Ideally located just a 10-minute walk from both Lakeside Village and the Keystone Conference Center, and a quick 5-minute drive to River Run Village, this condo is a year-round base for adventure—whether you're hitting the slopes in winter or mountain biking during the summer.

The main level is an open, welcoming space featuring a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar that seats 2, and a dining area that comfortably accommodates 6-8 guests. The cozy living room boasts a wood-burning fireplace, perfect for warming up after a day outdoors, and a flat-screen TV for movie nights. Step outside onto the private balcony, equipped with outdoor seating, to enjoy breathtaking mountain views while you relax in the fresh alpine air. Proximity to the Peru lift was perfect; the bus picked up right at the entance to the condo neighborhood and dropped off at Mountain Home. My kids loved that the pool was close by too! The condo itself was great! Very clean and nicely laid out. Our 4 boys fit into the 2nd bedroom well, even with all of their ski gear! The communication with the property management company was top notch - texts were sent with reminders of major events, like arrival info and then a perfectly timed text with departure/clean up info. We've stayed in a few places in Keystone and this one is at the top of our list! We will be back!

Everything was great , cozy place . Will definitely recommend. Two small things I didn't liked , one was the extra charge for a playpen ( 10 a day ) , most places I've been before . They have it for free. And the fact that they onky have a very limited amount of garbage bags ( I think they were only 2 including the one in the bin ) for a 7 person group. And the toilet paper was also very limited. But that's not a deal breaker. Everything else was nice , location , setup and layout of the house .

Thank you for your feedback. Some individual homeowners choose to have pack n plays already in the unit, however this property did not already have one stocked. It is for these situations that our office carries these available for rent. For paper products, we do only stock an initial amount, but guests are always welcome to stop by our office for more at any point during their stay.

The checkin instructions were clear although I’d maybe include a map with the check-in packet that is picked up with where the actual unit is. The address directs you to the road behind all of the buildings so it can be tricky to find.

It was the perfect spot for skiing at Keystone the shuttle was easy to use, did not have to worry about parking. We arrived on a snowy night so I did wish we could have gone straight to the condo instead of driving further down the road to get the keys. All in all a wonderful condo meet all our needs.
