Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is generally in very good condition and had everything we needed. The mountain view is great. Everything works in the kitchen, including the microwave, coffee maker, toaster, stove and oven, and fridge with water and ice maker. Bathrooms and showers were excellent. Plenty of kid toys and books are provided, which excited our grandkids. The queen bed in the 2nd bedroom wasn't as comfortable as the king bed in the master bedroom. The location is generally good, and we enjoyed being so near the pool house. The one Pines location drawback is that the Yellow shuttle only goes to Mountain House, so one needs to take two shuttles to get to River Run when not skiing up the Peru lift from Mountain House.Overall we recommend this condo as a great winter or summer option.

As retirees we have found weekday skiing to be the best and this location was very convenient for experiencing a different resort each day.The condo was excellent in every aspect. Checking in was easy, the condo was very clean and bright. We will look to rent this unit again in the future.

A small hiccup upon arrival and our instructions to find our rental were incorrect, but we got that sorted out fairly quickly. We stayed in mid-October and learned that the place was a ghost town, it felt so private and like we had the resort to ourselves! We loved the large living space with gorgeous mountain views, the kitchen that was very well stocked with everything we could have needed, and the convenience to the bigger cities of Breckenridge and Dillon while feeling a bit quieter. A couple things to note - the pool area was nice but you need to bring your own towels. This was a little inconvenient. The bedrooms were nice, but the beds weren’t the best. The bathroom were a little dated, but not an huge deal. Overall, we would definitely stay again and thought it was an incredible value for the off-season rate!

First of all thank you for the great stay. We loved it, the view, the fireplace we had a great time. Thanks for having a replacement propane bottle on the balcony as the one in the bbq was empty as we arrived, sadly the dishwasher was broken and could not be fixed during our stay, but stuff happens. Only real minus point is that the beds are really soft. So if you’re used to harder mattresses you’ll feel your back the next day. If you’re going there don’t forget to check out the pool area, it’s huge

Reviewer Comments: We arrived after dark and experienced some minor trouble locating the exact location of the Dropbox which contained our keys, but that distraction (which was entirely my own fault) was the only “hiccup” in an otherwise extraordinary nine night stay. We were immediately impressed with the size and condition of the unit. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and everything was clean and orderly. It was only during breakfast that we opened the insulated curtains and discovered the breathtaking view of the peaks to the west of Dillon. The scenery was truly remarkable. The condominium complex, The Pines, was very well situated. The shuttle to the ski lifts was just steps away from our rental unit and could not have been any more convenient. The Pines parking lot was the first loading stop on the Yellow Shuttle line when we were headed to the slopes — and it was the first stop on the return trip. The shuttle service operated as efficiently as a Swiss watch, with service to and from the lifts every twenty minutes. Perfect. The pool, hot tubs, and laundry facilities were very close. The location was very quiet. We were very pleased with our stay. I would suggest one change to the welcome/orientation information accompanying the keys (or provided to guests via email): The Pines provides carts to assist guests transferring their luggage/gear from the central parking area to the surrounding buildings. We burned lots of extra calories making multiple trips between the unit’s door and our parked vehicle — only to find the carts in the next morning’s light. (We certainly utilized the carts for our departure.)Overall, we were all very pleased with our stay, with the exception that the time passed much too quickly. We will seek out this property for future stays.

LOVED the view of Buffalo Mtn and hole 5 of the River Golf Course!! Nice, spacious condo! Great location to the Snake River walking/ biking trails! Enjoyed the gas grill too! Nice, cross breeze through the condo

Great view!!! Pool was wonderful! Steps away from snake river, we loved it. Would have liked a keirig. Guest room needed fresh pillows, but would definitely stay again!!!!

Beautiful view of the mountains, great location, and reasonably priced. Master bathroom was slow to drain, but no big deal. The master mattress was pretty firm. Overall a great place to stay and soak up the mountain atmosphere!

This condo was perfect for our (4 adults) ski getaway! The living space is very clean and comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. We appreciated the number of humidifiers available! Shuttle to Keystone, 25 min drive to Breckinridge, 45 min drive to Vail. The only thing that was slightly different than anticipated is the laundry facilities are not in unit, they are in a separate building and available for a charge (however I may have just misinterpreted the listing!). Overall wonderful experience, would definitely stay again!

Property was very spacious and bright (lots of ambient light) typically at this price point the rental units tend to be smaller, feel cluttered. Easy access to unit and plenty of parking. Friendly staff. Communication from rental company was outstanding - easy to understand how to get into unit upon arrival.
