Description

This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo sleeps 6 with two king beds and a queen bed. It features two private balconies that offer stunning ski slope views. High-end finishes throughout, two master suites and private laundry. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Lone Eagle is a true ski-in/ski-out complex that offers shared amenities including a pool and hot tub.

The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area has an open feel and a flat screen TV mounted above a beautiful gas fireplace There's also a stereo system with five speakers. The spacious balcony can be accessed through the living area and offers up-close slope views.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features slate floors, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats six, eight with the leaf inserted. The first of three full bathrooms is located just off of the living area and has a walk-in shower. This bathroom also houses the private washer and dryer. Laundry detergent has been provided for your convenience. All three bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

All bedrooms feature Ivory White Bedding and there are two master suites. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, a flat screen TV and access to the main balcony. The en suite bathroom has two vanities, a jetted tub that opens to the bedroom and a walk-in shower with tile surround. The secondary bedroom also has a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV. It has its own private balcony with slope views. The en suite bathroom has double sinks, a jetted tub and a walk-in shower with tile surround. The guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a flat screen TV and its own access to the main balcony.

Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking.

Excellent location- immediate access to lift/gondola and short walk to river run shops. Condo was very spacious and had more than “starter” amenities. Plenty of towels and the robes were a nice addition.

Reviewer Comments: The most beautiful place we’ve ever stayed but some frustrating aspects-mainly parking for only one vehicle resulting in much time shuttling or walking from gondola lot. Small inconveniences were- more than one towel per guest seems like an obvious need (we asked for more and were told we had to wait until the fourth day to get more). No oven mitts or pizza cutter was found so we had to purchase those. More trash bags were needed. The condo, pool and hot tub and walking path out front were gorgeous and we loved being able to walk to the village. Very quiet. Overall we loved our stay.

The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were very comfortable, the living space was cozy and comfortable, and the deck was amazing! Communication with the management company was easy and convenient, with a prompt and helpful response to our inquiry. Finally, the location offered easy access to River Run, so we never had to get the car out of the garage. Overall, it was a memorable stay, and we hope to return!

Finally, the location offered easy access to River Run, so we never had to get the car out of the garage. Overall, it was a memorable stay, and we hope to return!

Clean, quality rental. Easy, prompt communication with property manager. Perfect location - quick walk to village but tucked back from noise and crowds! Will stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful Condo overlooking the mountain,pool & hot-tub below. First class amenities....The Unit itself and building was very nice. We will be staying @ this property again once the elevator issue gets resolved. Only downside was the elevator was broken.... and we were on fourth floor. We did not find out that the elevator was broken until the day we flew out to Denver..... and apparently the elevator has been broken for several weeks ( more than 6 weeks)....I felt the Rental company should have notified us of this inconvenience when booking the unit.

The only control we have is within the 4 walls of each unit. We try to be transparent and upfront about these issues and explain these things in our rental agreement.Unfortunately, all of these issues are outside of our control and they are all issues we discuss within our rental agreement and they are also issues which insurance is available to mitigate the risk that guests have. Awesome ski in/ski out condo
