This was a really cute place, not too far of a walk from the lift but when you're carrying skis, not too close either. Quick to walk to all of the restaurants. The space had everything we needed including a box fan for white noise and kitchen basics for cooking eggs in the morning and enough coffee to get you going until you can walk to the market and get more. There was a great hang out area in the lobby. I didn't get to use the hot tub unfortunately. Parking was underground and we were able to stay parked after checkout until we finished skiing for the day.- Reviewed On: 2/11/2026

Great location
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was great. You can see the gondola from the living room and it’s less than a five minute walk to the lifts/village. The unit itself is cozy and comfortable with everything you need (fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds, smart tv and board games to play). It is close to the elevator to the garage (but you can’t hear elevator traffic) and near the very nicely kept lounge in the building with tv, comfy couches and pool table. Good warm parking garage for your car. Great place. We’ll definitely be back!- Reviewed On: 1/30/2026

Good location and accommodations, couple of observations
We had a very pleasant experience staying at the condo. The only things that stand out is the master bathroom floor felt like it had not been swept as it appears there was sand/gravel when I walked on it barefooted when I first arrived. The other thing I want to mention is the check-in 4:30p/ checkout 10a times seem excessive with 6.5 hours turnaround time for the next guest check-in. It’s outside industry standards and can create issues due to travel conditions during ski season.- Reviewed On: 3/9/2025
Thank you for your thoughtful review! We're glad you had a pleasant stay and appreciated the condo's location and accommodations. We sincerely apologize for the condition of the master bathroom floor at arrival—this isn’t the standard we aim for, and we’ll address it with our cleaning team. We also appreciate your feedback on check-in and check-out times and understand how that can impact travel plans, especially in winter. A relaxing week in late summer for Wife and I
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Comfortable, clean, convenient, and uncrowded. Easy four minute walk to Keystone village shops and restaurants. We biked every day on the adjacent bike/walk path that connects to many miles of other Summit County paths. A couple of nitpicks: 1) Construction of large condo/resort across the street made for some extra noise and traffic. 2) We reported that the en suite bedroom satellite TV was on the fritz, and management offered to fix it. But since we didn't need it for our own use (there were other working TVs in the unit) we told them to just wait until we checked out. Summary: When I asked if she'd stay there again, Wife said "Absolutely".- Reviewed On: 9/4/2024
We're happy to see that you and your wife enjoyed your stay! We appreciate your feedback and hope that the noise didn't cause too much of an inconvenience. We look forward to hopefully hosting you again!Summit County Mountain Retreats staff

Great location!
This condo is clean and very conveniently located a short walk from the main gondola and the village. Loved the heated underground parking garage. I also saw some reviews mentioning an uncomfortable king bed; They must have replaced it because the mattress was quite comfortable! Overall, nice stay.- Reviewed On: 3/2/2024

Communication galore
1. The most communication I have ever received from a Vrbo! The company was on top of it to assure I know every ins and outs of the property, check in process, driving directions, neighborhood info ... e-mails texts ... 2. Very clean and updated apartment. It was spacious for the 3 of us, and probably up to 5 would fit comfortably. 3. Comfortable bedding. The kitchen was well equipped. Great coffee maker and toaster! 4. Covered secure parking under the apartment building, easy access by elevator. Trash and recycling is also right there by the elevator in the garage. 5. We chose a first-floor level apt so we can just walk out the back door, and ride our bikes, which was great. 1 minute walk to town (and overpriced restaurants) 6. Note: The community room of the building is right next door including a pool table and foosball table - users were respectful and there was no noise after 9PM though.- Reviewed On: 8/10/2022

Sr. citizens staying in Colorado to avoid the midwest heat.
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the second summer in Keystone for us. This property was our choice because it was on the ground floor with a walkout right to real grass and trees. The property description was accurate. The property was clean and when we needed help the company was quick to help. The property was quiet and the pool was enjoyed by the grandkids. The common area was good but very dark at night. (To the management only---there was supposed to be general things such as coffee and filters. There were none. There was no vacuum to keep the floor clean. There was salt and pepper. The place we stayed in last year was fully equipped for baking. The bedding was great. We enjoyed our stay a lot.)- Reviewed On: 9/27/2021
Seeing that you had a 5-Star experience is the best thing we could hope for! Your review means a lot to us. Please keep in mind that we do not provide coffee filters but do provide each guest with he starter amount of coffee in a pre filtered puck. Unfortunately, not all of our locations are provided with a vacuums but, should a guest need one during their stay please just let our office team know and we will be able to assist. Weekend get away
We were here for a quick weekend get away on short notice. The initial check in process was somewhat confusing trying to locate the management company’s lockbox to pick up our check in package. Other than that it was a pleasant stay. We were here in summer but in winter this unit would be very convenient with easy access to the gondola and base of the mountain dining, shopping etc.- Reviewed On: 8/10/2020

Great location!
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time we have stayed here, both in the summer. The condo has recently been refreshed--painted, new furniture, decor and linens. The location is close to the gondola and river run village but far enough away to be quiet. The condo no longer had a dining table which was a little awkward.Other then that its a great getaway place.- Reviewed On: 7/19/2020

Excellent for family ski trip!
Excellent location for a family ski trip! You can sit on the couch and see skiers coming down the mountain! Gondola is a quick walk from the patio door, very close to ski lockers and hot tub/pool area. Perfect for a ski trip with children. Only thing we wished was that the master bed was more firm. Otherwise excellent place and we will be back again!- Reviewed On: 3/4/2020

Cute Condo
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental experience was very favorable. Received several emails with details of payment, check-in/out instructions, etc., Located across the street from the Hunki Dori parking lot so easy to return back to condo for lunch. Only issue, we received 3 keycards in our check-in envelope and only one worked without fail. I called and they would have given us replacements but we didn't have time to run over to their offices. Furniture was a bit worn and shower curtain in master bathroom had mildew on it but everything else was good.- Reviewed On: 3/21/2019

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed 4 nights in the condo with our granddaughter, and had a wonderful time. Everything was well stocked, high-quality, clean, beautiful, beds were comfortable. We placed a maintenance call for clogged bathtub drain and response was fast and satisfactory. The elevators were inoperable part of the time in the building, and electricity went off several hours throughout the area, but those problems were separate from the condo itself. Pretty stream nearby with a walking trail, and gondola within walking distance - a fun stay.- Reviewed On: 6/25/2017

Fabulous condo
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

Christmas Ski Trip
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Thoroughly enjoyed this property, very close to River Run Village for the restaurants, shops, and events, but secluded enough for a good family get away. TV in living room was a little small, but one doesn't go to Keystone for a home theater. Proximity to gondola was very nice. Kitchen was fully stocked and then some. Excellent rental, very well maintained and very clean. SCMR was great to work with. Definitely recommend this accommodation above others in Keystone. One hot tub was out of order, and the sauna steam room was also out of order, but I wouldn't have cancelled knowing that in advance.- Reviewed On: 12/27/2016

Also, due to the cold weather the building was freezing - it would be helpful if they could turn up the heat to at least 65 or 67? It was around 62.- Reviewed On: 11/14/2014

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed the two bedroom condo very much. Staff was helpful when needed. Keys and directions were easy to follow. The place was nice and mostly clean. Only things to keep in mind. Bring your own shampoo, and soaps. Only negative thing was the high cleaning fee with a large list of cleaning duties you had to do yourself. It couldn't have taken half an hour for the cleaning crew to clean up after us. $100 was just to much. Otherwise great stay close to the hill with heated parking. What more could you really ask for.- Reviewed On: 11/9/2014

Convenient and nice
Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The building location give very easy access to the main gondola in Keystone, just a tiny walk away. Unit 2212 has a back porch sliding door facing the mountain, you can walk straight in and out from skiing or the village shops. Having no cleaning service was a bit of a drag. After several days with multiple adults and kids, I would have killed for a vacuum cleaner. Also, the pool/hot tubs are adequate, but nothing fancy. No serious complaints, it was a great unit and made for an excellent vacation.- Reviewed On: 2/16/2013
