Description

This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom, top-floor condo sleeps 6 with a king bed, twin-over-twin Murphy bed, and a queen sleeper sofa. It features beautiful views of Keystone Lake and the surrounding mountains through oversized windows. Ideally located in Lakeside Village, you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and outdoor activities. The walking path is just outside the building and will take you to a variety of amenities on the lake. The East Lake clubhouse, just a short walk from the back door, is included in your stay. It offers an indoor swimming pool hot tub, sauna, bathrooms and an outdoor barbecue area.

The living area features updated hardwood flooring, a flat screen TV next to a beautiful gas fireplace, a picture frame window offering beautiful mountain and lake views, and vaulted ceilings. Enjoy game night with the whole family with a Wii, Wii games, and board games for guest use. There is a twin-over-twin Murphy bed and a queen sleeper sofa for extra sleeping arrangements. Extra sheets and blankets are in a closet. The private balcony is just off the living area and overlooks Keystone Lake with beautiful mountain views beyond. Watch the ducks swim by or the paddle boats float across the lake from the comfort of your own balcony.

The remodeled, full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. It features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and maple cabinets. Additionally, there is a breakfast bar with additional seating for two available. The dining area comfortably seats four and looks out over the lake through the picture frame window.

The bedroom features a king-sized bed with Ivory White Bedding and a flat screen TV. The bedroom has its own entrance to the guest bathroom and its own private single sink vanity. There is also ample space for storage. There is a folding crib for families traveling with babies in the closet. The full bathroom features quartz counter tops, brand new tiling and has a single sink vanity for guests. A door separates the shower/tub combination and toilet area for added privacy. It is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

Please note this is a 4th floor unit. There is elevator in the building, but it is down for maintenance a couple times per year. There is one parking spot in the garage for guest use.

This place had gorgeous views, walkable distance to a few resturaunts, host was responsive. Very clean, has a couple games to choose from. There is a PS4 behind the TV but the kids never found any remotes. The washer and dryers only take quarters if you need to use them and do not have a change dispenser so you will need to go to the bank for change.

Pasamos unos días excelentes en este lugar. Es nuestro cuarto año en Keystone, y siempre hay algo nuevo por descubrir. Los días fueron maravillosos, ski, patinaje sobre hielo, paseos y relax.
El lugar es muy acogedor, exactamente como se describe en el anuncio. El único punto en contra es la cochera, dado que es muy pequeña, cosa que se advierte, pero en nuestro caso resultó que no pudimos usarla dado que el auto que alquilamos no entraba por largo (Dodge Durango).
Ir a esquiar y regresar es súper fácil, el servicio de buses de Keystone da mucha versatilidad. Cocinar también es muy fácil, el lugar tiene todo lo necesario. El lugar es muy tranquilo, y se descansa bastante bien.
Espero poder volver el próximo invierno.

Me and my kids had an amazing stay here. Everything looked as described. Everything was clean and ready for us to start enjoying our vacation. We loved walking around KEYSTONE Lake, renting bikes and e-biking from KEYSTONE to Breckenridge and back!!
September was the perfect time of year to visit. It was quite not a lot of people and the scenery was amazing so many bright beautiful colors. The view outside of the window in the condo was nothing short of breathtaking. We would definitely stay here again thank you so much for being responsive hosts.

Excellent location for Keystone conference. Expect to get overcommunicated with auto reminders and check in details and how’s the stay going and what not. But nice place, great location, very mildly irritating check in with separate location to get keys, but not terrible. Overall, would stay here again.
