This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo sleeps 4 with a king bed and queen-sized sleeper sofa. It is ideally located in Lakeside Village so you’re just steps away from shops, restaurants and lake activities. Short walk from the Keystone Conference Center and a short shuttle ride to Keystone Resort. It offers beautiful mountain and lake views from the private balcony. Stainless steel appliances and a private garage. With parking very limited at Lakeshore, a garage is a true plus because not all units have garages. Guests of Lakeshore have access to the East Lake Clubhouse that features an indoor pool, hot tub and sauna.
The living area features a flat screen TV next to a gas fireplace and the picture frame window offers beautiful mountain and lake views. The sofa pulls out into a queen-sized bed and additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. The private balcony is just off the living area and overlooks Keystone Lake with mountain views beyond.
The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats four people. There is a quarter bathroom for guests with a single sink vanity. It also has an entrance to the primary bathroom. Bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.
The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The primary bathroom has a single sink vanity and a door separates the shower/tub combination and toilet area for added privacy.
(For additional sleeping options, air mattresses are available upon request for a small fee.)

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. The room furniture is dated but the appliances are new. Overall it's fine. Nice little balcony. The room is hot all the time so open the windows. We enjoyed our time. The apartment was cozy. The host were responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay with them again. The problems I had with check in instructions were not the host fault because the text leading me to the instructions was marked as spam by my phone. But it didn't help because I was unaware I was waiting for a text. It might be helpful to state that you'll receive a text once you book the room. If it was stated somewhere. This was our second time staying at the resort and it didn’t let us down. The only issue we had was the resort pool/hot tub was cooler than the previous year but after a brief message to the coordinator, a day later the pool/hot tub had been restored to the right temperature. We came for a conference and was pleasantly surprised by the condo. It is cozy and comfortable. It is literally across highway 6 from the conference center. It has a beautiful large window view of the Keystone Lake Ice Rink. All the amenities were provided from the bathroom to the bedroom to the kitchen. It is also a nicely quiet building. Nice Condo with beautiful views of the lake and mountains. Comfortable bed and sleeper sofa. Easy to walk to the convention center and free shuttle between resorts for those who do not want to or can walk.
