This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo sleeps 4, with a queen bed and queen sleeper sofa. It features a private balcony with mountain views. Ideally located in River Run Village, you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're walking distance to the high-speed gondola. Red Hawk Lodge offers shared amenities including an outdoor pool and two hot tubs.

The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for storage of vacation gear. There is also a ski locker available for guest use. The living area has a flat screen Smart TV mounted above a beautiful gas fireplace. The sleeper sofa offers additional sleeping arrangements. Extra sheets and blankets can be found in a closet. The private balcony is just off of the living area.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. The dining area comfortably seats four. The bathroom is located just off of the living area and features a pedestal sink and shower/tub combination. It is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed with Ivory White Bedding and a flat screen TV.

Cozy Retreat

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was clean and had convenient access to the village and skiing. It is a bit of a walk to both, so definitely not ski in ski out. We used the free ski check at the gondola, so we could come in for lunch, bi-passing the crowds at the cafeterias and restaurants. The only issue we had was a dining room light fixture which flickered badly, couldn't use. It was also unclear in the directions on how to enter the parking garage and use of elevator to unload.

Our stay at this Airbnb was overall quite pleasant. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the gondola and River Run Village shops/restaurants. The cleanliness of the space was commendable, and it was clear that the owners took care in maintaining it.
One of the standout aspects of this Airbnb was the excellent communication from the owners. They were responsive to our concerns and ensured that the issues would be addressed once we checked out. Ultimately it did not affect our stay significantly, it was something that should be addressed for future guests' peace of mind.
Despite these minor setbacks, I would still recommend this Airbnb for its cleanliness, great location, and responsive owners. It is likely that we will stay here again.
