The rooms were great and spacious. It was extremely hot though when we walked in. It took about 4-5 hours to cool it off. Not necessarily their fault since the outside were unseasonably warm, but they could have not had the fireplace going. They did let us check in early for a fee. It was close to Keystone Resort which was a plus. Overall good deal.- Reviewed On: 12/26/2025

The stay was overall great and we liked the apartment and the layout. Facilities were greqt and glad we had fan and humidifiers .
The staff were friendly and they even waived us an hour of early check in fee ( really appreciate their gesture ).
I would suggest a few updates to Internet details and entry instructions in the check in details can be an add on.- Reviewed On: 12/22/2025

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location at great price. Loved the spacious apartment and well appointed kitchen. Heated underground garage was a huge plus. Apartment was overall clean yet nooks and crannies were sadly neglected (behind doors and next to heating vents). Beds in the room with bunk bed were very squeaky and kept my kids awake. King size bed mattress should be replaced with one that does not carry vibrations and allows restful sleep. Dishwasher needs major clean up or descaling as dishes repeatedly came out dirty despite cleaning filter. I would be great to have washer and drier in the unit instead of common laundry room. Despite minor negatives I would definitely stay again at this property.- Reviewed On: 4/7/2024

My friends and I loved the place. we had a few issues but the host took care of everything really quick. Our GPS made us cut through keystone to get onto route 6 to turn into the complex. But we figured out you can turn into the shopping center and get to the Airbnb from there. Gps shows there's no connecting road in the shopping center. But there is one. Overall the place was great and location was great. 35-40min to Vail, 25 min to copper and Breckenridge. The walk to keystone isn't too bad either.- Reviewed On: 3/2/2024

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here as a group of 9 for a ski trip at Keystone. The location is very good - less than 10 minutes to walk to the Peru chair lift. Everything was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked to cook for a big group including large pots and good knives. The only complaint that my group had was the single bed and the bunk bed in the 3rd bedroom were very squeaky and kept waking people up in the night. Other than that the beds are comfy and the living area is very big. The pool, hot tub, and ski lockers were great as well. We were very happy with our stay. Thank you!- Reviewed On: 1/12/2024

Keystone ski trip
Overall, it was a good property. The window in the master bedroom didn’t have a screen on it and it would not close or lock all the way. This was a potential disaster waiting to happen especially with young children staying there. Also the screen for the sliding glass door was bent and not working properly and the blinds in the bunkbed room were broken. We would stay there again if these issues are fixed. We had a great time. There was lots of room to spread out.- Reviewed On: 3/24/2023

Excellent location to Keystone and slopes. Cozy and spacious - just perfect for our family. If you are a light sleeper bring earplugs as we found the constant highway traffic a little louder than expected. A few minor repairs needed but all in all well equipped and as described.- Reviewed On: 12/20/2022

Reviewer Comments: only minor issues such as the tubs both fill with water while you shower and are very slow to drain, many of the windows don't work properly so it's hard to open/close them. The condo is otherwise very clean and the management company was quick to fix a key problem we had, we have stayed here several times and would do so again. The pool is awesome if you have kids and the hot tub!- Reviewed On: 8/17/2021

Mountain Getaway with all the Conveniences
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, this property has a great location and a wonderful view of the mountains from the balcony. Our party of 5 had plenty of room to sleep and hangout during our stay since it was a bit rainy. We would stay here again. Located right next to the hwy, there is a bit of road noise at night but nothing anyone complained about. Super convenient drive to other surrounding towns and restaurants (10-12 mins almost anywhere in the neighboring towns). Overall, checkin was a breeze and we weren’t able to check in until almost midnight. The checkin lockbox was only two buildings down from where we were staying which was super nice since it was so late. The furniture was nice and pretty well kept for a rental. Be aware that the kitchen is not stocked in pantry basics so be prepared to bring anything & everything you need to cook with food wise. Basic kitchen supplies is provided. The stand alone twin bed in the bunk room seemed to have broken flats so it sleeps at an angle but other than that, all the beds were comfy and clean. My biggest complaint would be the fact that due to Covid regulations, cleaning fees have skyrocketed and I wasn’t too impressed with the results. For the most part, the place is pretty clean but At one point we had a look under the couch due to dropping a remote and it was absolutely filthy. Tons of dust & food crumbs which in turn makes you start looking around the place for other missed spots. I know cleaning crews don’t move furniture but when the cleaning fee is almost equivalent to half the stay, I have higher expectations for the level of cleanliness. On top of that, Minimal cleaning supplies was left behind to use on a daily basis making cleanup not ideal. We were left only two trash bags & 2 dish pods, which when it’s a rainy weekend and you are stuck inside isn’t great. There was dish soap and a bottle of sanitizer solution that does not cut through grease, just makes it spread around so use the d- Reviewed On: 6/9/2021
Thanks very much for your balanced and fair review of Oro Grande #306. I'm glad you felt that the check-in process was well done. It's something we've worked hard on and we're pleased our efforts resonated with you. Please keep in mind that we do not provide guests with general pantry items but, we do provide the initial supply of coffee, salt pepper, sweetener, detergent, dish soap, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels and other small items. I also want to thank you for your feedback and criticisms. Our aim is to provide a clean, comfortable and pleasant place to stay, and we sincerely apologize that our hospitality and attention to details left something to be desired on this occasion – this is very unlike us. At our hotel, we take upkeep and cleanliness very seriously, and your room should always feel fresh and clean. Our staff generally does a great job when it comes to maintaining our facility and preparing the rooms for upcoming guests, so it is strange that this happened. We extend our heartfelt apologies for not achieving our goal of providing you with a top-notch stay. I appreciate your kind words and professional demeanor. We will use it to grow our business and correct our mistakes. All the best.Summit County Mountain Retreats staff

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our ski trip to Keystone! This condo is very close to the resort - probably a 3 minute drive from the complex to the ski lift. The unit has tons of space. It was very comfortable for our family of 5. The owner was very responsive when we had questions. Our only complaint was beyond anyone's control - the noise from the family in the unit above us was at times very annoying, as you could hear their toddler running and jumping. Overall I would recommend this condo.- Reviewed On: 1/4/2021

Keystone vacation
The property was very nice, disappointed the pool and hot tub were closed due to covid. Enjoyed our stay although Keystone itself didn't seem to really have much to offer. $29 to ride the gondola, we rode the one in Breckenridge for free. Little to no shopping or places to eat that we could find.- Reviewed On: 8/26/2020

This is a very spacious Airbnb. We easily slept 7 guys and had more than enough space for our luggage. The kitchen had plenty of pans/utensils/dishes for us to cook basic meals for the whole group. Easy walking distance to the Peru lift and conveniently close to restaurants and rental shops. Very happy with this rental.- Reviewed On: 3/9/2020

Wonderful place to stay!
This place was absolutely wonderful for our family get together! I loved how close it was to everything and it was incredibly affordable. It was unfortunate that due to no communication from the property manager we were unable to get the keys that gave access to front door and pool area. Only had access to room and garage. Other than that everything was phenomenal and I would most definitely pick this place again!- Reviewed On: 12/17/2019

All communication with me was comprehensive and timely, I especially loved the app for my smartphone which put all information literally at my fingertips. The only things that I would change are the replacement of a skillet (it was found damaged) and potholders (they were wafer thin and did not work). It would also be helpful to have a ramp to get the luggage trolley from the building to a car parked outside. Thank you for a wonderful experience!- Reviewed On: 10/8/2019

Check-in went off without a hitch and was accurately listed in the instructions. Once we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised that the condo was actually nicer in person than it looked on the listing.
The rooms were a decent size, especially the master, which had a small kitchenette and a private bathroom. The room was conveniently located near the elevator, and there wasn't much noise, likely because we were there off season. It had a nice electric fireplace and a good view of the mountains from the balcony.
The kitchen was well equipped, though they had a coffee maker with no filters and a Keurig with no pods, so you'll have to bring those on your own. Otherwise, it had everything we needed. We were a little disappointed that the hot tub was indoors rather than outdoors.
There really wasn't much to do in Keystone, so we drove to Breck for activities. Other than that, I would stay at this property again.- Reviewed On: 9/8/2019

We had a great stay at this property in Keystone! The pictures accurately describe the place. We had ample room in the living/dining/kitchen area. Each room was clean and stocked with fans, in case it got too hot. We slept with our windows open and had no issues in the heat of summer! Check in was easy and our kiddos loved the pool! We used the grill outside as well! We would definitely come back in the future!- Reviewed On: 7/21/2019

Nice stay for a ski weekend
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a nice stay in this condo for our ski weekend. It was a little confusing to figure out the shuttle, and we realized that walking to Mountain House was probably faster than taking the shuttle anyway. Property management was very responsive. We had a clogged bathtub and a broken humidifier, and both were serviced within a few hours of calling. The condo was very warm, we think from the hallways being so heated. So we had to leave windows open and fans running to keep it a comfortable temp. The view from the unit is absolutely beautiful.- Reviewed On: 3/27/2019

Loved our stay here! The place was cozy and perfect for 8 of us. We played games around the coffee table and had plenty of room for interaction/hanging out. The beds were cozy as well! Lots of beds, blankets and pillows.
We could actually see the fireworks that occurred on NYE on the keystone slopes, which was an added bonus. It only took us about 10 minutes to get to a grocery store, which was convenient for some last minute things that we had forgotten.

This condo (306) is in excellent condition and very well appointed. You have fire place, full size dinning table, full kitchen with extra stove in the master bedroom and good size bathroom. The master bedroom has sleep number mattress. It is very clean as well, save a few carpet stains. There were plenty of kitchen supply as well, including cooking oil, condiments etc., probably left by previous occupants. The cooking pots and utensil were not great, but functional. There were extra bath towels in the cabinet (important without hotel service).
The check in and check out were automated, and we didn't have to interact with the host (which is a management company) We feel it was adequate and convenient (no worry about arriving time etc.)
The location is great if you come to the area as it is in the mountain resort close to restaurants and grocery shopping (City market in Dillon is close by). The property itself doesn't provide gorgeous views, but the general area is scenery. Whether you are skiing or sightseeing, it provides good accommodation.
Parking is indoor for one car, and it is a plus during winter time. The parking garage can be opened by the card key (same card, use the other end). The garage card reader is a bit high, so unless you drive a tall truck, one needs to come out of the car to reach it.
Overall we recommend this place without hesitation.- Reviewed On: 9/26/2017

We had a great stay at Oro Grande. The view from our balcony was beautiful and it had all the amenities for a comfortable stay. The unit was stocked with cooking utensils and even some condiments like salt, pepper and coffee. We arrived just a little before check-in and they were nice enough to let us in early. Can't wait to check this place out in the winter.- Reviewed On: 7/18/2016

We Had an Amazing Time in an Amazzing Condo
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Oro Grande condo was absolutly perfect for our family of 8. There was more than enough space for all of us to be comfy and not get into eachothers space. The kitchen had many of the essentials and much more for cooking each day. The view out the balcony was absolutly stunning, exspecially that we had the perfect view for the fireworks show that keystone resort puts on. Every bedroom had a view of the Slopes. The location could not have been any better as getting to the slopes was a quick 5 min. Drive. We honestly were overjoyed with this property and we are already planning our next trip. The downfalls were small, I would ask for more towels to be in the unit and more toilet paper stocked. Those were all we had to complain.- Reviewed On: 12/9/2015

Great condo for an amazing family vacation
I stayed here with my family for 4 nights this summer, and it was absolutely AMAZING!! I was a little hesitant at first, because the only review that was available for this unit at the time was the one complaining about the dust and how dirty it was. Let me just say, when we stayed, the place was immaculate. We were all beyond pleased, both by the quality of the condo and the amazing off-season price. The management was easy to work and communicate with prior to our arrival, and when we showed up we only had to go their office one block away to pick up our key. We had no problems whatsoever, and all seven of us who stayed fell head-over-heals in love with the place. I especially loved that there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, but we could still come together as a family in the living room or around the dining room table to enjoy some quality time together. Keystone is a beautiful place (and really, what place in CO isn't?!), and this is a great condo to stay at. I would highly recommend it for families with kids, or any group of about 6-9. We also had my aunt with us who has trouble walking long distances, and this unit worked great for her since we could park right by the entrance of the building, and the door to our unit was right off the elevator. We will definitely be going back.- Reviewed On: 9/16/2015

We will definitely be going back.- Reviewed On: 9/12/2015

Great condo for an amazing family vacation
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed here with my family for 4 nights this summer, and it was absolutely AMAZING!! I stay at this beautiful home twice so far, and I'm planning my third trip very soon. My first time staying caws in October with my fiancé, my sister and her two young children along with a friend with his two young children. There was a small problem with shower drains but we call down and it was fixed within the hour. The place was very comfortable with an amazing views. We didn't want to leave. My second trip was in April with my best friend for his birthday. We had a very nice time. My fiancé and my best friend are planning our next trip out. The only down side is the check in time...but other then that everything to us was great, we loved it.- Reviewed On: 8/22/2015

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family vacation was amazing! Everything went exactly as planned! We worried about finding a condo that would really accommodate 8 people, we were not disappointed with our choice. We found it to be spacious and everyone had plenty of room. We walked to the slopes without too much trouble. It's never an easy task to walk in ski boots and carry your equipment. We will hopefully be back next year and will certainly look to stay in the same condo.- Reviewed On: 12/29/2013

The thing my family enjoyed very much was how close we were to everything in the area without being on the middle of it. This property, and the area ,left a very good impression on my family. They are already planning our next trip back. Just like them, I can"t wait to visit again!- Reviewed On: 8/10/2013

learn the bus stops, so not to walk from river run to oro
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fabulous, we were all very impressed. Keystone's inviting, laid back friendly atmosphere had a lot to do with. View from our room was beautiful, the indoor swimming pool was a huge plus, perfect kitchen w/ plenty of open living, the separate master was more relaxing, and with the king size bed when our grandson found his way in the middle of the night he could sleep horizontal without running my sleep. This is a great place that accommodated our whole crew, including friends and grandson. Thank you and we hope to come back.- Reviewed On: 2/17/2013
