This is a condo built in the late 70's. Nothing flashy or over the top. It was terrific. We stayed in the Quicksilver Condos two years ago and came back. We plan on coming back again next year. The layout was great for four (two adults, one 7 year old and one 4 year old). I loved the hot tub and pool, nice short walk from the apartment to the pool house. I also enjoyed the fireplace and cozy bedrooms. The only struggle I had was figuring out how to turn on the sound for the DVD player.- Reviewed On: 4/2/2026

We planned to visit family in Keystone and we found this great condo in their same condo development. The condo was spacious, clean, comfortable and in a great location for our visit. The area is beautiful in the summer with hiking trails, water activities on Dillion Lake and music events at the amphitheater in Dillon. If you are a skier this condo is located in a development with shuttle service to near by Keystone Mt. and the shuttle stop is right near by this condo. Breckenridge and Vail are just a short drive away. I would definitely rent again when visiting the area.- Reviewed On: 9/4/2024

Super comfortable stay in a great location
Though it was just two of us, the place was perfect. This would be a great location for a group or family. You have to walk a bit from the parking area to the condo but the walkway was cleared and flat. Kitchen was well equipped, bed in primary was very comfortable. Great location!- Reviewed On: 1/29/2024

Overall a good stay. The pool was dirty and the hot tub was being rebuilt, but the condo was centrally located and a convenient store is across the street from complex. Lots of trees and beautiful surroundings. The pillows were very comfortable and no one complained about the beds. I attended a conference at the Keystone Conference center at walked to it. Super close walking distance to the Keystone shuttle and the ski locker was a nice perk as well so we didn’t have to worry about storage. Our only complaint was the top bunk had a vent blowing directly on it which made it difficult for one of our kids to sleep there but would rather have that than decrease the number of beds in the unit. We only wished there was a grill, and amenities weren't open due to Covid... but other than that our experience was great! Clean, hand sanitizer at the doors and a very calm place to stay and relax. It was lovely, large, decently equipped. The kitchen floor was sticky in front of the fridge and we found a couple can tabs on the living room rug so not sure it was vacuumed well - but it was a great place, very roomy and comfortable! Thanks!- Reviewed On: 3/26/2020

Great location just minutes away from Keystone skiing, ice skating, and Adventure Point tubing hill. Free Bus service picks up very close by. Loved the heated pool, hot tub, and sauna just across the parking lot from the condo. Beds were comfortable. Looks like some renovations were in process (access to the balcony was closed off, pending a replacement of the balcony railing), but since it was winter, it didn't interfere much with our use of the condo. Looks like kitchen electrical outlets may be in process of being upgraded or replaced soon, as there was an extension cord from the refridgerator to the outlet on the bar. Furniture was very comfortable and kitchen well equipped. Two full baths were a huge bonus with this rental.- Reviewed On: 2/10/2020

The kitchen was very well stocked with pots/pans and even spices. The kids used the downstairs bedroom and we used the upstairs bedroom. It was perfect for our needs. If I were to buy a condo in the mountains, it would be one like this one. It was cozy, loved the fireplace and comfy living room.The only issues we had were (1) all the pillows were very uncomfortable (recommend bringing your own if you're traveling by car),(2) it was too well heated (the thermostat didn't work and we were so hot (also the door to the patio didn't open due to railing work that was in progress), and (3) the breaker broke while we were there so the fridge and coffee outlets didn't work for us while we were there. Maintenance came and plugged them in after a few hours so our food didn't spoil. They couldn't get an electrician there during our stay to repair it but I'm assuming it's repaired now. Hopefully that fixes the heat issue as well.- Reviewed On: 1/21/2020

Similar to mattress preference, we've found that pillow preference is highly subjective and tends to differ greatly from person to person. Unfortunately the complex HOA has been conducting a large building renovation project where they replaced roofing, siding, and made improvements to the patio decks. SCMR cannot control when they will be installing the railings but are hopeful the project will be completed very soon. This guest was notified a month prior to their arrival that they would not have access to the deck and stated they were fine with this because there isn't a grill, hot tub, and the view faces a parking lot. SCMR scheduled an electrician as soon as they could resolve the breaker issue, but unfortunately could not happen before these guests departed. All of these maintenance issues have been resolved and everything is now functioning properly.Summit County Mountain Retreats staff

The only reason I marked it down in any way was because the two kitchen outlets above the counter tops (along with the outlet the refrigerator should have been plugged into) did not work - was inconvenient for making coffee in the mornings. In order for the refrigerator to work, there was an extension cord plugged into the outlet beneath the kitchen bar, and strung along the back of kitchen counter tops to the refrigerator. As a licensed contractor, this should be a simple electrical fix - would seem that an entire circuit is in need of a simple repair. Anyway, I would definitely stay here again ... would just appreciate being able to use the two outlets in the kitchen next time.- Reviewed On: 1/15/2020

Great Location to Keystone Resort
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First off, let me say my stay in this condo was great. The only reason I marked it down in any way was because the two kitchen outlets above the counter tops (along with the outlet the refrigerator should have been plugged into) did not work - was inconvenient for making coffee in the mornings. In order for the refrigerator to work, there was an extension cord plugged into the outlet beneath the kitchen bar, and strung along the back of kitchen counter tops to the refrigerator. As a licensed contractor, this should be a simple electrical fix - would seem that an entire circuit is in need of a simple repair. Anyway, I would definitely stay here again ... would just appreciate being able to use the two outlets in the kitchen next time.- Reviewed On: 1/15/2020

Everyone was amazing!! The condo had everything we needed to call home and more. Very detailed instructions on everything including how to cook and how to help us from getting altitude sickness. Dehumidifiers and fans in all the rooms were extremely helpful esp that we are from a very humid south! Make sure everyone reads the email that is sent from the company .. it saved us!! The nature/mountains around us was just breath taking!! We got to enjoy the pool and jacuzzi on the days after a long hike up the mountains. Next time I recommend people get Their grocery’s delivered ahead of time:-) Witch is another cool perk! My family and I have fallen in love with this home, area and staff.. Can’t wait to go again! I wanted to say a special Thank you to the representatives that helped us on the day of check out. My husband being a combat veteran of the USAF left his priceless hat (from his last deployment from Afghanistan) in the house. The representative went out of her way to go quickly to the room ASAP and get it back to my husband within 2 days!! They were amazing! Thank you all!! We have not stopped talking to everyone about this beautiful and memorable retreat!- Reviewed On: 5/27/2019

It was nice to have a stocked kitchen with dishes to use and towels in the bathrooms. The hot tub and pool clubhouse was a great amenity too after a ski day!
