We had such a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The views were absolutely beautiful, surrounded by mountains everywhere you looked. 🏔️ The location was perfect, with walking trails nearby, an indoor pool, and the Snake River within walking distance. It was such a peaceful and beautiful place to relax and enjoy nature. Everything made our stay feel special, and we would definitely love to come back! Highly recommend this Airbnb!

Our stay at the lodging was perfect, we instantly felt welcomed. The space was minima but had everything we needed. The bed was great and plentiful! We could faintly hear some comings and goings but nothing disturbing.
The view of the frozen lake was beautiful (and entertaining watching the ice skaters). There are shops, pizza and coffee shop. The path around the lake was a perfect start to the day.
We will certainly stay again for our next trip to Keystone!

Great spot! You can't beat the view over the lake/mountains. The pictures are super accurate. The place was super clean, had all the amenities, and had very clear instructions for checking in. I highly recommend this place. You can go out the back door and jump right on the walking path around the lake so it's super accessible. Note you don't have much privacy because of the accessibility. 1 other thing to note, this airbnb gives you access to the East Lake Clubhouse pool/hot tub. It very clearly says this in the description. Don't confuse it with the spa/pool at the Keystone Resort. We made this mistake and were a little bummed. Last thing, the food at the keystone resort is not great so definitely grab some groceries and use the great kitchen at this airbnb :)

The property was easy to access, clean, and good for our family of five. The only issue is that the property is listed for 6 people but the dinner table only has four seats and no additional seats to sit at the table.

This was my first visit to Keystone and I’ll definitely be back. The shuttle service made it very easy to get around the property. The unit was walking distance to the Conference Center where many of the group activities took place. The unit was very clean (I am super particular!). The check-in and check-out process was very easy. Communication was excellent as well. The only thing I would recommend is upgrading the futon and couch in the living room and having an ironing board (I shared this feedback with the property management company as well).

Our stay was everything we wanted and more. We had enough room to hang out as a family and sleeping arrangements. I didn't realize there wasn't any AC but it worked out as they had fans and humidifiers plus we could open the windows. The only thing I would say could have been a little more detailed was a map where everything was like laundry, pool, trash and details on the lake/pond rental equipment. The view from our patio was amazing to from morning to night. We will definitely come back and stay again.

We love to ski Keystone and wanted a quick 2 night stay with easy access to the Peru lift and the area around it. This condo was right off the silver bus route with easy access going to the mountain and back. We had 6 people in this condo, and while snug, we had everything we needed. An extra fitted sheet for the futon would have been nice - just another layer to keep washing easier, you know? The other reviews on here that said the master bedroom had a cigarette smoke smell to it were not wrong. I was hoping it was just a thing and by the time we reserved it, it would have been gone. Nope. It wasn't a strong smell, but super noticeable if you left the room and came back. An air freshner would make a huge difference!! The view of the lake & mountains were awesome and the pool access was a great bonus for my younger kids! They LOVED it and asked if we could come back, just for the pool! 😉 Thank you for an amazing deal for 6 (!) and a fun quick getaway over our Spring Break!

We spent two nights here and couldn't have loved it more. Located right on the lakeside with shops and restaurants within a block's walk as well as the shuttle pickup to go to the base. The pool house was absolutely perfect and warm. Love love love!

Our stay was very relaxing and pleasant. Would definitely stay again. Only issues - There was no hand soap, and the keycard did not work for opening the pool or the trash area (we tried both sides of keycard). Other than that, everything was smooth

Excellent condo, brightly decorated and clean. The location could not be better! Communication with management company was easy and they were very fast to respond. My only recommendation would be to get a new couch as this one is very soft and somewhat uncomfortable. Would definitely return!

Great location. Comfy bed and pillows. The sofa turns into a bed too. But didn’t have proper linen, so we used two flat sheets that were there. The white lounger couch looks cute in the photos and is dirty IRL, bring an extra blanket to cover it if you plan on sleeping on it. The kitchen was clean, utensils kinda limited, but you make due. The views and accessibility to our car was PERFECT. We couldn’t figure out how to get into the pool building using all the keys/fobs available to us in the room. It was our last night when we tried to use it so didn’t have time on our side to reach out to management to help us. Otherwise they were super responsive when one of the humidifiers and coffee maker didn’t work, replaced them with news ones/ same day response. So that was clutch. Overall our family loved our stay there.

Shuttle is only 100ft from the condo so that was great but be careful when you leave the mountain. The silver line does not come to the normal mountain base. You have to come down by Peru Express to get on the silver line. Otherwise the red line takes much longer and drops off a bit further away. Biggest annoyance was the guest book. I couldnt find the address in any of the emails or check in info. I had to go on the guest book. We didnt have great service so this was frustrating. Additionally the check out info should have had more details. Did we need to remove new food? It said to drop keys in lockbox if applicable so I went and put the keycards back in the lock box but I dont think that was the right thing to do. Other than that the place is great. View is beautiful and the kitchen is functional. Sleeper sofa is decent but really loud. The fact that this is on the first floor is amazing for skiing. All around great just send the address in an email and add better instructions for check out.

First of all, I attended a conference at the Keystone Conference Center - my walk was short and involves walking under a tunnel. Secondly, my baby came along to Keystone (still breastfeeding) - I had everything I needed to make him comfortable - there were extra fleece blankets, soft pillows, a big space to put his playpen, a kitchen to prepare baby-related things, etc. Additionally, his caretaker (grandma) had to be with baby all day - she had a nice view and can take the stroller outside for a walk easily as the condo is on ground floor. The management staff are friendly, supportive, professional. accommodating and fulfilled our needs in a timely manner. I highly recommend this unit!

This was a lovely little condo and fit out needs perfectly. The view of the lake was great and with just a step you can head out for a walk with a gorgeous Mountain View. My boyfriend and I stayed here for a long ski weekend. The property was lovely, and had lots of personal touches that made this almost a home away from home. The only thing we noticed that was not ideal, but not a reflection on Emily and Art by any means, is the noise the walls make at night. I’m unsure if it’s pipes or HVAC. Using earplugs seemed to help since we are fairly light sleepers. Emily was very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed prior to our stay. Overall, We loved our stay, and would stay again!

We enjoyed our night at Lakeside Village. The condo included everything you need and the location is amazing. We loved that we could exit the back door and walk the village. We also enjoyed sitting on the back porch and watching the ducks.

Beautiful, mesmerizing view, excellent communication from owners and ease of getting in, walking trail outside the door, and updated decor all made for a perfect stay at this cozy mountain home. I worked while I was there and WiFi worked flawlessly. I checked to see if I could extend after my last day because I didn’t want to leave!! Can’t wait to return

We absolutely LOVED Art and Emily’s Keystone condo! Emily was a fantastic communicator, giving us numerous suggestions for our time in Keystone. She would always respond quickly! The condo was so cute! The big bed in the master was very comfortable. The kitchen was the perfect size for our family of three’s needs, and the living room area was so cozy. We didn’t use the fireplace, but I can only imagine what it would look like with snow falling down! We loved the porch that overlooked the lake, and the views here and in Keystone are breathtaking. We loved the resort, there’s so much to do for everyone in the family- hiking, water activities. And there is a shuttle that will take you right into the Keystone village. If you aren’t scared of heights, and here in the summer, take the shuttle to River Run in Keystone and take the Scenic Summer Gondola. I promise you it’s so worth it! Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us, Art and Emily!

We absolutely LOVED Art and Emily’s Keystone condo! Emily was a fantastic communicator, giving us numerous suggestions for our time in Keystone. She would always respond quickly! Rental was perfect with an excellent view of the mountains and water. The adventure center is so convenient to rent bikes or boats from. The connecting bike trail is scenic and runs beside Snake river making for a nice place to walk/bike. Our 6 year old loved the paddleboat and feeding the geese, ducks, and fish. The condo is exactly as pictured in listing. Owner was responsive and very helpful. Parking just outside the door, comfortable bed and very clean (spotless) unit. Location is perfect whether you want to visit Dillon, Breckenridge, Vail etc. all within a reasonable drive. The community is also perfect.. lake is just outside the back door, shops on property, and ski lift less than 10 min drive (if you choose to drive). Overall this is a wonderful unit worthy of repeat visits.

We absolutely loved watching the ice skaters right from the couch with the fireplace keeping us warm. The location is ideal for hitting the slopes with just a super short drive to the parking lots. We booked last minute and Emily was very quick to respond to all our questions. The condo has everything you would need. Wifi is fast, views are incredible. Don't get discouraged about the hot water. It WILL get hot, it just may take a little time. There are so many options for skiing at Keystone with easy to navigate transportation. We had a car and drove into Breckenridge for dinner a couple of nights. It was an amazing week!

The property is in a great location for anything Keystone. Just steps away from ice skating and hockey on the frozen lake, we were out there every day of our stay. A few things in the area are closed because of covid but we made the best of it. Only had a minor issue but the host took care of it right away. Definite 5 stars for communication, host answered many questions and gave suggestions on things to do in the area. If you want to be right on the lake and close to Keystone resort, then this property is a good choice.

We had an amazing stay at this beautifully updated condo. The owners thought of everything and provided easy to follow instructions on how to check in. From the moment we arrived, our family was impressed by the beautiful view of the lake, the fireplace, the artwork and decor, the comfortable and inviting King bed, and so much more. The next morning, we were able to jump in our car that was parked right outside the door and drive the 5-7 minutes to Keystone and get on the Gondola by 9am. We were so close that we came home for lunch each day and drove back to ski in the afternoon although we could have taken the shuttle. I can't say enough great things about this beautiful condo and how clean it was. If that isn't enough, the owners are extremely responsive to any questions I had and were so kind to send us updates about the current rules for Summit County. You will love your stay here and we hope to be back soon!

From the second we walked in I could tell this was going to be an amazing place to stay. The large window view of the lake and mountains is amazing and the apartment was very comfortable with many amenities.

Our stay at this beautifully remodeled lakeside condo was just the escape we needed from the world right now! Even though we knew most of the amenities in this complex would be closed, we came for the beautiful surroundings, amazing views and a quiet, relaxing stay. That’s exactly what we got! We enjoyed hiking in the mountains, dining at sidewalk cafes, reading on the small porch and a bit of shopping. Almost everywhere we went people were complying with use of masks. If not, we kept our distance. No crowds in this area, but Frisco was busier. The condo itself had a comfortable king size bed. We didn’t use the sofa bed or futon. The kitchen had everything we needed for preparing meals. Our favorite part was the beautiful lake and mountain views out the large living room windows. Art and Emily were very prompt and helpful, answering all our questions both before and during our stay. Definitely recommend this condo in beautiful Colorado!!

We had a lovely time in Art & Emily's beautiful home. We loved the beautiful lakeside view which we woke up to every morning. The location was so convenient to everything and we enjoyed hiking in Dillon closely and shopping in Silverthorne. Walking around the lake was a highlight for sure. We loved the place. The view of the frozen pond on the back of the condo was super fun. It was also only a mile outside of Keystone Resort which made it super easy to get around. The condo was newly remodeled which made it even better. Overall, it was great for the 3 of us. Would even work for a family of 4.

A girlfriend and I stayed for a quick off-season getaway and were wowed by everything! The condo was beautifully decorated and stocked with everything we needed. The location is perfect - easy entry from the parking lot and then walk-out to the lake. Being in between seasons we felt like we had the entire complex to ourselves! The weather was gorgeous so we enjoyed wine on the porch just out back and took in the breathtaking views. Just a minute walk to the Bighorn Bistro for happy hour. In the morning we took a brisk walk to the River Run Village. I can't say enough about how perfectly situated this condo is! We will be back soon...

The condo was very clean and easy to access. Walking and biking trails were right out the back door. Centrally located to everything we wanted to do. An added bonus was the use of the pool and hot tub. Would rent again.
