Great little mountain getaway
The room was great and within walking distance to the gondola. We took a short ski gateway and this was exactly what we were looking for. The only issue we had during our stay was the elevator to/from the garage was malfunctioning for a portion of our stay.- Reviewed On: 1/5/2022

Cozy condo close to slopes
We really enjoyed our time at the condo. A few things to note, it is directly next to the pool and hot tub, mostly a plus, but had to keep the blinds closed for privacy and it could be loud in the evenings when groups gathered outside. The couch is extremely uncomfortable to sit on. It is so old and sunken it. It was really a bummer. There is nowhere to store dry food. Bring your own coffee filters. I did appreciate the humidifiers, plentiful towels, great fireplace, and kitchen supplies.- Reviewed On: 11/13/2021

Cozy and comfortable!
Very nice property, comfortable and cozy. Super communication throughout rental process. Great views and convenient access to workout room and hot tub, plenty warm! Underground parking is very nice! Couple small problems that would be easy fixes: master bed way too hard, couch in living room is also too uncomfortable for sitting. Lights over dining room need a dimmer switch, too little light as it exists currently.- Reviewed On: 10/12/2021

Keystone condo was great
Great condo with great view of the slopes. It was right next to the pool and hot tub, but they closed at 8 PM so it wasn’t noisy at night. A little dated, but very functional and clean. Both beds were pretty comfortable. Pillows and linens were very nice. Dishwasher didn’t work, but they said they will fix it. Humidifier didn’t work but they brought us a new one soon as we told them. Overall great!- Reviewed On: 3/15/2021

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Normally we are open to close skiers, but with the convenience of the location to the Gondola combined with the lure of the best steam room and hot tubs with a view we spent more time at the lodge than I would have expected. The room itself was quiet, well maintained and right next to the workout, steam room, and pool area for added convenience. We weren't able to check in early since the unit was rented the day before but property management allowed us to park in the underground garage before check in so we were able to park and ski easily on the day of arrival. We really enjoyed it.- Reviewed On: 3/23/2020

We had a great time here. The condo was clean and comfortable, and the pool and hot tub were wonderful. My only complaint was that it was inconvenient that there was only one car allowed in the garage, and the website's instructions for where we could park contradicted the signage at the closest parking lot. We ended up wasting quite a bit of time trying to figure out where to park our second car, and never felt fully confident about where overnight parking was allowed and where it wasn't. It would be nice to allow a second space in the garage if there is availability, which there was. Overall we had a great time though, thank you!- Reviewed On: 9/2/2019

I loved how close this was to the gondola. We came for summer activities and we walked everywhere from this place. It is directly next to the pool so be aware there could be pool noise, especially if you have the windows open for summer like we did. I thought it was a bit small for my family of 6. We had to have the Murphy bed out and the sofa bed and those took up the entire room. While it can sleep 6, I think it’s a bit too small for 6 to eat and move around in the place. Otherwise it was great and I’d recommend for smaller families!- Reviewed On: 6/18/2019

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is my second rental through Summit County Mountain Retreats. They are a well organized company and are quick to respond to your inquiries. I would rent this property again and recommend it to friends. The proximity to the ski hills / pool / hot tub was great for our group. The pool table and games in the lobby were great. One drawback for our group is that we had two vehicles and they only supply one parking pass for the underground parking. Originally we were told that we could park the second vehicle overnight in Montezuma lot but that changed to Keystone Lodge lot which was two miles away.- Reviewed On: 2/27/2018

Late May ski trip
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We began a 10 late May 10 day Colorado trip with 5 days at Red Hawk Lodge #2204. The rental and check in process was smooth, directions great, and unit in fantastic condition. We had everything we needed. It was very quiet due to off season timing which for us was preferred. Most of the restaurants in Keystone were closed by Dillon and Silverthorne were an easy drive away. We did some day trips easily from this location. The outdoor pool and hot tub along with the steam room were great after a day of exploring, hiking, or skiing. Though Keystone was closed for skiing, Arapahoe Basin had just received over 2 feet of fresh powder just before our arrival with additional snow most evenings during our stay making skiing fantastic. We enjoyed playing pool in the community room a couple of evenings and if we had a small group all of the games available would have been used for sure. Overall, we will be recommending to others and plan to come again for some late spring skiing.- Reviewed On: 5/31/2017

Winter Wonderland Vacation!!!
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Through and Through, very happy with our stay at Red Hawk Lodge. #2204 was everything we could have asked for. Me, my wife and 4 yro were very comfortable. The fireplace, two full bathrooms, perfectly equipped kitchen was just what we needed. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub with snow falling around us in below freezing temps (its that warm!) The hot tub was a very popular spot for people at night so we stayed out then. I quick walk to dinner at River Run, could not be better. Everything you need is there. We had a lot of snow; 1ft dropped the day we arrived. Red Hawk, with indoor heated parking garage, very friendly staff and frontier décor was a great place to come home to.If you are visiting Keystone in winter- go dogsledding!! So worth it!I hope Keystone resort does a better job of updating their website, a lot of the winter attractions we hoped for were not yet open during the weekend we arrived (Dec10th).We will try this again some day, maybe try summer next time. Thank you!- Reviewed On: 12/30/2016

Awesome!
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean and comfortable! Great location by pool except noise. But pool closes at 10 pm so no worries. No air conditioning but management brought fans. This helped because even though it gets cold in summer you need air movement. Could use some comfy footstools in living room. Patio is a little dirty scary. And with windows open at night it wasn't very secure. Not an issue in winter but definitely summer. Even a gated fence outside windows would help.- Reviewed On: 7/1/2016

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time in Keystone! We love the location of this condo! The only suggestion I would give is that the couch needs to be replaced. The couch bed slants way down and the couch is not comfortable at all. The condo is very nice otherwise and we absolutely love staying there!!- Reviewed On: 8/27/2015

Nice location
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were attending the Frisco BBQ festival and have always enjoyed staying in Keystone because it is so kid-friendly. The Redhawk condo building is a hundred yards from the gondola and the gondola is free on Fridays so we all went to the top of the mountain. The views are breathe taking both from the condo and the top of Keystone. The location of this condo is on the first floor right next to the pool so we could watch the kids from our patio. Very nice stay!- Reviewed On: 7/8/2015

Great vacation rental
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in the rental over a weekend and everything was really nice. It is a very short walk to the gondola (maybe 1-2 minutes?). The unit is on the garden level and right outside the balcony there is the pool and hot tubs so that was an excellent surprise. The unit also overlooks keystone. So you have a great view of the night skiing right from the unit. The kitchen was very well stocked and we had no problem making dinner during our stay. There were flat screen tvs in the living room and the bedroom. The gas fireplace was also a nice touch. Didn't hear or notice any neighbors. Overall, an amazing experience. Highly recommend and will definitely look at staying here next time we go to Keystone.- Reviewed On: 12/16/2014

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the beautiful view of the slopes and the sunrise! The close proximity to the Gondola, pool and hot tubs, and fitness center was a huge plus. It was even worth it dispite being awakened by several college kids celebrating loudly Christmas morning from 3-5am in the hot tubs. We both gave sleepy thought to asking them to quiet down but then recalled our college days and and smiled under our pillows! It was a wonderful Christmas Vacation- Reviewed On: 12/27/2013

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in early December and had a great experience. The location of this condo is fantastic and also has the added benefit of a ski locker and heated parking. I will say that the unit was a bit cramped (6 of us) and that the provided space heaters were a must, but other than that, it couldn't have been better. We really enjoyed our time and will look to stay again this year.- Reviewed On: 12/24/2013

Reviewer Comments: We took our 4 children for a weekend getaway and we had an amaaazing time. The sofa bed was not that comfortable so the kids slept on the murphy bed together. The living room was also cold at night. Other than that the room is right by the pool it was perfect! We brought our own food and cooked as a family and the room had everything we needed to make our meals each night. We would definetly come back.- Reviewed On: 5/31/2013

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Red Hawk 2204 was a nice, large condo. We loved being able to look out the window an see that no one was in the hot tub. The gondola was a short walk, as promised. The TV was bad. Tiny outdated thing stuck above the fireplace, felt like we were in the back row at an old time drive in. Only 3 drinking glasses. The furniture was also old and in need of replacement. Could be a great place with some attention.- Reviewed On: 3/18/2013

Perfect place right next to the Gondola in Keystone!
Had a great stay for 5 nights in the condo. Perfect location right next to the Gondola and just steps out your door to the gym and hot tubs. Worked perfect for our group with the sofa bed and murphy bed. Management company is easy to work with and no problems our whole trip. Kitchen was stocked well and condo is in great shape. Might consider TV upgrade but otherwise perfect. Thanks again!- Reviewed On: 3/10/2012
