As retirees we have found weekday skiing to be the best and this location was very convenient for experiencing a different resort each day.The condo was excellent in every aspect. Checking in was easy, the condo was very clean and bright. We will look to rent this unit again in the future.

We stayed in mid-October and learned that the place was a ghost town, it felt so private and like we had the resort to ourselves! We loved the large living space with gorgeous mountain views, the kitchen that was very well stocked with everything we could have needed, and the convenience to the bigger cities of Breckenridge and Dillon while feeling a bit quieter. A couple things to note - the pool area was nice but you need to bring your own towels. This was a little inconvenient. The bedrooms were nice, but the beds weren’t the best. The bathroom were a little dated, but not an huge deal. Overall, we would definitely stay again and thought it was an incredible value for the off-season rate!

Thanks for having a replacement propane bottle on the balcony as the one in the bbq was empty as we arrived, sadly the dishwasher was broken and could not be fixed during our stay, but stuff happens. Only real minus point is that the beds are really soft. So if you’re used to harder mattresses you’ll feel your back the next day. If you’re going there don’t forget to check out the pool area, it’s huge

Great condo for a family. Nice large open living room with a beautiful view! Condo was clean and spacious. Close to Keystone, but we came to ski A-basin which was only about 6 miles away.

Reviewer Comments: We arrived after dark and experienced some minor trouble locating the exact location of the Dropbox which contained our keys, but that distraction (which was entirely my own fault) was the only “hiccup” in an otherwise extraordinary nine night stay. We were immediately impressed with the size and condition of the unit. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and everything was clean and orderly. It was only during breakfast that we opened the insulated curtains and discovered the breathtaking view of the peaks to the west of Dillon. The scenery was truly remarkable. The condominium complex, The Pines, was very well situated. The shuttle to the ski lifts was just steps away from our rental unit and could not have been any more convenient. The Pines parking lot was the first loading stop on the Yellow Shuttle line when we were headed to the slopes — and it was the first stop on the return trip. The shuttle service operated as efficiently as a Swiss watch, with service to and from the lifts every twenty minutes. Perfect. The pool, hot tubs, and laundry facilities were very close. The location was very quiet. We were very pleased with our stay. I would suggest one change to the welcome/orientation information accompanying the keys (or provided to guests via email): The Pines provides carts to assist guests transferring their luggage/gear from the central parking area to the surrounding buildings. We burned lots of extra calories making multiple trips between the unit’s door and our parked vehicle — only to find the carts in the next morning’s light. (We certainly utilized the carts for our departure.)Overall, we were all very pleased with our stay, with the exception that the time passed much too quickly. We will seek out this property for future stays.

This condo was perfect for our (4 adults) ski getaway! The living space is very clean and comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. We appreciated the number of humidifiers available! Shuttle to Keystone, 25 min drive to Breckinridge, 45 min drive to Vail. The only thing that was slightly different than anticipated is the laundry facilities are not in unit, they are in a separate building and available for a charge (however I may have just misinterpreted the listing!). Overall wonderful experience, would definitely stay again!

My husband and I enjoyed The Pines condo #2149. Communication with Summit County Mountain Retreats was excellent! All communication was via email or text (communication was be email early on, and then a few days before communication was via text--I really liked this). The condo was sufficiently clean. Bed was comfortable...and I am one who needs a soft bed. Kitchen supplies were adequate. There was wood available to use in the fireplace. And a gas grill on the balcony was in good condition. The location of the condo is EXCELLENT. Great view of the mountains from our balcony and of a golf course. And the condo is a short walk down some stairs to a bike/hike trail and the Snake River. We spent several afternoons walking along Snake River--this was the reason we chose this condo and it proved to be a close, fun activity to enjoy time by the river. Our favorite excursion was to Guenella Pass (about a 45 min drive to Georgetown will get you to the pass). Guenella Pass is a two-lane, paved, nice road with many places to stop along the way---our favorite area is the first area outside of Georgetown called Silverdale Trailhead--this area has several trails, some along the river, that are mostly easy. There was a higher longer trail that we only started on, but did not finish as it got too steep/rugged. We highly recommend visiting the Guenella Pass and we highly recommend the condos at The Pines (unit #2149). And Summit County Mountain Retreats seems to be a very organized and helpful company to work with.

Great place to stay! Fabulous views- overlooks the golf course with grand mountain views in the background. there's also a trail right out the door which leads down to the river. Great river walk! We would recommend and definitely stay again!

That was the only time we needed to speak with the management company but it was very easy. If you have the opportunity to stay at The Pines, don’t pass it up!

Very very pleased with our stay! The only thing that was disappointing is the hot tub and pool were closed due to COVID. The views were amazing from the balcony! We absolutely loved it!

We loved our stay here! It was gorgeous and very "home" like! If you cook, they had everything you could imagine :) Location was fantastic, beds were comfortable, and a gorgeous view!

Location is perfect for hitting a couple different mountains. Super close to keystone, Arapahoe Basin, copper and Loveland. Very clean and has everything you need to spend a full week or more. The fire place was great and the outside patio with the grill was also a huge plus. Would and will definitely stay here next year.

The only negative thing is that I left my fire stick in the TV and I never received it back. I immediately called and completed the form but I never heard back. I honestly expected an email or call. Other than that, the place was amazing!

The unit was spacious with a beautiful view.We enjoyed sitting by a cozy fire and visiting. We appreciated management going out of their way to deliver firewood. We will definitely try to lease this unit again. Thank you.

Views were amazing. Fishiing hiking and biking trails just a short walk away. Sadly pool and hot tub were closed. If I had known I probably would have postponed our trip. Fire place wace great and fulltb stocked with wood. I will definitely come back.

The view was AMAZING and their was a "puppy happy hour" in the field every night, with residences dogs ♥️. The condo was very spacious and the deck was wonderful. Even the views from the bedrooms was great. We used the pill and hot tub and it was a wonderful facility. We accidently locked ourselves out, but a rep from Summit county rentals saved the day. Checking in and out was so easy. We truly enjoyed everything about the condo and complex.

Such a gorgeous location! We found our condo to be perfect for our family! It had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and extra special. We loved the large pool and two hot tubs. Easy bus ride to slopes. Clean. Plenty of space for a group with kids. Quick walk to pool, hot tub and laundry. Only allows for 1 parking spot in lot.

Condo was great! Very spacious and the beds were comfortable. The hot tub however (which is communal with the other condos in the development) was disgustingly dirty.

This rental is great for big groups as they have a big hall where you can sit and play whatever you want. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Thanks for the great hospitality.
