Check in process was difficult as I was given different times in emails vs texts. Housekeeping was still cleaning for the first 15minutes of our stay.- Reviewed On: 8/5/2026

We recently changed our standard check-in time from 4:30 to 4:00 PM, and unfortunately one of our automated templates was not updated, which resulted in the conflicting information you received. We sincerely apologize for the confusion. Your arrival also happened to fall on an unusually busy turnover day, with more than 100 back-to-back reservations due to a conference checking out and a festival checking in. While that doesn't excuse the delay, it did put significant pressure on our housekeeping team, and we're sorry they were still finishing up when you arrived. Accommodation met all expectations, which were high given the price point. Unbeatable location and super comfortable in every way. As a small negative, the unit imposed the irritating combination of latest check-in (5pm) and earliest check-out (10am) times I have ever encountered across years of many Airbnb stays. A standard 11 am checkout was offered morning of departure at added cost.- Reviewed On: 9/15/2025
