Had a great stay, excellent location. Walked down to the snow sculptures and down to Main Street for food and shopping. Very short drive to the ice skating rink and visited the Breckenridge troll sculpture. Had a skier with us who could ski pretty much right back to the condo. We rode the free gondola from town just for the heck of it and had lunch at the top (Robbie’s has some good grub and drinks). Hot tub was nice, closest one was closed for maintenance but still had another to access. 15 min from the Frisco Adventure park for tubing and 25 min drive to see the ice castles and visit the Dam Brewery in Dillion. Long story short, it was a nice place and lots to do near by for winter lovers! Loved having the well stocked kitchen, heated bathrooms floors and fireplace.

Condo was clean and comfortable. It is 2 - 3 blocks from center of downtown. The kitchen was well equipped. Everything is just as described. We had a mechanical issue and it was taken care of by management company the same afternoon.

We had a great time staying in Breckinridge at Pineridge! This condo was perfect for our group! Slept 4 adults and 1 teen very comfortably. The condo was very clean and we loved the open concept (kitchen, dining, and living room) so we could all visit. Loved the decor and furniture too. It is definitely in walking distance to snowflake ski lift but there is a bus across street on main road if the altitude is not your friend as was our case from Michigan. Overall definitely recommend this place! Oh and management super quick responses to our questions!

It was fully stocked with all the items we needed, especially because we cooked a lot. There were Smart TVs in all the rooms so we could use the Roku. The beds were comfortable and lots of seating space in the living room. The only negative was the limited parking and lack of salting in the park lot (we got stuck a few times). We would definitely stay here again!

This is a very nice condo, with two separate bedrooms and plenty of space for a family to spread out. The condo is mostly updated with a well-stocked kitchen and comfortable seating area. We had a wonderful time and we were so grateful for the well stocked, maintained, and comfortable accommodations. The management company was on top of communication and we never had a single issue as all the directions were clear and very detailed. The location is awesome! Walked to the chairlift and to town in less than 5 minutes! This condo is actually very roomy and the layout never made us feel cramped. The kids kept asking to stay longer!!! We will definitely look for this condo again when booking in Breckenridge. Thank you!

We absolutely loved this condo! For the first part of our stay, our upstairs neighbors partied into the wee hours but we just put in ear plugs. The space was really roomy and very well appointed. Although we drove to the gondola daily and Main Street most nights, we didn’t need to. The shuttle stop is right across the street and Main Street is a short walk. We loved having a ski locker and private washer/dryer (very helpful!). The heated bathroom floors were very nice to have, too. We would definitely rent this unit again. Our family had a great vacation - thank you!

The place was great! Just what we needed for our party of 5. 2 bathrooms definitely what was needed. We all were able To have our own space yet great common area being together! If we ever go back we would definitely stay here again!!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo! The place was very clean and well equipped. We also enjoyed that it was close enough to walk to downtown Breck. The check-in and out process was very easy.

Had a wonderful stay. Property was neat and clean. The location was excellent. It was in walking distance to the Main Street and some local hiking trails. Our trip happened to coincide with the local Octoberfest. Although the town was busy with music and festivities, the condo was surprisingly quiet. We did have some difficulty parking by our unit due to the influx of people during the Octoberfest but that was a minor inconvenience and not a reflection on the condo itself.

Had a wonderful stay. Property was neat and clean. The location was excellent. It was in walking distance to the Main Street and some local hiking trails. Loved this property! It was clean, cozy, and so close to town. The fireplace was great to have while watching a movie with the family and a little chill in the air. Check in/out process was easy as well. I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at this property for 3 nights as part of a longer trip to Breckenridge. The communication with the property manager was great and the condo was big and clean. My kids loved the fact that rummicube was in the room and we played several rounds during our evening wind down. I would stay here again!

We absolutely loved this property. The unit itself was squeaky clean, quiet, decorated beautifully and had everything we needed for a family of four. The beds were SO COMFORTABLE. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to main street for the 4th of July parade, shopping and dining. We also went on a great hike right from the property and were able to walk to the Peak 8 Gondola to enjoy a day at Epic Discovery. One of our best trips and VRBOs yet!

Check-I’m process was so simple, which is always a relief after a day of travel. The proximity to town on foot was a breeze. We only needed our car for the big trip to City Market. The bus to and from the gondola was conveniently close. Also walking to the gondola was close, too. We took the bus when our kids were carrying all their ski gear. It was all in all a wonderful place to stay. I had a couple of questions for the management staff and they were very quick to respond. Hot tubs were a hit too! We’ll be back soon!

It was quiet, well equipped, had plenty of space and was easy to get to. Having two parking spaces was also really really nice so we didn't have to move cars around. Looks like it was recently updated with new carpeting and the kitchen was incredibly well stocked with everything you would need. Washer and Dryer in VRBO is a huge plus (they leave some tide pods above the dryer and hard to find for shorter people). Lamps next to beds have USB Ports for phones too! Hot Tub is a little walk to other end of parking lot. Christy's Ski Rentals is on-site (across street) and you can walk up to Snowflake Lift or take the bus. It is not that far but is an uphill walk and maybe not easy in boots and skis. My wife and I are in our 50's and we walked it every day.
