This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom Oro Grande condo offers a unique layout with room for up to 9 guests and stunning slope views from the private balcony. Located nearly equal distance from River Run Village and Mountain House Base Area, this renovated retreat features updated kitchens, bathrooms, and flooring, plus a private primary suite entrance with its own kitchenette. Enjoy easy access to Keystone adventures while relaxing in a comfortable mountain setting with shared complex amenities, including an indoor pool and hot tub.

The spacious living area features a large flat-screen TV, gas fireplace, comfortable seating, and a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests. Additional sheets and blankets are provided in the closet. Enjoy time together with the homeowner-provided selection of games, or step outside onto the private balcony to take in the fresh mountain air and slope views.

Kitchen and Dining
The full-sized kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, cookware, and tableware for preparing meals at home. The dining area comfortably seats eight, with additional seating for three at the breakfast bar.

Some shops and restaurants may be temporarily closed during the off-season.

The rooms were great and spacious. It was extremely hot though when we walked in. It took about 4-5 hours to cool it off. Not necessarily their fault since the outside were unseasonably warm, but they could have not had the fireplace going. They did let us check in early for a fee. It was close to Keystone Resort which was a plus. Overall good deal.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, clean and comfortable property. Kids had a lots of game choices in the room. Very nice dining area in the room.
There are a few walking distance restaurants. Short drive to Frisco that offers a lots of nice eateries and kids friendly hikes. We'll definitely be back. Thanks😊

Apartment was overall clean yet nooks and crannies were sadly neglected (behind doors and next to heating vents). Beds in the room with bunk bed were very squeaky and kept my kids awake. King size bed mattress should be replaced with one that does not carry vibrations and allows restful sleep. Dishwasher needs major clean up or descaling as dishes repeatedly came out dirty despite cleaning filter. I would be great to have washer and drier in the unit instead of common laundry room. Despite minor negatives I would definitely stay again at this property.

My friends and I loved the place. we had a few issues but the host took care of everything really quick. Our GPS made us cut through keystone to get onto route 6 to turn into the complex. But we figured out you can turn into the shopping center and get to the Airbnb from there. Gps shows there's no connecting road in the shopping center. But there is one. Overall the place was great and location was great. 35-40min to Vail, 25 min to copper and Breckenridge. The walk to keystone isn't too bad either.

My friends and I loved the place. we had a few issues but the host took care of everything really quick. Our GPS made us cut through keystone to get onto route 6 to turn into the complex.
