Great location. Front two stove burners didn’t work. Pull out bed not comfortable. There is almost no view from the balcony. You can see a sliver of the slopes from balcony due to new building being built. Lots of construction noise. Elevator was not working first two days, that was an actual inconvenience. Other than that it was v. Nice. Great location and proximity to main gondola!

This unit at Red Hawk Lodge was in a great location. Once all the construction for the new Kindred complex is completed, it will be even better (construction noise was constant from about 6:45am to 5pm). The condo is a short walk to the gondola, which is a great perk. The pool and hot tubs are wonderful after a day on the slopes. The unit itself was comfortable (even a bit warm - the high temps during our Christmas trip were near 50!) We would certainly stay here again.

it was ok...the sleeper sofa was broken and could not be used. The unit seemed like it was in poor condition relative to other properties rented in the same vicinity in the past. Early morning construction equipment noise and machinery beeping was not welcome. An average to below average experience due to unanticipated hassles and problems.

We have stayed here for a ski vacation. Location is excellent. Our unit was cozy and comfortable. When we have arrived there was a problem with the pull-out sofa. The management has addressed it quickly. The refrigerator is an older unit and quite noisy. But all and all we had a great time. Communication with management was easy and effective. I would come back in the future.

This was my first time staying in Red Hawk. It is a nice little place right around the corner from River Run. There is a quick walk to the gondolas around the construction.

Heated garage, heated pool and spa. There was a pay to play foosball and pool table too.

The room was good. It was what I would expect for the price. I give this 5 stars based on value at the time.

Having given it 5 stars I will list a couple things to be aware of. The lock... it is a pain. There is a bunch of friction between the door and locking mechanism, so you need to be sure to apply just the right pressure to ensure it locks when you leave. After I got used to it, it wasn't a big deal. I hope you know how to cook with stainless steel, because that is all there is. The refrigerator is a bit loud when it runs, but in the bedroom I was fine.

Aside from those minor annoyances, the room had a Roku TV, which was nice, and had everything else I needed. Shower was fine etc.

I would stay here again and bring a non-stick pan for eggs in the morning ;-)

Unit was clean and had convenient access to the village and skiing. It is a bit of a walk to both, so definitely not ski in ski out. We used the free ski check at the gondola, so we could come in for lunch, bi-passing the crowds at the cafeterias and restaurants. The only issue we had was a dining room light fixture which flickered badly, couldn't use. It was also unclear in the directions on how to enter the parking garage and use of elevator to unload.

Overall this place was nice. The location is conveniently located within reasonable walking distance to the gondola. We had a few minor issues that were not urgent, but we informed the management company and they were very responsive and helpful. We would stay here again.

My family of 3 stayed here for 3 nights in February. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The location is awesome, only a few minutes walk to the gondola and village. Check-in was easy, and the onsite parking was great. We did not have a chance to use any of the facilities (pool, gym, ski locker, etc.). I would definitely stay here again.

This was probably one of my worst experiences staying in Keystone. Upon arrival, the unit smelled of cigarette smoke, the sheets were dirty (which we had to go pick up new ones from the property management office), there was trash left under the sink, and the shower/tub does not drain appropriately. Property management did attempt to get rid of the smell but that only lasted overnight, and the smell was back. They also sent someone to fix the drain issue but the water still did not drain while taking a shower. I am completely dissatisfied with my stay and will never be coming back to this unit/property.
Also note that the elevator is SLOW, the gym/pool did not have towels, water or cleaning materials to wipe down equipment. All of which were listed on the site as having available to guests.

We do apologize about what this guests notes in this review. Upon our team entering this unit to assist with these concerns there was no note of a smell of any type of smoke for this unit, but did still use the ionizer as well as there was no trash left under the sink that this guest reports as we reviewed our pre arrival inspection photos and this notes a photo of an empty trash can that is clean. We do appreciate when guests pass along this information during their stay so we can assist, guest can also report building issues like this guest had (elevator, gym, pool area, etc.) and we can always pass this information onto the HOA as they manage these parts of the building!
