This place had gorgeous views, walkable distance to a few resturaunts, host was responsive. Very clean, has a couple games to choose from. There is a PS4 behind the TV but the kids never found any remotes. The washer and dryers only take quarters if you need to use them and do not have a change dispenser so you will need to go to the bank for change.

Pasamos unos días excelentes en este lugar. Es nuestro cuarto año en Keystone, y siempre hay algo nuevo por descubrir. Los días fueron maravillosos, ski, patinaje sobre hielo, paseos y relax.
El lugar es muy acogedor, exactamente como se describe en el anuncio. El único punto en contra es la cochera, dado que es muy pequeña, cosa que se advierte, pero en nuestro caso resultó que no pudimos usarla dado que el auto que alquilamos no entraba por largo (Dodge Durango).
Ir a esquiar y regresar es súper fácil, el servicio de buses de Keystone da mucha versatilidad. Cocinar también es muy fácil, el lugar tiene todo lo necesario. El lugar es muy tranquilo, y se descansa bastante bien.
Espero poder volver el próximo invierno.

What a quaint slice of heaven on the lake with the mountains in the background and views of Keystone Mountain. Driving to the ski resort was easy. The town of Dillon is just 15 minutes away. The place was pleasant all around, offering everything we needed.

Me and my kids had an amazing stay here. Everything looked as described. Everything was clean and ready for us to start enjoying our vacation. We loved walking around KEYSTONE Lake, renting bikes and e-biking from KEYSTONE to Breckenridge and back!!
September was the perfect time of year to visit. It was quite not a lot of people and the scenery was amazing so many bright beautiful colors. The view outside of the window in the condo was nothing short of breathtaking. We would definitely stay here again thank you so much for being responsive hosts.

Excellent location for Keystone conference. Expect to get overcommunicated with auto reminders and check in details and how’s the stay going and what not. But nice place, great location, very mildly irritating check in with separate location to get keys, but not terrible. Overall, would stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the location of this rental and it comfortably fit 2 adults and 2 kids. My teens had a blast on the ice rink all night. Easy check-in, and we found the place and the parking easily. Only slight feedback for improvement -- coffee available was very old and undrinkable, but hot tip there is a coffee shop in the lodge down the path that opens early so you can caffeinate before skiing. Also, the chairs on the balcony were broken so we couldn't use them. Otherwise, no complaints and would definitely stay again!

Everything was amazing. The condo is absolutely beautiful with amazing decor and is extremely clean. We had to run out for shampoo and conditioner at 9:30 at night because we couldn’t find any in the unit, but that was our only complaint. Only one towel was readily available, we had to call the property management company to see if they were other towels because our party of three people was sharing one the first night. We did find more towels after digging around. We should’ve packed our own shampoo so that isn’t a complaint on the property. Everything else was outstanding, just be sure to pack everything you’ll need. It was great overall. Thanks!

This condo was perfectly situated in the Keystone Lake area; right on the Silver line to Mt. House Lifts (less busy than Riverun, which is a perfect place to start your ski day) and with a picture perfect view of Keystone Lake. The condo had everything we needed for our little vacation, from cooking to indoor parking and ski locker. Can't say enough good things about this place!

This was our fourth year staying at this property and, as always, it was an excellent stay. Actually, this year was probably the best as checkin went very smoothly and they’ve added some amenities that made it even better. The bedding was updated to fresh white bedding, which we appreciate, there was an electric furnace, lots of extra blankets and pillows, many games in the unit, and a crockpot. It looked and felt quite clean upon arrival. Another great year!

What a wonderful time! Everything was provided that we needed and very clean. The scenery was gorgeous and the grounds are very well kept. Having a cup of chai tea on the balcony was the best way to start the day. Don’t miss Nowhere Pizza for their calzones!

Condo was just as describe. Perfect for my wife and I. Very clean and well maintained. Garage space is not big enough for anything larger that midsize SUV. For off season, out of the busier areas like Breckinridge, but still close enough to everything to do in the area. We enjoyed the peacefulness.

This property was exactly as pictured! The views are spectacular, it’s a short drive to bigger towns like Breckinridge. It is everything you need and then some. We loved walking our son around the lake at night and feeding the ducks and trout! Do not pass this property up!

My God, I don’t know where to start. This trip was intended to relieve the stress of this year, and rejuvenate us……it did just that and so much more. We caught the mountains just before the snow started to melt so the first day it was Snow White and gorgeous, the second day the snow had melted so the trees were visible but the third day the snow had came back in. We loved every minute, the unit had the perfect cabin/condo feel. The ski resort was literally down the street. We drove to Denver for all our other extracurriculars . I really hope this unit is available for our next family trip, I’m excited to bring our kids next time 🥰. I would love to see if I can do multiple units for my entire family.

This condo was the perfect spot for a quick trip to Summit County. Keystone is an ideal location and this area of the resort is very quiet, which was perfect for us this trip. The condo was clean and well-furnished and the view is spectacular. Communication with the host was excellent and Emily reached out a few days before our arrival to let us know the dishwasher wasn’t working. She offered to have housekeeping come in and do dishes daily if we would be cooking, or at the end of the day if not. We also had a question upon arrival and she answered quickly. We had a great trip and enjoyed this condo very much. We would definitely stay here again!

We traveled from Ohio to Colorado to this condo for a week. The process for getting in was super easy and the owners were very detailed on how to do it. We arrived a few hours before we needed to be there and contacted the owners who were more than happy to work with us and let us start our stay two hours earlier than scheduled. Great view no matter what window you look out, really clean and the kitchen and bathroom has everything you needed. We LOVED staying here. It was very clean and the big window's overlooking the 5 acre lake and huge mountain was stunning. I loved that the most. The King size bed was super comfortable! It had plenty of room for myself and my husband. We also enjoyed bike riding from here to Frisco. Highly recommend. The owners were super friendly and provided everything you needed to know. It was nice to use the garage as well for our car. Every time I emailed the owners about something, they got back with me immediately! 5 star rating from us!!!

There's so many activities - from just walking around the small lake/large pond to feeding the ducks & geese to paddle boats and canoeing, any so many other things, all within walking distance. The apartment has what I would call a portable swamp cooler - works amazing for those warmer afternoons in the mountains. The apartment was quiet and comfortable. The location is perfect for exploring so many areas on day trips.

This was a wonderful property and perfect location! The condo was very clean and comfortable and had amazing views. The only small problem was that the elevator was not working most the time, which the owners did mention. This honestly was not a problem for us because we were all fine with three flights of stairs, but I know stairs can be troublesome for some people. I would absolutely stay here again!

They do a great job taking care of the property and providing everything you could need during your visit. The property was a great fit for my husband and I to have a quick getaway and enjoy some outdoor hiking. There were a few small issues with the property (i.e. low battery beeping on fire alarm), we contacted the owners and they arranged to have them fixed promptly. They also provided recommendations for restaurants in the area. All communication was prompt and attentive. The condo was quiet and the view lives up to the pictures. It was a lovely stay!

3 sisters looking for a mountain get away. We feel in love with the bank of windows that you show in your listing. This was so inviting and gave the unit so much natural light and warmth. We loved sitting in front of it. Location, location was so easy to get to Breckenridge and other areas. The unit is updated and so cozy. We used one single Murphy bed during our stay. Great place. We would return.

absolutely beautiful property. The only downside was absolutely out of the owners control a lot is closed due to Covid and the air was so so smoky from the fires it was a bad timing for outdoor recreation.

My aunt and I had a wonderful and peaceful weekend staying in this beautiful condo overlooking Keystone Lake! The view from the windows and balcony are stunning! The balcony is small but was perfect for us to read, visit and enjoy the peace and quiet. The furnishings were comfortable and stylish. It was a 1 mile walk to Mountain House and a 2 mile walk to River Run Village. You can walk on paths through the woods/condos or on the back road. There is only one restaurant and one store open in Keystone Village right now due to COVID/off-season. Several restaurants and stores were open at River Run. We would definitely recommend staying here and hope to come back again!

This is a beautiful place overlooking Keystone Lake!! Everything was amazing from check-in to check-out. We loved being able to watch pond hockey from the table by the window and from the balcony. The futon/bunkbed was perfect for our son and would easily accommodate adults as well. Art & Emily are great hosts and we would definitely stay here again. The garage was an added bonus that not many other units here provide. Do not hesitate to rent this place - you'll love it! Thank you Art & Emily!
