We had an excellent stay! The view of the lake and the mountains from the balcony was absolutely beautiful and one of our favorite parts of the trip. The condo was quiet, peaceful, and the perfect place to relax and connect with nature. The location is also fantastic—close to restaurants, shops, and everything you need while still feeling secluded. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

As described. The unit sits on the tiny Keystone Lake, a beautiful little self-contained enclave a couple miles from the base lodge. Restaurants, a cafe, and a market all within a 3 minute walk.

A nice comfortable condo overlooking the lake. The condo gets a lot of afternoon sun so it can get warm if the windows are closed. My son slept on the sofa bed and said it was comfortable. We would stay here again.

This is my 7th stay at this property. The location is just steps away from the lake activities, restaurants, store and the Keystone Conference Center. The layout is perfect and makes the condo seem spacious for the square footage. I can’t wait to come back.

The wifi was good, shower was nice and hot with good pressure. The bed was decent though nothing like a hilton or marriott. Good enough that you didn't need a mattress pad though (which some of the reviews made me fear I should bring one). The heating in the unit was ample and good.SCMR's parking allocation was very frugal - even for a 20+ day stay, having 1 friend visit for an evening (so we could go ski together the next day) was not enough for them to grant a guest parking pass. The visitor parking (at the Event center across Rt 6) was $25 or 40 a night. Also, the shower curtain was way too short and water leaked a bit. But didn't bother me enough that I called mgmt to fix it.The view of the lake (with its ice skating and people playing pond hockey, was great! (was a winter stay)

Great stay. Very clean. Had a small hang up with my key cards not working at about 9pm when I arrived. They resolved the problem immediately and delivered nee keys to me at the condo. Great customer service.

Great condo to share with friend attending conference steps away. Loved the kitchen, separate sink areas for getting ready, and nice shared laundry in building. I appreciated that the fold out couch was comfortable, giving me a separate sleeping spot. Balcony overlooking lake was nice and we used the pool and hot tub one night. Best part was the easy walking access to our conference, and the lovely extensive walking trails right outside the door! We woke up early each morning and walked three miles in the beautiful morning weather. Property close to drive to whole foods and other grocery’s and restaurants, free concerts at Dillon reservoir, and great hiking at Loveland Pass on the continental divide! So much to explore nearby! I would recommend having a car if possible to explore surrounding area and towns!

We lost our parking pass too and he printed a new one with no problems. The chair was broken in the condo as well as one window, which didn’t help letting it get cool in the condo.
