Condo was great and exactly as advertised, very comfortable for a family of 4. Location is ideal especially if you have kids with due to being able to ski in and out as one of the closest to gondola and Summit Exp Lift. Pool, hot tub and facilities including the ski lockers and underground parking were ideal. Management company was excellent with communication and response. Our stay at Lone Eagle was fantastic. The best ski in/ski out location for River Run area, a few steps and your sliding right down to the River Run Gondola. Especially if you have a kid going to ski lessons or day care - drop off is very convenient. The heated pool and hot tub slope side are great too at the end of the day. The unit is very quiet, we never heard anything from other units, and only an occasional person in the hall since it's near the end of the hall. The check-in/check-out process is very easy. We had an issue with the ski locker but it was resolved the same day. My only suggestion would be the unit could use a few more lights in the main area, but this is very minor.
