Fantastic Place, and HEATED Garage!!
I missed the heated garage in the property description, but when we got there and discovered that we were so thrilled. Especially because it was a cold, snowy night but the next morning our car was nice and warm and no cleaning snow off of it. By heated, they mean it - it's like 65 degrees! Be sure you aren't out past around 6-7pm, because it does fill up so you won't get a spot and will have to park outdoors.Besides the garage, this place was awesome. It's super quick and easy to get to, is set up so nice (including the kitchen), and the bathroom is huge. It was very clean and had all the sheets, towels, soap, everything we needed. The building also has an indoor pool and hot tub which is great. Communications from the property manager were excellent. We will definitely be booking this property again in the future!- Reviewed On: 2/18/2025

Better than advertised
This rental was better than advertised. Great home base to go skiing for the day and then shop in Dillon. The check-in and check-out was easy, the unit was clean, and it has one of the best equipped rental kitchens that I've ever cooked in (e.g., sharp knives, citrus squeezer, three types of coffee makers, a blade coffer grider, good pans, etc.). To comment on a few other reviews: yes it was warm when we checked in because they turned the fireplace on to greet us but it cooled off quick enough. There is road noise but it didn't bother us and it was barely noticeable outside of prime pre/post ski commuting hours. Will stay here again!!- Reviewed On: 1/29/2024

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Awesome experience! The condo was clean, and had everything we could ever need. The electric kettle is a big bonus if you enjoy coffee. Nice hot tub and pool, and the parking garage is awesome. Only a 10 minute walk to mountain house and Peru lift. Great view from the patio, and this place was a quiet stay. That is hard to find in keystone especially around a holiday. Checking in was very easy, and the electronic guide book has tons of info. Management checked in with us during our stay to see how it was going. It’s awesome to have open and easy communication with management to make sure you have everything you need. The condo does get extremely hot over the day, but opening the windows and using the provided fans gave us a quick solution to that problem. Over all a 10/10 experience. Thanks Summit County Mountain retreats!- Reviewed On: 11/25/2022

Great location, spit-spot clean and roomy
Loved the location, parking, cleanliness, and how they hosts have thought of everything one would need to stay here. They even have a crib, extension cords, scissors....you know...all of those odd things one needs when away from home. However, the thermostat is set at 72* and no matter if we set it at 50* it was still 72* even when we had hot days this week in the mountains! Too hot to sleep!- Reviewed On: 3/4/2022

Great getaway with a mountain view
Property was spacious, cleaned well, bright and everything was functional in the kitchen. Access from the Garage involved stairs-should be noted. Keystone Mountain view-should be noted. The heating stayed above 70* all the time-thermostat might not function. Light above stove top stayed ON-would be problematic for those using the hide-a-bed. Humidifier-not functional. Very nice for a family or two couples as the bathroom, kitchen and living spaces were large.- Reviewed On: 2/17/2022

Recommended as a long vacation rental
The property was exactly as shown in the pictures. I had some altitude sickness due to elevation but the owner had fans and humidifiers in places. Me and my husband were working from here at first the internet was not working but the owner and management is extremely proactive and resolved the issue in couple of hours. I would definitely recommend this for long stays.- Reviewed On: 6/16/2021

Just about perfect
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I visit Summit County 2-3 times/year to ski. We prefer to be able to cook for ourselves, so we can just tuck in after a long day of skiing. This unit was spacious, clean, kitchen well outfitted. Great location. I would go as far as to say it's decent for two couples to share for a few days, which isn't normal for a one bedroom. The hot tub was welcome and we never saw anyone else using it. The only challenge we had: the bed uses a memory foam mattress and I didn't sleep well on it, but others might do fine.I also want to plug Summit County Mountain Retreats. Really appreciated the Guest portal, and the communications and the local discounts. I would request half the number of emails. Or a way to tell which ones I need to keep. But I will go out of my way to rent from properties managed by SCMR.- Reviewed On: 2/8/2020

Make sure you read the emailed check-in instructions. We did before hand and the instructions were clear, but if you don’t read them you will be lost.

Not your typical mom and pop Airbnb stop. Corporate/resort-like management which allowed for a pretty easy streamlined approach, but not too much hospitality. Nonetheless, this approach was able to meet all of my needs, and I would recommend to anyone looking for an easy Keystone retreat.- Reviewed On: 6/17/2018

Oro Grande 304 Resurrection DAy weekend 2018
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Well, we loved the view and the condo!! It was quite warm in there though----no a/c? We were planning on sleeping with the windows opened a little on night #2 and #3 after sweating the first night. But we didn't get a chance to because our youngest child, the 9 yr old, had altitude sickness. He fainted Saturday morning while we were getting our instructions for dogsledding. Then he vomited outside the dogsled and was lethargic the rest of the day, along with more vomiting when we went to snowmobile. We were finally advised to make him drink, get lots of carbs, but one guide told us the only way to get him better was to get him down off the mountain--about half the height. After much research and hospital contact, we decided to come down. So we only got to stay at Oro Grande for our first night:( Our last 2 nights were spent at the Residence Inn in Golden.) Scottie, Melanie, Sophie and Brock Harrison- Reviewed On: 4/10/2018

We just wanted a relaxing weekend to cuddle by a fire place, watch movies and do some shopping. That is EXACTLY what we got. We got an even better romantic view from the balcony and perfect distance from shopping outlets. The room was AMAZING and so comfortable. It felt like a second home for a few days. We decided to stay after the peak ski season was over so that we could catch some last bit of skiing/snowboarding before it was too late. Keystone Ski Resort was already closed, so we ended up driving to Loveland (about a 20 minute drive away). The condo was perfect, although we had to leave the heater going (so it was a little warm)! And the view was amazing. They had lockers for our gear and we parked our car in the parking garage. This was our first experience with Airbnb, and it couldn't have gone any better.- Reviewed On: 5/7/2017

The pullout sofa bed was VERY comfortable! We enjoyed the hot tub and the pool. Loved the deck overlooking some of the ski runs. Only downside was the traffic noise with the windows open. Otherwise, highly recommend!- Reviewed On: 9/3/2015

Awesome condo. We used it as a base for cycling up Loveland Pass, driving down for some rafting in Buena Vista and hiking near Breck. Perfect summer getaway spot for a great rate off-season. Only knock was the car noise on 6 with the windows open.- Reviewed On: 8/29/2015

Great condo!
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful, comfortable condo. The decor is modern, but comfortable. Everything you need is there including all cooking utensils (we cooked all our meals, so no comment on restaurants). We could have easily stayed there for a week or two and felt right at home. So much better than a hotel. Great views of the mountains and slopes. The only downside was the sleeper sofa - appears to be missing the supports in the middle, so it became a bowl. We put the mattress on the floor to fix that. Also, if the unit below keeps their condo warm, you will also be warm - very warm. Once there was a change of occupants below us, the temp was fine. Bring towels for the pool and hot tub. If you are skiing Keystone, you won't need to drive. The shuttle picks up basically across the street and there is a good ski rental shop walking distance away (next to where you pick up condo keys). If you do drive, the heated garage is great!- Reviewed On: 12/9/2014

Location, location, location!
Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had a conference at Keystone and my wife came with me. This place was comfortable, well-appointed, and the location was wonderful. We had plenty of room with everything we needed. I loved the balcony with the rocking chairs. The pool and patio areas were great too. We did indeed, enjoy the mountain views and watched the full moon rise over Dercum. The ONLY thing to consider for the future was the fact that this property is on the east side of the highway which made for some rather significant road noise early in the morning. During "windows closed season" this would never be an issue. Lovely place. Thanks. We did have some difficulty with check in. Our documents said we were in Unit 04; however, there are 4 floors to the building. A call to the management company got us voicemail with no response. We were able to figure it out ourselves by starting with 104 and 204. We also were given just one key and had to go back for another. Fortunately their office is located close to the unit.- Reviewed On: 7/18/2014

Exceeded expectations
For the price, you can't beat it. Its just a short walk from the slopes, with a great view and accommodations. You aren't going to find a spice rack to use, or any 'extras' so bring everything you need to cook with you. There were ample pots, pans, etc however. The condo was very clean and all appliances were clean and working. The condo was larger than i was expecting, and would sleep 4 people comfortably. It was also easy to find. Be careful with your room key, we deactivated one of our keys just by having it near a cell phone.- Reviewed On: 4/7/2014

Spacious condo with all you could ever need
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for four nights using a Groupon coupon. It was wonderful. We utilized the full size refrigerator, there was a coffee maker, oven, stove, espresso machine, dish washer, t.v. in the living room and bedroom, and the view was nice. My only complaint was that we were situated close to the highway so at night you could hear the loud trucks going by, if you had the window open which we did. But other than was great!- Reviewed On: 8/28/2012
