My toddler and I stayed here as a short vacation while my husband had work to do elsewhere in Colorado and had my parents join us. It was very clean, well maintained, and quiet. Behind the condos is a walking path near the river and was a terrific bonus! The balcony was fun to watch squirrels from. Very comfortable, mostly toddler friendly (balcony has a few gaps and the railing is climbable), and clean. Whenever we come back to Summit County, we will aim to stay here again!

We loved this condo and would 100% come back again. Great location, nice views, easy pool access (perfect for my kids), nice deck, kitchen, living room, and more. We walked along the Snake River every day, just steps from the condo. Easy access to Keystone Village and shopping in Dillon. Highly recommend.

Excellent condo for our family. Clean, comfy, decorated cute. Plenty of towels and all kitchen items you will need to prepare meals for your family. Plenty of parking. Great shower pressure with hot water. Would stay here again!

Me and my family had a wonderful stay and were very comfortable. Our third (9mo) also crawled her first few steps here. We will hold this place special in our hearts always and hope to return soon! This was a perfect spot for me and my 2 adult children and a teenager. We enjoyed game night and movie nights after full days of exploring in and around keystone. The location and condo grounds are just spectacular. The kids walked down to creek near by returning with a handful of wildflowers and a host of beautiful pictures. We will certainly be back.

everything was clean, plenty of towels & tp & other necessities for 5 people for a week+ stay. received several texts throughout our stay asking if we needed anything, and responses were quick and helpful. this is by far the best place we have ever stayed as a family - would highly recommend any property run by Summit!

Great base for our two week stay. We did a lot of hiking and biking, and we also worked a little. Although we had a couple of maintenance issues, the host was quick to resolve them. It doesn’t have A/C so the condo may be warm after a hot summer day, but it cools after dark.

Our 3 teenagers loved their "bunk" room, access to great shows on multiple tv's, and swimming in the adjacent inside pool just across the outside courtyard. Other highlights were that the master suite was spacious, and the balcony, which included a gas grill, and a table and chairs, had great views of the surrounding area. We would definitely look at staying here again!

The rental had everything we needed to cook our meals, sleep comfortably, and spend a good time together. I really appreciated having all the right pans, dishes, etc to be able to cook a meal and not have to eat out everyday. The condo was spacious enough and we all slept comfortably. I also really liked how the condo had family games, Wi-Fi, and the smart tv to be able to connect to our Netflix and be able to enjoy a movie. The condo is really close to the pool which we took advantage of and went swimming on our last day. I 100% recommend this place. It is a short distance from Breckinridge, Frisco and of course Keystone which made our stay perfect! The views in the master were breathtaking, also the balcony views!

This property lived up to its high ratings and reviews. The condo was in good condition, very clean and had plenty of room The location of the unit in proximity to parking and the clubhouse with the pool and hot tub was very close. I wouldn't hesitate to book this property again.

A very nice, comfortable place in a great location for our short stay. A picturesque paved path lby the Snake River was next to the property and waa great for walks, runs, and bikes. We would stay here agiain.

Great condo, spacious and base essentials provided. Furniture is quite worn in living room but is comfortable. The king bed was comfortable with nice linens. The but is regarding being on a multi-level. There was a family with 3 kids directly above us and the kids ran/stomped overhead constantly our entire vacation. Impossible to nap, sleep in, watch tv or dine in peace. I contacted the host/management and was told they couldn’t say anything unless it was during “quiet time” 10p-8a. I’d advise renting a single story or rent on the top floor if that could be an issue for you. We will do that in the future.

We never used the shuttle to ski as ut was easier for us to drive but the stop was right outside the door! Would definitely recommend this property as an awesome budget option close to everything!

Condo was very clean and check-in was the easiest I've experienced with VRBO. Location was amazing, right next to Yellow Shuttle to the lifts. Amenities listed were available and enjoyed. Perfect unit to sleep 8 people easily. Grill had propane gas, kitech had essentials to cook, bake, grill. Look forward to booking here again.

Condo was very clean and check-in was the easiest I've experienced with VRBO. Location was amazing, right next to Yellow Shuttle to the lifts. Amenities listed were available and enjoyed. Perfect unit to sleep 8 people easily. Grill had propane gas, kitech had essentials to cook, bake, grill. Look forward to booking here again.

Happy with this property. I have some nitpicky things. I arrived later in the evening due to a cancelled flight, and it was difficult to know which building this unit was located in the dark. The building number outside gave me the impression that number was the unit number which made me check other buildings before the correct one. Maybe this is my fault but tired, cold and in the dark more obvious signage would have been appreciated. The inside was clean and well kept if a bit..."vintage". Everything inside worked well and was easy to find. I guess a minor gripe is the mattress quality in some of the rooms. I think considering the price of rentals during winter there I wouldnt be on low budget bed with coils poking into my back. Price is memory foam mattresses are dirt cheap. (Not a big fan of memory foam but definitely better than what I was on.) All in all I would stay here again. You'll appreciate the cleanliness and location.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Plenty of room for everyone. It was super cozy and warm.... The fireplace was a big deal keeping everyone warm. The deck was perfect and allowed us to watch our kids play in the snow below, and enjoy the beautiful views. We also loved the humidifiers that were provided. Being from Texas we are not used to the drier air, and they helped a lot. Kitchen was well stocked, plenty of blankets and pillows, and the management company took care of getting us more towels when we needed them. (No W/D, but there is a community one by the pool that we ended up using for our clothes). Community pool and hot tub could use a little upgrade, but still worked great. Snowed a lot while we were there, and a perfect location to get to Keystone, Breckinridge, Copper Mountain, etc. we loved it and would definitely stay here again.

Bus stop right in front of condo-only goes as far as Mountain House, doesn’t go to Gondola/River Run. Just like pictures..The pool and hot tub were 60 feet away and the heated pool was actually very warm, no cold shock jumping in from the hot tub. Keystone village was about a 1/2 mile away but lodgepole bus is easy to grab. Scenic river trail into Keystone village runs right by the condos, Beautiful scenery!! This is our 6th trip to Keystone and this place was the BEST! Oh, and they 2 box fans for those who cant sleep without them. FYI No clocks in the condo anywhere even in bedroom, I guess because you are on fun-mountain time!!
