This quaint studio sleeps four across a Queen bed and a brand new, Queen sleeper sofa. This second-floor unit also comes equipped with a fully stocked kitchen and a private balcony overlooking the lake. It is ideally located in Lakeside Village so you’re just steps away from shops, restaurants and lake activities. It is a short walk from the Keystone Conference Center.
Once inside, the foyer offers two storage closets for guest use. The guest bathroom features a shower/tub combination and granite countertops as well as a separate vanity area for convenience. The living room offers a flat screen TV with a DVD player and wood-burning fireplace to cozy up inside by. The sofa is brand new and folds out into a sleeper sofa for additional guests as well as a recliner with a foot-rest.
The Queen bed is nestled by the windows offering a serene view during the day of Keystone Lake. Natural light is easy to come by as the far wall next to the bed is taken over by large windows exposing beautiful mountain views and lake views. Next to the bed guests can access the private balcony. The private balcony overlooks the Keystone Lake and surrounding mountain views.
The fully stocked kitchen also has granite countertops as well as a refrigerator with an ice-maker, full sized oven for home cooked meals, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and electric kettle. Utensils and cookware are available for guest use. The dining room seats four.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. It was the family's first time in Colorado and the stay was great, check-in seemed complicated in the instructions but it was very simple and easy to find. The environment, utensils, sheets, towels, everything really clean. It has a wonderful view, around there are small shops, all very friendly and landscapes that yield incredible photos. The only point that needs to be improved are the blinds that were broken and even missing, which ends up entering more light since there are no curtains, nothing that bothered us in relation to clarity because we woke up very early before the sun rose because of the time zone, but it is a point that needs to be remodeled. Nice walking areas with awesome views. Definitely recommending and going to stay again.
Cons- Thermostat doesn’t work accurately. We have to open the patio doors to keep it cool at night.
Some of the electronics which require high voltage might not work. Our hair straightener didn’t work for the same reason.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful view of the mountains and a lake from every place in the cozy condo except the bathroom. There is a great walking trail along a lovely stream as well as around the 5 acre lake. The yummy Bighorn lounge is right next door for food and adult beverages. There is a very limited grocery store within 200 yards to get the few essentials you have forgotten. Just below you is a place to get coffee, sandwiches, etc. Rentals for paddle boats are also available. Excellent choice if you are attending a conference. This was a great location in Keystone - only about 5min drive to Keystone Resort, 25min from Breckinridge, 20min from Frisco, and 10min from Dillon. The instruction packet that was emailed was FANTASTIC - probably one of the most thorough instructions I've ever received from a rental property, including check-in and check-out instructions, driving directions, wifi instructions, and even recommendations for local activities, dining, etc. We found the bed to be very comfortable and the property to be quiet - we heard the neighbor's TV for about 10min after we first checked in, but otherwise the loudest thing we heard the entire weekend was the geese. You should bring an eyemask if you don't want to rise with the sun, as the blinds don't block much light, but we knew this from reading previous reviews, and it didn't bother us at all. It's a great efficiency-style apartment, very clean, and well-stocked with basic needs (paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, aluminum foil, soap, etc.). This was a great stay. The location is really great. There are lots of amenities with the property, especially for an off-season/summer stay. It is directly across from the conference center which was a huge plus for me. Took less than 6min to walk there.
Check in has an additional step compared to most places but it is EXTREMELY easy. Their guidebook is of of the best I have seen for an AirBnB listing. Staff was REALLY helpful when I locked myself out ^_^

Amazing home for our snowboard trip!
My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. We stayed here to snowboard Keystone. The view was amazing and instantly after walking in we felt comfortable. It’s a close drive to the slopes. If you feel like walking, you can walk about 15 minutes to Peru lift. The only recommendation I have is to bring your own towels. The towels are stiff and scratchy.- Reviewed On: 3/6/2023

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. We stayed here to snowboard Keystone. The view was amazing and instantly after walking in we felt comfortable. It’s a close drive to the slopes. If you feel like walking, you can walk about 15 minutes to Peru lift. The only recommendation I have is to bring your own towels. The towels are stiff and scratchy.- Reviewed On: 3/6/2023

Cozy condo with exceptional view
Spent 3 nights at this wonderful condo and loved it. The bed by the windows was nice and comfy. The only thing is the blinds start to get annoying as you try to sleep! This place had many items you would need to cook. We didn’t do any cooking though. The pull out sofa for my daughter was actually really nice. We were surprised by the comfort of it. The location is really nice for doing activities. Ice skating was right there. Super expensive! Be prepared! The pizza place downstairs was really good. The only complaints I have, which aren’t even really compliant is that the check-in could be a pain for people not having a car. If you are utilizing the bus system you will regret it. You have to go to the office to pick up your keys. Wish we knew this ahead of time. Also they need to have directions to the pool area. This place is huge! It is a long walk through the lodge and outside to get there, but man when you do you’ll love it!!!! One the best ones I’ve been too. We travel frequently. The pool and hot tub was fantastic after a day of skiing. I plan on staying here again cause it was a little piece of heaven :)- Reviewed On: 1/18/2023
