may be temporarily closed at times over the next 3–4 months. This project is tentatively scheduled to be completed by August 1, 2026.

Enjoy the luxury of a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Was a great spot in a great location!! The Dillon coffee lab and espresso bar up the street is amazing, as are several of the restaurants, within 40 mins of a lot of the big ski areas. It had everything we needed to make meals at home after busy days. Would stay again!

I like problems - they give an opportunity for service. The codes and emergency key for the lock did not work. When I called the responder didn't give me confidence it would get sorted in a timely manned, but it worked out. Everything else about the property was great.
