We loved our stay at this pet friendly property. The views from the balcony are even better than the pictures and the ability to walk to lots of biking and hiking options was a nice surprise. Incredibly clean with a well stocked kitchen made us feel right at home. The condo is located in a very peaceful area of town so it was easy to sit back and relax.

Nice balcony with table and chairs, if the weather is nice to sit out and enjoy! Plenty of room for us to spread out and relax. Everything was amazing. The views were amazing, the condo was very cozy and perfect for what we wanted. The only downside was being able to hear every footstep of the neighbors above.I would still stay here again and hope to in the future!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This apartment is spacious and meticulously maintained. The view from the balcony is priceless. The kitchen is well stocked for all needs during your stay. It was a pleasurable, quite stay. The bus stops every 20 minutes right in the parking lot. We didn't realize that when the contract states that only 6 people could stay that this would also mean you can't have anyone over for dinner. I wish there would be a little more flexibility, as we were visiting our son working here, and we couldn't spend time with him after he got off work unless we went out to eat which defeated the point of having an apartment. Also, there are no heaters in the bathrooms, which has them at a pretty cold temperature.

This place was absolutely perfect for our stay. I loved being on the first floor for my father who can not do stairs well. There are still about 8 stairs up to the entrance of the property. The field outside was amazing, and I spent most of my time outside there. In August it was quiet and the trails down to the river were great, and accessible from the pines property. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone. It was nice to be outside of the city enough to see the stars and the view of the mountains for the sunset and non sunset were fantastic. Only a short drive to Silverthorne to get anything you might need. Kitchen had everything we needed and we cooked throughout our stay.
