Condo was great and exactly as advertised, very comfortable for a family of 4. Location is ideal especially if you have kids with due to being able to ski in and out as one of the closest to gondola and Summit Exp Lift. Pool, hot tub and facilities including the ski lockers and underground parking were ideal. Management company was excellent with communication and response. I would definitely stay here again verse anywhere else in the village

Our stay at Lone Eagle was fantastic. The best ski in/ski out location for River Run area, a few steps and your sliding right down to the River Run Gondola. Especially if you have a kid going to ski lessons or day care - drop off is very convenient. The heated pool and hot tub slope side are great too at the end of the day. The condo had everting we needed for our stay. Beds were comfortable.

Our stay at Lone Eagle was fantastic. The best ski in/ski out location for River Run area, a few steps and your sliding right down to the River Run Gondola. VERY nice place. Would definitely stay again. One of our nicer VRBO stays. Clean, quiet, spacious, wonderful ski lockers, well stocked kitchen, amazing towels, plush robes, and nice bedding. The unit is amazing ski in ski out though the only green cat like track home Ina's Way can get sketchy and busy Easily walkable across the bridge to the gondola and ski town. Don't be fooled by Google maps telling you to take the road for a 12min in walk. Luckily the unit is on the first floor up a small flight of stairs so the fact the elevators have apparently been broke for some time really has no impact on this unit. That said there were 2 people sitting in the lobby offering to carry luggage if desired. Also note at check in you need to go by the off-site office to pick up keys. VERY nice place. Would definitely stay again. One of our nicer VRBO stays. Clean, quiet, spacious, wonderful ski lockers, well stocked kitchen, amazing towels, plush robes, and nice bedding. The unit is amazing ski in ski out though the only green cat like track home Ina's Way can get sketchy and busy Easily walkable across the bridge to the gondola and ski town. Don't be fooled by Google maps telling you to take the road for a 12min in walk. Luckily the unit is on the first floor up a small flight of stairs so the fact the elevators have apparently been broke for some time really has no impact on this unit. That said there were 2 people sitting in the lobby offering to carry luggage if desired. Also note at check in you need to go by the off-site office to pick up keys. First, the location is just unbeatable, since you are barely away from the village noise, but still just across river and can walk right in. It's quiet, but still super close to EVERYTHING! Short walks across the river and into the village each morning were wonderful and great trail right in front of the condo. It's ski in and ski out, if you are here during winter. Only suggestion would be a bit more lighting in kitchen/living area at night...too dim. We come to Keystone every summer and this is by far the best place we have stayed! Thanks so much for a great spot to call home base, while we were there. Hoping we can catch this place again when we come back next time. Thank you!

There was a little hiccup this year as they just installed a brand new washer/dryer combo unit and apparently didn’t make sure it worked before we arrived because half way through our first week there we washed clothes and had no way to dry them except to hang them all over the living room. Management did try to fix it throughout our stay and were kind enough to supply two drying racks which did the trick the next time we had to wash clothes, so overall we had an excellent time.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We very much enjoyed being back in this rental this year. The last time we stayed here was in 2015 and loved it then too. There was a little hiccup this year as they just installed a brand new washer/dryer combo unit and apparently didn’t make sure it worked before we arrived because half way through our first week there we washed clothes and had no way to dry them except to hang them all over the living room. Management did try to fix it throughout our stay and were kind enough to supply two drying racks which did the trick the next time we had to wash clothes, so overall we had an excellent time.

This place was tucked back into the woods and very quiet and peaceful!! Large floor plan that worked well with the 3 kids. Loved the kitchen area!! We'll setup and clean!! Pool and outdoor area was really nice!! Would stay here again!!

The location was amazing , ski in ski out. Snow wasn’t bad for Thanksgiving week either. Son could not ski due to ACL reconstruction 6 weeks ago so we will be back!

One of my kids has severe allergies triggered by dust and he had rough nights with the room carpet. I would definitely keep this place in mind for future trips.

Great location, winter or summer. Everything within walking distance. The beds are comfy and the kitchen is fun to work in. Bathrooms are large with lots of storage space.
Lighting in living room could be better. Bedrooms have good reading lights.
Wonderful windows with views of the trees.
Beware----only 1 parking place no matter how many people rent the unit.

Great location!!! Physically on "river run" so it's perfect for those ski in/ ski out types. Perfect location for close nightlife, shops, places to eat, etc. Very clean rental & would recommend to anyone who is interested in staying in the Keystone area :)

This place is beautiful. Plenty of mountains, trees and rivers to look at. The only let down was the slopes are not open yet. However, there were two slopes about 10mins away.
Condo was nice and clean and well equipped to comfortably house 6 adults.
Pool, hot tub and fire pit are amazing to relax around.

What a great spot!!! We had such a great time at the condo, walking distance to River Run but tucked next to the slopes so it feels a little more removed from everything else. Great pool and hot tub and beautiful accommodations, highly recommended!

This condo was everything we were looking for - quiet, located very close to the village and plenty of trees out the windows. The river is close enough to be the prevalent sound when the windows are open - which was fantastic. The village is only a 5 minute walk across the bridge over the river and Keystone village has plenty to offer. Kitchen was well equipped and overall the condo was very comfortable. Great location and amenities!! Nice place to come back to after a day of riding. Only 10 minute drive to Arapahoe Basin since we went in late May but there was still lots of snow.
The accommodations were very spacious and exactly as advertised. Had everything we needed and more. Would like to come back again sometime in peak season as the ski in / ski out facilities look incredible.
Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to ski or snowboard great conditions and stay in a luxurious resort. 5 stars!!

We loved being able to find this condo at the last minute; the management firm was super! The condo was well appointed with a GREAT kitchen - Allclad pots were a hit with me! The views into old pines on TWO sides of the great room made the condo feel zen-like. The master and ensuite bath were large and luxurious. It is on the same level as the pool and hot tub which was convenient.

The condo's decor is spare, but comfortable, which gave it a more spacious feeling. That said, there is obvious wear on the carpets and upholstery.

The condo had morning Keurig coffe, hot chocolate and hot cider packets. Very nice lodge room with view.

I guess the best thing to say is that we would stay there again with no hesitation! Thank you to the owner and superb management company!!

Our experience at the Summit County Mountain Resort was amazing! It had all the luxurious of home. Very well taken care of. The location is perfect. And the views are amazing. My boys loved that the bike track was so close. We where super impressed and will definitely be back!!

It was a great experience with a really good location. Being on the first floor with a balcony gave us access to the outside views daily. This location also provided us with convenient access to the pool, fire pit, and barbecue grill which was perfect for a family with 4 boys.

Lovely unit! The property was just as described - spacious and very well-located. Our trip was during mud season, which is a quiet time in Keystone; we were hoping for a comfortable spot to simply spend some quality time together, and this place fit the bill! We wish we could have stayed longer.

Our twins loved the fact there were two twin beds in the second bedroom and thoroughly enjoyed the time they spent in there. The master bedroom was huge and the bed was comfy. My favorite place though was the nice large, deep jetted tub! The kitchen had plenty of space and room for all of the food we brought in. We utilized the community patio as well as common area inside several times for grilling food and playing games. The big hit was the Kuerig Coffee Maker on the first floor! Overall, I would definitely recommend this condo for anyone that likes to relax in a quiet, yet beautiful atmosphere. We plan to stay here again in the future!

Our twins loved the fact there were two twin beds in the second bedroom and thoroughly enjoyed the time they spent in there. The master bedroom was huge and the bed was comfy. My favorite place though was the nice large, deep jetted tub! The kitchen had plenty of space and room for all of the food we brought in. We utilized the community patio as well as common area inside several times for grilling food and playing games. The big hit was the Kuerig Coffee Maker on the first floor! Overall, I would definitely recommend this condo for anyone that likes to relax in a quiet, yet beautiful atmosphere. We plan to stay here again in the future!

Building has heated underground parking and a back patio (facing the slopes) with a gas fire pit, heated (outdoor) swimming pool and waterfall hot tub. Plus, Keystone's River Run shopping and restaurant village is a short walk as well (or drive if you don't like walking in a little snow). Truly an extraordinary place!! Only negatives, which aren't very negative are TV's are a little dated, no Wifi for computers (though they have an ethernet cable that has fast internet connections) and the master bedroom mattress is very firm (that's a preference thing, not really a negative). All that aside, it is the best place to stay in Keystone by far!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place has everything a skier or snowboarder could ever want -- basically and ski-in, ski-out location next to the slopes (and very close to a major Gondola lift), ski/snowboard lockers on the main floor (with heat tubes for your boots and gloves in the lockers), and beautiful surroundings. Building has heated underground parking and a back patio (facing the slopes) with a gas fire pit, heated (outdoor) swimming pool and waterfall hot tub. Plus, Keystone's River Run shopping and restaurant village is a short walk as well (or drive if you don't like walking in a little snow). Truly an extraordinary place!! Only negatives, which aren't very negative are TV's are a little dated, no Wifi for computers (though they have an ethernet cable that has fast internet connections) and the master bedroom mattress is very firm (that's a preference thing, not really a negative). All that aside, it is the best place to stay in Keystone by far!

Reviewer Comments: This is a fantastic unit if you are skiing in Keystone as it is right on the slope and takes just a minute to walk to the lift or village. The unit has some helpful features for kids (vinyl dining chairs, movable coffee table/stools open up the living room for playing, a set of plastic dishes). If you want easy living for your ski vacation, this is the place! Now if they could just stock the kitchen with an knife that actually cuts...

It suited our family of 4 very well to have 2 twin beds (no kids having to touch each other and fit over cover)s, a nice king size bed, large flat screen TV, jacuzzi bathtub. Everything about the property and unit was perfect! They even have a fire pit always going and coffee and hot chocolate at the property. We felt so spoiled! Keystone was a terrific place to ski. I would definitely rent this exact same unit again. Thank you to the property management and owners.
