We enjoyed our time. The apartment was cozy. The host were responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay with them again. The problems I had with check in instructions were not the host fault because the text leading me to the instructions was marked as spam by my phone. But it didn't help because I was unaware I was waiting for a text. It might be helpful to state that you'll receive a text once you book the room. If it was stated somewhere. Well I apologize, I missed it.

This was our second time staying at the resort and it didn’t let us down. The only issue we had was the resort pool/hot tub was cooler than the previous year but after a brief message to the coordinator, a day later the pool/hot tub had been restored to the right temperature. Overall, whether you are traveling for skiing, food, or just a private getaway, this is an excellent place to stay at a reasonable price.

Very Good!

We came for a conference and was pleasantly surprised by the condo. It is cozy and comfortable. It is literally across highway 6 from the conference center. It has a beautiful large window view of the Keystone Lake Ice Rink. All the amenities were provided from the bathroom to the bedroom to the kitchen. It is also a nicely quiet building. We would rent this condo again!

Attended a conference at the Keystone convention center which is only a short walk away. Clean and comfortable place. A bit warm at times (hot water mains under the floor?) but that is easily managed by opening a few windows.
Kitchen is clean, modern and there's lots of utensils and equipment, great!

Clean, convenient, nice and warm. All is as advertised. Worked great! We booked for one night then management company sent a contract saying that if they found someone who would do multiple nights they could drop our contract. When I called them they promised that they would not do that, but refused to amend their contract. We got our night, but left somewhat of a bad taste about the management company, but not the place. It was super and so nice and warm after a day on the slopes. Great view of the lake and the mountains.
