This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo is located in the Plaza building. This condo sleeps 6 across two queen beds and a queen sleeper sofa. It features a private patio looking at the shared pool and mountains in the background. The Plaza Condominiums are conveniently located in the Lakeside Village area of Keystone. The Keystone Conference Center, shops, restaurants, and activities are just steps away. Keystone Lake is located at the center of the village, offering spectacular water and mountain views as well as activities. Rent a paddle boat in the summer or ice skate in the winter! Fishing is available right out the front door on Snake River. You also have access to Keystone Lodge & Spa next door that features a pool, hot tub, and fitness facilities.

This condo offers a full kitchen, dining area, and spacious living area. The full-size kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to enjoy a home cooked meal. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the patio; this unit is stocked with a drip coffee maker and coffee. Enjoy your home cooked meal with the whole family, the dining area seats six and there is additional seating for four at the breakfast bar.

The living area features a gas fireplace, flat screen TV with cable, and plenty of seating. Cozy up by the fireplace with a book or watch the snow fall across treed views with mountains in the distance. For an additional sleeping option, the couch pulls out into a queen sleeper sofa.

The spacious bedroom features two queen-sized beds, a flatscreen TV, and a DVD player. There is ample room to store your items with a large dresser, two bedside tables, and a closet for guest use. The shared bathroom features a shower/tub combination, double sinks, and granite countertops. There is also a water room for added privacy. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

**Ivory White Bedding** This property has been upgraded with ivory white bedding modeled after high-end hotels and resorts. Enjoy the luxury of a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Featuring an uncompromising and industry leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after each and every guest stay. The entire bed is remade with fresh, white linens for each guest arrival.

*Please note that we have a minimum age requirement. To reserve this vacation rental, the paying guest must be 26 years of age or older. This vacation rental is new to our management program. Please note, parking for ONE vehicle is available in the underground garage.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The beds are sooo firm. Seems like nice memory foam but too firm to sleep on. I sleep on a firm temperpedic mattress at home so I’m used to firm. And one of the frames middle support is broken so you go to the middle of the bed. We just bought an air mattress and slept in the living room. Overall it was great though!

Great place to stay. Close to the pool and hot tubs. There is laundry on site. Walking distance to the conference center but this is also a bus stop right outside the door so you don't have to walk! Very quiet location.

It was our first time skiing at Keystone. This place was pretty close to the mountain and there was a keystone shuttle bus stop right outside the parking garage entrance. (which ran every 20 mins) the garage was heated. Overall we really liked our stay.

The sauna and steam room were perfect after a day in the snow. Having a first floor unit was also very convenient for this location. The Snake River was right outside our condo and the views of the mountains were spectacular. The only downside was the construction work which started very early in the morning and went on all day. Evenings were peaceful and we didn’t spend many days inside. The sounds of the Snake River were fantastic in the early morning and evenings-before and after the construction machines were shut down.

Great location, very clean!

I have stayed in Keystone many times through different managers that post on Airbnb, as my dad is a full time resident there. I was super impressed with Summit County Retreats - they were very proactive at providing information and very helpful. This is the easiest check in and out I have had at any place in the area, and the property was lovely, clean, and reasonably priced. I will be looking for condos through Summit County Mountain Retreats for all of my future stays. Highly recommend!

Clean, comfy, and roomy

This is the best one bedroom condo that we have rented. It is so spacious. Plenty of room in the bedroom for storing belongings. Living room felt like home as did the dining room. Game night with 6 people had room for all. The bed was very comfortable as were the couches and chairs. Nice sized TV with good reception and choices. Many windows and a view of the river was appreciated. It is close to the pool, hot tub, plaza and walking path. We did not cook any meals, but the kitchen seemed well stocked. We stayed in the summer so cannot comment on ease to ski-lift shuttle. Typical for Keystone, indoor parking is challenging for SUVs. Parking is very close to the condo. Visitor parking is challenging and my son as well as my sister had to be creative in finding a parking spot. Would definitely book again
