Walk to Peru lift is 8min in normal shoes. If you have kids or gear on double that. If you want to take the gondola up the mountain, 3 min drive and still walk from parking to lift. The condo itself is great for a family. Truth be told, I’m a minimalist and all the stuff, decor, bowls, pillows, etc annoyed me. I would’ve liked better quality silverware and fun dinnerware instead but that’s obviously just me. It was also hot, but so was the pool water so I loved that we played for longer than usual.

Was little disappointed in the hot tub, since the jets weren't working well and wasn't very hot. Otherwise, everything was great.

We stayed here during our ski trip. The condo was clean, spacious, it had everything you could think of from the kitchen to the bedrooms. We enjoyed our stay and it was a perfect place to stay with my family. The only issue was it was 80 when we got there and had to open windows while we were there to cool it down even though it was only in the teens and 20’s. Otherwise we be happy to stay here again.

The apartment was very nice, well equiped and as described, only a bit too hot. The pool and hot tub were great and it has indoor parking. Walking distance to the Peru Express chairlift if snowboard you can do it in ten minutes. With ski boots you would probably prefer the short drive. Overall a great experience and I would recommend it.

We enjoyed our two night stay. Across the street from the Keystone resort, restaurants and shopping. Only 20 minutes to Loveland ski area and Breckenridge. The only downside was the entire building was incredibly hot, it was difficult to cool down our unit even when we opened all the doors and windows. Overall we were very pleased with the accommodations.

Well stocked with towels, bedding, seating for 6 at table, a garage for our vehicle, and even a locker in garage for ski equipment. Only complaint would be the heat in the room even though we turned thermostat way down, but we managed it all with cracked windows. Kitchen had everything except a cookie sheet, but didn’t change my rating of 5. Kitchen even had coffee filters, salt/pepper and other seasonings, and more. On day of arrival, I received a text with helpful info about the place, and surrounding area, check in and check out info, etc. I would stay here again.

The property was very nice. We decided to come to the area a day earlier than planned because of the snow forecast. We booked the room the day before and everything went great. The only complaint we had was the condo was very hot.

We skied Vail, Breck, and Keystone. So thankful for the hot tub and pool. The condo was great. Beds nice, coach bed was great too. Indoor parking made loading and unloading so much easier.

Wonderful condo just steps from the bike trail and minutes from Keystone Village and multiple hiking trails. Furniture is in great shape, pool and hot tub were convenient, bike storage and parking easy. Kitchen has herbs/spices, but no olive oil. All necessary kitchen equipment is on site. Owner/management company are very responsive.
Warning to summer visitors: if you sleep with the windows open, you will hear traffic on 6 all night. This minor inconvenience wasn’t enough to detract from solid “5” rating, though. Highly recommended!
