We came at the end of August so it was not busy at all but stores and restaurants were still open! We wish there would have been some chairs on the balcony to enjoy the view from our condo. The wifi was very spotty, we ended up having to use our Hotspot. The TV also didnt work, the dish box was broken. They tried to come fix it but didnt end up getting it fixed during our stay. We used our laptop to watch TV LOL. I do also wish there would have been a pamphlet or book of all the things we had access to and where they were located. We saw the passes for the pools but had no idea where the pools were located. Other than that the condo was very cozy and comfortable. We slept great and were able to cook meals since everything in the kitchen was well stocked. Also appreciated the extra pillows and blankets supplied. Great location to drive to other places like Breck and Loveland Pass.

We sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced with the Wi-Fi and TV. We understand how frustrating it is to have to rely on a personal hotspot, and we’re disappointed that our attempt to repair the TV during your stay was not successful. We’ll make sure these items receive additional attention. We also appreciate your suggestion about adding chairs to the balcony and providing a more comprehensive guide to the community amenities, these are currently in our guestbook texted to every guest. Knowing where the pools and other amenities are located can make a big difference, and we’ll look into ways to make that information easier for guests to access.

We’re happy that, despite these issues, you found the condo comfortable and enjoyed the location for exploring Breckenridge, Loveland Pass, and the surrounding area. It was the family's first time in Colorado and the stay was great, check-in seemed complicated in the instructions but it was very simple and easy to find. The environment, utensils, sheets, towels, everything really clean. It has a wonderful view, around there are small shops, all very friendly and landscapes that yield incredible photos. The only point that needs to be improved are the blinds that were broken and even missing, which ends up entering more light since there are no curtains, nothing that bothered us in relation to clarity because we woke up very early before the sun rose because of the time zone, but it is a point that needs to be remodeled. Apart from this detail we have nothing to complain about, I would come back more often for sure.

Nice walking areas with awesome views. Definitely recommending and going to stay again.
Cons- Thermostat doesn’t work accurately. We have to open the patio doors to keep it cool at night.
Some of the electronics which require high voltage might not work. Our hair straightener didn’t work for the same reason.
The bath tub has issues draining. It was all of a sudden by surprise, luckily we checkout shortly.

Just below you is a place to get coffee, sandwiches, etc. Rentals for paddle boats are also available. Excellent choice if you are attending a conference. It is about a 5 minute walk to the conference center.

We loved our stay. The condo was beautiful with an amazing view! We had a blast on the paddleboats on the lake, the Rathbone taproom was fabulous, and the Nowhere Pizza Pub was excellent! We will be back.

It was lovely! The space was gorgeous with great views and amazing amenities. Only things that were disappointing was how squishy the bed was and that the TV was pretty dated but otherwise everything was perfect and I wish I could live here.

This was a great location in Keystone - only about 5min drive to Keystone Resort, 25min from Breckinridge, 20min from Frisco, and 10min from Dillon. The instruction packet that was emailed was FANTASTIC - probably one of the most thorough instructions I've ever received from a rental property, including check-in and check-out instructions, driving directions, wifi instructions, and even recommendations for local activities, dining, etc. We found the bed to be very comfortable and the property to be quiet - we heard the neighbor's TV for about 10min after we first checked in, but otherwise the loudest thing we heard the entire weekend was the geese. You should bring an eyemask if you don't want to rise with the sun, as the blinds don't block much light, but we knew this from reading previous reviews, and it didn't bother us at all. It's a great efficiency-style apartment, very clean, and well-stocked with basic needs (paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, aluminum foil, soap, etc.). We would absolutely stay here again!

We really enjoyed staying in this property. The small balcony had a lovely view of the lake. We preferred sleeping on the sofa bed as opposed to to the bed by the window because the mattress was firmer and not so much light was shining in on us. Location is perfect.

nice property in a great location.

This was a great stay. The location is really great. There are lots of amenities with the property, especially for an off-season/summer stay. It is directly across from the conference center which was a huge plus for me. Took less than 6min to walk there.
Check in has an additional step compared to most places but it is EXTREMELY easy. Their guidebook is of of the best I have seen for an AirBnB listing. Staff was REALLY helpful when I locked myself out ^_^
This unit is more of a studio than a one bedroom unit. But the space was perfect for me. Kitchen was well equipped.

Beautiful condo and location! However because you’re sleeping surrounded by windows, which is beautiful, it is very light and noisy when trying to sleep. I would recommend bringing a sleep mask and ear plugs.

Good. I left clothes in the closert and called immediately upon returning home. Clothes were not located or returned.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. We stayed here to snowboard Keystone. The view was amazing and instantly after walking in we felt comfortable. It’s a close drive to the slopes. Spent 3 nights at this wonderful condo and loved it. The bed by the windows was nice and comfy. The only thing is the blinds start to get annoying as you try to sleep! This place had many items you would need to cook. We didn’t do any cooking though. The pull out sofa for my daughter was actually really nice. We were surprised by the comfort of it. The location is really nice for doing activities. Ice skating was right there. Super expensive! Be prepared! The pizza place downstairs was really good. The only complaints I have, which aren’t even really compliant is that the check-in could be a pain for people not having a car. If you are utilizing the bus system you will regret it. You have to go to the office to pick up your keys. Wish we knew this ahead of time. Also they need to have directions to the pool area. This place is huge! It is a long walk through the lodge and outside to get there, but man when you do you’ll love it!!!! One the best ones I’ve been too. We travel frequently. The pool and hot tub was fantastic after a day of skiing. I plan on staying here again cause it was a little piece of heaven :)

Other than the parking situation, this was a great location and a great little spot for me and my boyfriend! I was under the impression we had assigned parking spots, but that was not the case. There is very limited parking available outside in the unshoveled, snow-covered parking area. I read somewhere that there was “heated parking” for this property. Also, my boyfriend is 6’3,” so the smaller memory foam mattress topper was a bit awkward for him since it doesn’t cover the entire Queen mattress, but overall this was a great spot.
