very easy access to the Gondola and summit express ski lift. 5 minute walk. For two people and a single bedroom, we really had everything we needed in the unit. I wish there was just one more chest of drawers for our clothes since we were there for two weeks, but I'm not sure the bedroom was big enough. That being said the living area had room for another dresser. The hot water in the our room went out a few times, and we were told it was a whole building issue that the HOA had to be notified. The unit had a great ice maker. The lodges hot tubs were small and only two. One of the tubs kept losing heat. I liked the steam room and heated pool for the little ones was pleasant to have.

Regarding the hot water and hot tubs, those systems are managed by the building’s HOA and unfortunately are outside of our direct control. When we were notified about the hot water interruption, we promptly reported it to the HOA so they could address the building-wide issue. The same applies to the lodge amenities, including the hot tubs, as they are maintained and serviced by the HOA. We truly value your feedback and are glad overall that the unit worked well for your stay. We’d love the opportunity to host you again on your next visit.

Nice condo with modern kitchen. Fully stocked with brand name SS pots and pans. They have everything you need for a short stay. The beds were comfortable with nice sheets, comforters. I liked being on the 1st floor with a small porch to walk outside. It has a gas fireplace which was really nice. Used the hot tub once with views of mountain. My only complaint is having to go to another location to get keys and they cut the water off for the last hour before our checkout which made cleaning the place a bit rushed. Still a great experience.

Thank you for your feedback! Unfortunately the building water shut off was due to an emergency repair being performed by the building HOA so this was outside of our control. Key pick up at a separate location is standard across many buildings in Keystone due to them requiring hotel style keys for access and not having a physical front desk on site. Our office is centrally located, but we do understand this process is not ideal- however it is unavoidable.

We have stayed at several condos in Red Hawk and this one was great! It had everything we needed to cook meals and the bed was comfy. There was a large table to play games and do puzzles at night which we always appreciate! As always we were very happy working with Summit Mountain Retreats too! It made our 40th anniversary so special to be able to come ski, hike, and just enjoy being together in a great condo in a beautiful place! We also love going into the village and shopping in the evenings and sitting by the outdoor fire pits among the pretty Christmas decorations! So thankful we got to celebrate in Keystone!!

The place was very nice. As pictured. Great set of pots and pans, not just a mash-up of what the owner could find. Really appreciated that since we always cook in.

My biggest gripe about Summit County Mountain retreats is their 4:30Pm check-in time. And this is the time you pick up the keys at the remote site so that by the time you are really checking in, it is 5:00PM. Still need to be out by 10:00AM, so no grace given there. They also need to give a clear instruction on whether you are in the North or the South Wing with your room number. This would have been most helpful before I loaded the luggage cart and went wandering looking for how to get to our unit.

The unit is small, but has everything you need for two guests. Very clean and well maintained. Short walk to the gondola. Management does an excellent job and is very responsive. The only issue (which is minor) is the induction cooktop which requires special cookware (which is provided). We tried everything, but could not keep eggs and other certain foods from sticking to the pan, making clean-up very difficult.

Overall ok experience. Would Recommend coffee and/or tea to be added. And a printed-out list of how to work the TV's, etc. (Cells don't always pick up signal) Would also list that there's no AC in the unit.

From the app that answers all your questions sent the week prior to arrival to easy check in and check out, this one bedroom condo was perfect for my daughter and me to hit the slopes! The heated garage and the one parking space and the nearness to the slopes made this property one we will come back to visit.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The late check-in and early check-out times are my only complaint, but the reservations team let us use the pool while we waited to check in to our room so that was nice. The reservations team was super helpful and kept us informed of needed info before and during our stay.

The location was great! Walk to the lifts and restaurants. Perfect for what we needed. The humidifier in the closet is a nice touch during the winter. The only issue we noticed is the TV is quite high for the size of the room. It’s a bit difficult to comfortably sit in the couch and view.

Loved the room and location. Bed was very comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. Room was nice and cozy and clean. Checking in directions and parking were clear and management responded very quickly to any questions. Only complaint is construction near hotel makes the walk to river run much further than it used to be. Walk to gondola was close.

We had an incredible experience. I worked at Keystone for a long time and appreciated being able to stay so close to River Run. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. I know all units are like this but the only complaint I have is how hot it got inside. Two fans helped but might need more. Any questions I might have had, I got answers promptly and respectfully (via text and phone). The only trouble we had was where to go for the garage and if we were in the North or South building.
