Very clean and looked just like the pictures. The little area by the pond is fun with paddle boats, paddle boards, a couple of restaurants, nice little path to walk around the pond and some games laid out (badminton, cornhole, etc...).- Reviewed On: 8/11/2026

Everything was amazing. Had small issue with the refrigerator door kept popping open and one blind in the living room. I couldn't get up and once I did, I couldn't get it back down but everything was an excellent condition. Beautiful fall retreat for a conference!
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This space was lovely and the views, balcony, and walkability were all perfect. I was able to run home between workshops to grab a notebook I'd forgotten or to get some work done during breaks. There are a couple of restaurants in walking distance around the lake that had limited hours, but that was a great perk. Everything worked great and they had plenty of extra pillows, some box fans, humidifiers and blankets which was very thoughtful.- Reviewed On: 10/2/2025

Perfect weekend getaway
Location was perfect. Loved being at the lake Carpet in hallways are old and smell damp. Pool was freezing cold and we could not go. Hot tub was broken at the time also.- Reviewed On: 9/23/2025

After a long day at the conference, I could relax with the windows open and feel the cool breeze of 60 degrees in the mountains. Internet was fast and connected quickly. I had access to multiple streaming apps which was unexpected and totally awesome! The condo was clean and I had everything I needed for the stay. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Highly recommend Last Chance Pizza. Very friendly and the veggie pizza was delicious. Also recommend Dillon’s Adam Brewery in Dillion for the bison burger and the Hefeweizen. My husband and I came here for our anniversary and fall colors were in full. It was beautiful. The only downside was that the condo was SUPER hot (88 degrees) when we checked in (most likely from the large sun facing windows) and took a long time to cool down and I do wish check in was a little earlier. We stayed here because it was close to our wedding venue. We were so busy for the 4.5 days that we pretty much were only at the vrbo to sleep. It was pretty warm at night but the fan helped. Would stay again if we ever get to Colorado again.- Reviewed On: 9/20/2023

This was a great place to stay. It was exactly as advertised/pictured. Loaded with everything you need for your stay. Extremely clean and well-appointed. It also has amenities not mentioned in the advertising such as free use of a pool, hot tub, W/D, and free parking. My only complaint is with the Town of Keystone. All the fun stuff we came here to do (best Gondola in Colorado, summer snow tubing) was closed on Tues and Wed, which happened to be the only 2 days we stayed in Keystone. Lots of shops and restaurants were also closed. Keystone seemed like a ghost town in the summer. However, a short and beautiful 20 min drive to Breckinridge gave us TONS of summer activities, shops, and restaurants. Everything was open and booming with lots of people! I was just a bit disappointed in Keystone that they seem to shut down in the summer, while Breck continues to thrive all summer. My .02 worth...- Reviewed On: 8/4/2023

The place was absolutely perfect for our needs: a little getaway to celebrate our 37th anniversary. The place was not large, but was very comfortable, even the small deck overlooking the lake was perfect for us .... although whoever sat closest to the door had to get the refills.
I have been coming to Keystone since the 1980's. It has always been one of my favorite spots in Colorado. I think its the "not overdeveloped / slower pace" that reminds me of the Adirondacks, where I grew up. This particular place is a keeper for us as we do a couple of trips up here each summer.
The check-in and "contracts" were a bit cumbersome compared to other AirBnB and VRBO properties we have stayed at.- Reviewed On: 9/2/2022

It was a perfect place to stay that allowed us to make our own food but also enjoy the restaurants within walking distance. We utilized the lake for afternoon activities. The pool and hot tub were also great/clean that we used each evening. We also enjoyed the games and books provided to renters. It snowed twice and enjoyed watching it fall outside the large picture window. What a view and we enjoyed every minute of it. The place was clean and well organized and had everything we needed. Even the condiments, including a large selection of tea, honey, packets of mayonaise, mustard and ketchup, as well as sugar was much appreciated. Only thing missing was creamer for the coffee, and perhaps a few more staple spices, but the ones that were there were much appreciated. The pool was great, especially on the snowy days and I enjoyed walking around the lake, as well as the walking trail that borders the stream along the parking lots below and the main road above.The bed was very comfortable. One thing that we should have let management know about, so I hesitate mentioning it (as they might have rectified it) was the thermostat seemed stuck and it was pretty warm in there. I even put the air conditioning on but it stubbornly stayed around 74 degrees. We dealt with it, but probably should have mentioned it to management (we valued our privacy more than comfort during the stay).Overall, one of our better stays. Wonderful stay
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed the week after ski season was over so had the entire area to ourselves. It snowed twice and enjoyed watching it fall outside the large picture window. What a view and we enjoyed every minute of it. The place was clean and well organized and had everything we needed. Even the condiments, including a large selection of tea, honey, packets of mayonaise, mustard and ketchup, as well as sugar was much appreciated. Only thing missing was creamer for the coffee, and perhaps a few more staple spices, but the ones that were there were much appreciated. The pool was great, especially on the snowy days and I enjoyed walking around the lake, as well as the walking trail that borders the stream along the parking lots below and the main road above.The bed was very comfortable. One thing that we should have let management know about, so I hesitate mentioning it (as they might have rectified it) was the thermostat seemed stuck and it was pretty warm in there. I even put the air conditioning on but it stubbornly stayed around 74 degrees. We dealt with it, but probably should have mentioned it to management (we valued our privacy more than comfort during the stay).Overall, one of our better stays. Came to snowboard Keystone and my non athletic wife just wanted a get away. As much fun as I had I would say she had an equally good time. The condo was perfect for our get away, really cozy but more than enough room. King bed that was quite comfortable. My wife enjoyed walking around the lake and stream. The overall stay was great, the place was super clean. You’re very close to Keystone resort and just 10 minutes away from a full sized grocery store in Dillon. Real easy check in process and you can communicate through text with the management staff, which I think is very convenient.- Reviewed On: 12/9/2021

Pros: incredibly smooth check in process; staff responded rapidly, politely, and correctly via text to the several questions I had; beautiful view, especially of the sunrise; condo was easily accessed; parking was close.
Cons: the bed was incredibly uncomfortable, both for myself (I have significant lower back issues) and my partner (who does not have those issues). The bed was also far too large, making it difficult to move around the room without turning sideways. There was a hammering sound, presumably from construction/maintenance, every night until 10-11pm, which was frustrating and made sleep difficult.
Overall, the unit was adequate for the purposes of our trip, but due to the bed issues we would not choose that unit again.- Reviewed On: 11/29/2021

Finding a mattress that satisfies the mass amount of renters we see is just not possible, but we do like to see every guest comfortable during their stay. If someone does not like the mattress we can offer a replacement air-mattress or mattress topper if we are made aware of the issue. We will alert our staff of this complaint and investigate this further. This is the first report we have received regarding that strange noise if this happens again we will investigate this further. Please know that we do have a 24 hour staff to help with various issues so long as they are brought to our attention during the stay. Yes, the lake view is exactly as pictured in the listing. It was fun to look out and see the geese chasing around the paddle boats. Theres a lovely path all around the lake for walking or biking. Unit was clean and fresh, bed comfy. Kitchen is great for cooking snack and meals. My only frustration was the pans provided are awful, definitely not non-stick. The couple of things i tried to cook on the stovetop made a stuck on mess in the pans. So, bring some non-stick spray! Overall, we enjoyed the property greatly and recommend.- Reviewed On: 8/11/2021

In addition to the obvious categories of cleanliness and location, I always rate based on comfort of the bed and how well equipped the kitchen is in terms of being able to cook a meal. This condo scores a 10 out of 10 in all four categories. Super comfortable bed and high quality pans, utensils, dishes, and flatware in the kitchen. Nicely equipped comfortable condo
In addition to the obvious categories of cleanliness and location, I always rate based on comfort of the bed and how well equipped the kitchen is in terms of being able to cook a meal. I’m a harsh critic and I must say this place surpassed our expectations. The view was phenomenal, bed was comfortable, pillows were perfect, it was spotless (I’m OCD so that says a lot). If you follow the check in procedures you are sent then check in is seamless. The area is beautiful and peaceful for there being so many condos around.
