This was a really cute place, not too far of a walk from the lift but when you're carrying skis, not too close either. Quick to walk to all of the restaurants. The space had everything we needed including a box fan for white noise and kitchen basics for cooking eggs in the morning and enough coffee to get you going until you can walk to the market and get more. There was a great hang out area in the lobby. I didn't get to use the hot tub unfortunately. Parking was underground and we were able to stay parked after checkout until we finished skiing for the day.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was great. You can see the gondola from the living room and it’s less than a five minute walk to the lifts/village. The unit itself is cozy and comfortable with everything you need (fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds, smart tv and board games to play). It is close to the elevator to the garage (but you can’t hear elevator traffic) and near the very nicely kept lounge in the building with tv, comfy couches and pool table. Good warm parking garage for your car. Great place. We’ll definitely be back!

The only things that stand out is the master bathroom floor felt like it had not been swept as it appears there was sand/gravel when I walked on it barefooted when I first arrived. The other thing I want to mention is the check-in 4:30p/ checkout 10a times seem excessive with 6.5 hours turnaround time for the next guest check-in. It’s outside industry standards and can create issues due to travel conditions during ski season.

We biked every day on the adjacent bike/walk path that connects to many miles of other Summit County paths. A couple of nitpicks: 1) Construction of large condo/resort across the street made for some extra noise and traffic. 2) We reported that the en suite bedroom satellite TV was on the fritz, and management offered to fix it. But since we didn't need it for our own use (there were other working TVs in the unit) we told them to just wait until we checked out. Summary: When I asked if she'd stay there again, Wife said "Absolutely".

This condo is clean and very conveniently located a short walk from the main gondola and the village. Loved the heated underground parking garage. I also saw some reviews mentioning an uncomfortable king bed; They must have replaced it because the mattress was quite comfortable! Overall, nice stay.
