This is an excellent rental, especially for pets. My Basset hound had a great time. The elevator made it easy to get back and forth to the third floor. The clubhouse is lovely as well with large hot tubs and a pool. I loved the bike path that ran behind the condos and the beautiful walking trails to the river. Great time all around.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay here! We had 5 adults, a dog and a toddler and there was plenty of room. They’ve really thought of everything! We were able to cook and relax and just enjoy ourselves. I’d have loved some more towels for the pool and a bigger trashcan but other than that, truly a spectacular stay. Thanks!!

Great location, very comfortable beds & living spaces. Quick turnaround to requesting a new refrigerator water filter. Welcome packet pick-up link was sent to my phone just a few hours before check-in. My phone put it in spam. This break started off stressful. Every other VRBO I've rented has sent check-in info to the VRBO portal and my email.

Thank you for your feedback. We actually send the check in instructions 3 times prior to arrival. The first time we send it is 7 days prior, & then twice on your day of arrival. We have found in our experience that guests have much better luck actually seeing the guidebook before arrival when we send it via text, as many people do not check their email regularly.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great week in the mountains. We have used SC Mountain Retreats numerous times in the past. Very quick response to my inquiry prior to booking and helpful with a late night water faucet dilemma and stayed in constant contact until we got if resolved. There was more than enough space for the 4 of us (5 counting our dog). We golfed several times at the Keystone River course so the condo location was perfect. We cooked several meals and there were plenty of dishes, glasses and pots & pans which isn't always the case with short term rentals. Only thing needed is an oven mit. Overall we had a great stay just a few minor maintenance items....broken light switch cover in the bathroom, very loose faucet in the bathtub which caused a slight hiccup and prior guests wash cloth hanging over the shower head. Would definitely consider staying here next year when we come back.

I don't even remember how many we decided could sleep in this unit but it's a TON. We only had 4 in our group but location was excellent to pop over to A Basin and having elevator made 3rd floor a non issue. Plenty of towels, pillows, bedding. Only suggestion would be some smaller cooking pans. There were plenty of pans, but they were are huge.

The kitchen is small, the furniture dated, and only community laundry...but that didn't affect our overall stay as this place was perfect for our needs.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We recently conducted a 4 day leadership retreat at the Pines in Keystone and had a great experience. We had previously stayed with a different company and were severely disappointed in their inability to provide the contracted services. This experience was much better. From check-in, to following up with questions we had, to having a great facility, it was a great retreat and we had a good experience. We will definitely plan to stay there again.

10/10 place to stay for a ski trip, right in the middle of Colorados best resorts. The room and amenities exceeded expectations whilst having a seem less check in/check out process. There are plenty of food options, if not in keystone, in the surrounding towns no longer than 15 minute drives.

One night stay (430p to check out 10a), Clean and close to the Ski resort. Large enough to fit 7 of us comfortably with all kitchen supplies we needed- overall enjoyed the stay. Nice detailed online handbook- In the handout it states they supply firewood. However they did not supply equipment to start a fire, and you have to order firewood by 2P day of (we did not check in until 430p). We did not have enough time to check out the hot tub or other amenities- So I cannot comment on that. Only other wish was to allow earlier check in without such a large cost.

Great little property! Plenty of space cute little nooks for kiddos, supplied wood. Grocery store is not very far although I would recommend shopping down mountain before coming up. Plenty of plates glasses pans. Made a few full meals. A lot of reviews said it was dated I did not see this it might’ve been not shiny and new but it was comfortable clean affordable and we had no complaints.

Excellent, clean, super spacious condo nearby several ski resorts. Plenty of space for our group of 10. Comes with 2 parking spaces. Comfy beds. The heater worked very well. Check-in and check-out instructions were clear. Quick responses from the property owner. The only complaint was our door was cracked open upon arrival. Overall, loved this condo and would definitely stay here again. Note: need to pick up keys at a separate location & the door needs to be pulled/pushed shut since the weight doesn't let it automatically close.

We can’t thank you enough for the kind words about our rental. We are sorry to hear that you had some trouble locating the condo. Unfortunately, putting the address into GPS does not work well here in the mountains, which is why we provide our guests with turn-by-turn directions in the check-in instructions that are emailed prior to arrival. We appreciate you and recognize there are many options in the marketplace.

The location of this condo was perfect and the spaciousness in the condo was amazing. Our kids really enjoyed having the extra space in the loft. This is incredibly minor, but we had to take a little time on our first day to figure out the TV and remote situation. There were several remotes that didn't belong to working equipment and most were missing batteries. I suggest the owners get rid of old equipment and their associated remote controls. It might also be a good idea to label them. We did mention a few minor repairs (slow draining sink upstairs) and requests while we were there and the SAME DAY, maintenance was sent out to address our concerns. The communication with management was incredible!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were at Pines 2059 for 3 delightful nights. The place is well located (good walking near river, close to gas and groceries) and very comfortable for the 3 of us. I think we could have had 6 adults comfortably. My son and I stayed 4 nights in mid-September. The property was just as described with everything we needed. The property managers went above and beyond with our early check-in and parking passes. We pulled a trailer with our motorcycles inside and they arranged for all the parking permits and made the arrangements for the trailer to be parked off site. It was a great experience from beginning to end. I would definitely stay on a return visit. I couldn't be any happier.

This was my first experience with VRBO. I was pleasantly surprised with the experience. The property was as described and seemed more updated to me than the pictures show. There was only 4 of us and we wanted plenty of room to spread out - we weren't disappointed! It was clean, welcoming and comfortable. The location was ideal as we wanted to be fairly close to Lake Dillon and having the Snake River so close was an added bonus. Suggestions/issues would be pretty minimal. The main master door was pretty hard to open and close due to new carpeting. There were 2 entries to that room so we mostly used the other one. A larger trashcan in the kitchen would have been helpful. There are renovations in a nearby unit and we were woken every morning around 7am to lots of banging that lasted until about 4pm. This was out of the property management's control, but it took away from trying to relax. It's possible people staying in this unit would also experience the renovations in the near future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is amazingly spacious especially for a family with kids. They provide a ton of beds. The kids especially love the twins the nook. Although the dining room table/chairs could really use an update, they are functional. The price is very fair for what you get. This property has beds for 7 people! Beds, not including sleeping sofas/futons. It was clean, great linens. The only negative is the available parking if you have more than 1 car. This was not an issue for us since we only had 5 people in our party.

We really enjoyed staying here. Very spacious, accommodated 9 easily. The property managers were helpful and answered all our questions. There is a shuttle that comes to the property that will take you to the Keystone Resort which was very nice. The only issue we had was the wifi and tv didn't work, but we didn't need them much so it wasn't a big deal. Would definitely stay here again.

It seemed too good to be true, but turned out to be wonderful. The complex is amazing, especially the pool. The trails out back were great to walk on, too. Inside all the accommodation were exactly as described on the site. The kitchen and bathrooms are a bit worn, but fully functional. The biggest issue we had was the fact that only one car was permitted on site and our other car had to be parked across Highway 6; about 15 minute walk. Communication with the company was great, too.

Our group went to Loveland to ski for cheaper prices and it was not far either. We had a group of 10 and everyone had somewhere cozy to sleep! We even had a sofa couch bed ( a double I think) that we never even had to use. The upstairs is so fun! A double bed, two singles and a tiny bedroom with a single bed! The master downstairs was really nice, I loved the bathroom and big closet too! The kitchen had everything we needed for our big group, even crock pots!!! The fridge was huge, we brought tons of food and never had to eat out. There was great views and the fire place was lovely. The pool area was so fun for our group and our kids! Huge pool, 10 feet deep and two huge hot tubs! Nice showers also! I look forward to booking this place again!

Honestly, it is hard in the summer to keep up with all the pollen dust, but it really is our job to do exactly that.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I 100% recommend this condo! My family and I loved every second of it. My only complaint is the couch could be replaced with a newer, more comfortable couch but it didn't ruin our stay. Great location - 15 minutes from Lake Dillon, Frisco and all the shopping malls and restaurants. You HAVE to go to Dercum Square if you go. It's literally 3 minutes away. We will definitely be back. Keystone is the most beautiful place I've ever seen and this condo was gorgeous and very roomy. We have 2 adults and 4 kids. The loft was awesome too! RENT THIS PLACE!

The property this condo is located on is breathtaking! It's everything you want to be around in nature without the hassle. The condo's layout is perfection! While designed to sleep 4 in private bedrooms, we counted an ability to sleep at least 15 people on beds, plus there were extra sleeping bags! The humidifiers were a lifesaver! The kitchen is stocked with so many appliances and utensils not mentioned in the description. I was able to cook all 3 meals during our 5 day stay. Their pool and hot tubs conveniently located indoors were used daily. The pathways for nature walking are very well maintained. We hiked riverside daily as well.
Although I clearly cannot say enough good things about this property which we already miss terribly, I did have a slight issue with the property management company used by the owner to manage Airbnb bookings (Summit County Mountain Retreats). The entryway to the building was demolished. No sign to identify the building we were in was posted. The walkway was jackhammered down to rubble with 3ft ditches dug out revealing rebar and wires which could have been live. While I was freaking out over how to get luggage into the building and nervousness of staying where caution tape covered the entrance, the Pines property manager onsite approached me. She, Kathy, explained that all owners were notified of demolition activities and were advised to avoid renting their spaces during the time of construction. Summit County may not have been informed by the owner. Day 1 was very aggravating as the caution tape area and live wires were not my ideal vacation. Soon after entering the condo I then realized we were staying in an awesome rental, lack of curb appeal aside.
That said mother, husband and 6 year old son would love to stay again. This rental space and the property as a whole is something you have GOT to experience!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I took a church youth group, ages 12 to 17, and there were 4 sponsors. This place was clean, roomy, and for the most part, well appointed. It fit our group very well as far as # bedrooms went. Had to buy toilet paper, for which I don't blame them too much because we had 5 teenage girls, and if you've never been around them much you don't understand the epic carbon footprint. Plus some light bulbs for the dining area; again, not a complaint as I suspect whoever takes care of the place doesn't know that CFL light bulbs burn out on rheostat switches. Location was beautiful, quiet, and on the shuttle route. We would rent again, and recommend!

The property management company was very friendly and helpful. My younger son decided he wants to live somewhere like this when he grows up. It was very quiet and reasonably priced; we went during the off season. The only down side was that they were working on the pool area one day so my boys couldn't swim that day, but maintenance has to be done at some point....
