Great stay in Dillon! Ice skating outside the door, good food nearby, central to Keystone and Breck. The place was comfy and cozy (highly recommend using the humidifier to reduce static!) and very well furnished and equipped. We were skiing in Keystone and it was a quick 7 min ride over.

Great stay in Dillon! Ice skating outside the door, good food nearby, central to Keystone and Breck. The place was comfy and cozy (highly recommend using the humidifier to reduce static!) and very well furnished and equipped. We were skiing in Keystone and it was a quick 7 min ride over.

Had a conference, and it was a short walk to the center…as close as the hotel. Lakefront property, immaculate condition, comfortable bed and furniture. Quite a few walkable restaurants but a car is a necessity.

This property fronts on the Lake at Keystone. Went there when the fall colors were peak. Absolutely beautiful. The condo is very well maintained and very comfortable for two. Keystone is a great resort!

We've stayed in other units in this area, so we already knew we loved the area. Everything is close. We did need one item that was missing and with one call to the property manager - we had that item within 10 minutes ON A SUNDAY! No doubt we will be staying here again.

I chose the Lakeside Condo with a lake view and it was gorgeous!! The room was perfect for my husband and I! King sized bed with a full kitchen which allowed us to make a few meals! Lakeside was so close to Dillon, Breckinridge, Leadville, Frisch and Keystone so we were able to site see, hike and shop! It was perfect! We will definitely be back!

Cons (not related to the individual unit!!): multiple fire alarms sounded in the property at inopportune times (late at night, early in AM, twice within a 24 hr time frame). Hot tub had a malfunction and wasn’t working when we tried using it (same temp as the pool); sauna had a similar issue. Look forward to future stays…great view, hospitality, and convenience with getting to mountains for ski days!

It would have been nice if the kitchen was a little more stocked with seasonings and oil, and the unit was a bit hot but that was easily fixed with opening the windows a tad. Those were the only complaints, though, otherwise this place is excellent!

Property was well maintained, spacious, and clean. It was a little confusing to get to, but that was probably just me. I was a little surprised it was so warm when I arrived and there was no AC, but as soon as I opened the windows and turned on the fans, it cooled down to an acceptable level.

The staff at SCMR was great and was quick to replace my pool pass that was expired. I would rent from them again.

This was such an amazing stay. We had a cute little balcony to stargaze from and we even saw a shooting star. We found this location to be perfect for our adventuring spirits due to the weather difference, scenery, and the drive itself. I'd recommend 10 out of 10!

This place was perfect for my family of 4 over the holiday. We had everything we needed and were able to cook breakfast every morning. The location is perfect and being able to park in the garage was nice too. We already plan on coming back.

This place was perfect for my family of 4 over the holiday. We had everything we needed and were able to cook breakfast every morning. The location is perfect and being able to park in the garage was nice too. We already plan on coming back.

Quiet and clean with a nice lake to walk around. Bed was very comfortable and pull out couch bed is comfortable if you're under the age of 35.

The place was clean and set up perfectly for what we needed. There was a fan & a window to open, thank God, because even in the middle of February it was VERY warm in the condo. I’d definitely stay here again as it was only a short drive to the lifts and also has access to a shuttle right outside.

Nice place close to everything. There is a bus stop out the front entrance that will take you to the gondola and there are also additional bus stops here that will take you to different locations including the Summit Stage County Commuter Routes that will take you to Silverthorne, Dillon, Breckenridge, and Summit Cove. There are multiple resort restaurants within walking distance. The garage parking was great to get in a "warmer" car. The kitchen was well stocked with food preparation utensils, pot and pans, and even a slow cooker which was nice to have food ready to eat when we got off the slopes. There was also a coffee maker but grab some creamer and your chosen sweetener. There is also a communal laundry down the hall that was free, but you have to pay for detergent or bring your own. The fireplace and heat worked well and also the water was hot. I will definitely consider staying at a Summit County Mountain Retreats property in the future.

This year I decided to look around for a deal because I am a single parent and our budget is very tight. When I came across this property and the very reasonable price, I was completely thrilled, yet at the same time I was nervous since I haven't done this before. The picture of the main room is accurate, not fancy (who cares) but very comfortable and perfect for us. The condo was clean as well. I demagnetized my room key (which is a yearly tradition) and it was very easy to get another and the management staff was very kind. I would definitely book this condo again and hope it is open this time next year for us to stay again. The main room has a dvd player and if you only have VHS, well your in luck because the bedroom has a VHS player. :)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was exactly as described on the website. The check-in and -out processes were smooth, with no human involvement. Their app and timely email reminders were really helpful. All amenities were available and working. Also, I guess the plumbing issues mentioned in the earlier reviews had been fixed. The view of the lake and the mountains was so soothing. I had to frequent the Keystone Conference Center and it was a very short walk under the highway to get there. Well, if I have to mention any improvements, I'd say it might be slightly difficult for people to go to the Summit County Mountain Retreats office in the cold (1 stop on the free shuttle), with luggage, to get the keycard, if only relying on public transport. But I don't have an alternative either :-D. So, I'd surely re-book this place if I were to be at Keystone again!

This experience was exactly as expected as described in the AirBnb listing. Great location with plenty of local restaurants and shopping, and the place was clean and fully stocked with essential toiletries. Wonderful view of the lake and lots to do. Everything was super clean and so cozy. Only downside was they were doing construction on the pool and hot tub, luckily there is a resort 700ft away you can purchase a day pass for. All in all very great place to stay!

Location was perfect - I was in town for a conference, and we could walk to the conference center in less than 5 minutes. Full kitchen was great, and bed comfortable. I am a repeated occupant of the Keystone rentals offered by Summit County Mountain Retreats and I only ever have great things to say about this company and their properties. This is truly as simple and beautiful as it gets. I highly recommend using this company. And try to get a lakeside view. Truly unbeatable.

Instructions to get keys were very clear and easy to understand. I would highly recommend this property to all my friends and family.. this by far was the best vacation rental I have every experience!!!

This place was perfectly placed in Keystone. We loved the view from the balcony and the closeness of the other Summit County mountains. If you are looking for a place to stay, I highly recommend! Enjoy!

We loved our stay this apartment. The lake was frozen and it was still so beautiful. This was my first time to the mountains. I loved keystone! This apartment had a great veiw and nice little kitchen. Also the fireplace and patio were great as well! Definitely thinking of coming back in the summer! Thank you for the hospitality!

This was the perfect place for my husband, toddler, and I. It's a shuttle ride from the lifts or a 1 mile/20 minute walk. The pool was our sons favorite part of the trip!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is so cozy and in a great location. A requirement of mine is that the vanity has to be separate from the bathroom so that multiple people can shower/#2 and brush their teeth at the same time. Low and behold this unit has two vanities! A jack and jill style bathroom was a nice touch. And there was plenty of closet space in both vanity areas. There were more than enough towels for our stay. Also came with two humidfiers. The garage was the cherry on the top. There were no instructions on how to access the garage but we were able to figure out that it was the same key as the ski locker key. Not having to wait for the car to warm up in order to melt off the snow on the windshield was awesome. My only complaint is I wished the kitchen was stocked with larger pots and pans. I will definitely return to unit 1533.

Summit County Mountain Retreats were extremely helpful in explaining everything in great detail. The keys to the property were available just as described. This was helpful as we arrived a bit late after traveling from the Front Range. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time in the Lakeshore condo and felt it was the perfect time to visit. We'll definitely keep this property on the short list of "must return" properties.

It was clean and had a beautiful view of the lake through the large windows in the living room. The bed was comfortable and I really liked the 2 separate vanities for getting ready in the mornings. The garage was wonderful--no need to clear your car in the mornings! There were a few items with minor damage that we had to report when we arrived (as instructed) so as not to be held responsible for pre-existing damages, but nothing that made us feel uncomfortable staying there. I would recommend they have the carpet cleaned.
