Description
This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom top floor condo sleeps 4 with a king bed and queen sleeper sofa. It is ideally located in Lakeside Village, so you’re just steps away from shops, restaurants and lake activities. It is also a short walk from the Keystone Conference Center. It offers beautiful mountain and lake views from the private balcony. Guests of Lakeshore have access to the East Lake Clubhouse that features an indoor pool, hot tub and sauna.
The living area is a great place to relax after an active day, and it features a flat screen TV, gas fireplace and a picture frame window offering beautiful mountain and lake views. The sofa pulls out into a queen-sized bed and additional sheets and blankets are provided The private balcony is just off the living area and overlooks Keystone Lake with mountain views beyond.
The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. The dining area comfortably seats four people.
The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The bathroom has a single sink vanity, and a door separates the shower/tub combination from the toilet area for added privacy. The bathroom is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.
**Ivory White Bedding** This property has been upgraded with ivory white bedding modeled after high-end hotels and resorts. Enjoy the luxury of a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Featuring an uncompromising and industry leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after each and every guest stay. The entire bed is remade with fresh, white linens for each guest arrival.
Please note that we have a minimum age requirement. To reserve one of our vacation rentals the paying guest must be 26 years of age or older.

Lovely place to spend a few days in quiet. We wanted someplace to rest . . . with a view. The weather (not under the host's control) shifted from sun to clouds to blustery snow and back again, so the view out of the window was ever-changing. The condo itself was very comfortable and well-equipped. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This space was lovely and the views, balcony, and walkability were all perfect. I was able to run home between workshops to grab a notebook I'd forgotten or to get some work done during breaks. There are a couple of restaurants in walking distance around the lake that had limited hours, but that was a great perk. Perfect weekend getaway

We made sure to open a couple of windows and run the provided box fans while we unpacked and settled it. It cooled off nicely. If you’re attending an event at the Keystone Conference Center like I did, this condo has the perfect location and is super cozy. Plus, it offers a beautiful view of the lake and skating rink. For someone without a rental car who took an airport shuttle to the condo, picking up the keys in one location and then having to get to the condo in another was quite challenging.- Reviewed On: 3/20/2025

We loved the condo and loved being so close to outdoor activities

The unit is is a bit older, but very well kept. This was our first stay in Colorado and we loved it! The unit faces the sun all afternoon so it gets quite warm but fans and windows that open are provided. You will also find 2 much needed humidifiers to use (we recommend starting them right away, we didn't and regret it;)). You will see beautiful views out of the living room and bedroom windows as well as on the balcony. The sunrise and sunsets are beautiful over the mountains. If you don't ski like us, the first week in November is a great time to go. Awesome restaurants are close by. We would definitely recommend GOAT Soup and Whiskey Tavern. Great food and fun staff in a cool environment. Beautiful scenic drives where had everyday and the town of Breckenridge is close by and absolutely charming, especially for first time visitors. For the price and ease of access we would definitely recommend a stay at this unit whether you ski or not:).- Reviewed On: 11/16/2023

My husband and I came here for our anniversary and fall colors were in full. It was beautiful. The only downside was that the condo was SUPER hot (88 degrees) when we checked in (most likely from the large sun facing windows) and took a long time to cool down and I do wish check in was a little earlier. Also, the heat didn’t work in the morning, but that is fixable. Really great place to stay and beautiful view. We enjoyed walking around and also sitting on the balcony. We stayed here because it was close to our wedding venue. We were so busy for the 4.5 days that we pretty much were only at the vrbo to sleep. It was pretty warm at night but the fan helped. Would stay again if we ever get to Colorado again.- Reviewed On: 9/20/2023
