The full kitchen features modern stainless steel appliances and a convenient breakfast bar with seating for three, while the adjacent dining area comfortably seats four for meals or game nights. The spacious bedroom offers a plush queen bed, a cozy reading nook with a comfy couch, and ample closet space. The stylish bathroom includes a walk-in shower, a vanity with a lighted mirror, and an in-unit washer and dryer for added convenience. Guests also enjoy access to the complex clubhouse, complete with a pool and hot tubs—the perfect place to unwind after a day on the slopes or trails.

With the Dillon Amphitheater just steps away and world-class ski resorts like Keystone, Breckenridge, and Copper Mountain just a short drive away, this condo offers the ideal base for year-round mountain adventures.

Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking.

STARTING APRIL 2026: The HOA will begin Phase 2 of the clubhouse remodel, including upgrades to the workout facility and pool deck resurfacing. For safety, the pool and clubhouse may be temporarily closed at times over the next 3–4 months. This project is tentatively scheduled to be completed by August 1, 2026.

Accommodation met all expectations, which were high given the price point. Unbeatable location and super comfortable in every way. As a small negative, the unit imposed the irritating combination of latest check-in (5pm) and earliest check-out (10am) times I have ever encountered across years of many Airbnb stays. A standard 11 am checkout was offered morning of departure at added cost.

I'd find it difficult to sleep 4 people though. It is a one bedroom, with a queen bed.
