The open concept living area has a sectional sofa, large mounted Smart TV, and a wood-burning fireplace. There is a chess table and additional seating just off the living room. You will feel right at home in the well equipped kitchen, including all cookware needed to make a meal. The full-sized kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. There is also a breakfast bar with seating for three. The dining area features surrounding windows offering treed views and the dining table comfortably seats eight. There is also a mini fridge located in the dining area.

The primary bedroom features vaulted ceilings, a King and Queen bed, desk, surrounding windows, a flat screen TV, and dresser for storage. The private washer/dryer is located in the closet of the primary bedroom. The primary bathroom has a double sink vanity with new light fixtures and a shower/tub combination in the water room for added privacy. The first guest bedroom features a Queen and Twin sized bed and closet for storage. The third guest bedroom features a King sized bed. The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination.

Steps away from the Snake River Rec-path, take a short walk to Lakeside Village or ride your bike to the Dillon Reservoir for a day by the water or the amphitheater. On-site pool and hot tubs are situated in an indoor atrium with massive clerestory windows looking out to the Snake River side of the property with views of the secluded courtyard and mountains beyond.
