Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed at the Red Hawk Lodge (in a different unit) before. We really like the location on the bike/walk path, away from the hustle-bustle, but still a close walk to shopping, restaurants and activities. We're no longer downhill skiers, but the lifts are near too. In the fall, the crowds are gone, many businesses in the village shutter for a break, the bike paths are lightly used, and the fall colors are awesome... we love it. The extra blanket in the closet for the bed was nice since modern top bedding usually consists of only a thick comforter and a sheet, so I'm either too hot or too cold all night. The blanket is a good medium. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and convenient. A couple of small issues were (1) noise from construction of a large condo complex across the street, and (2) we never figured out how to use the satellite TV setup in the living room (the one in the bedroom worked fine after a system reboot). The living room TV had a Roku, so we added our DirecTV Stream app and were fine with that. Minor nitpicks: broken decorative faucet handle in bath (still worked OK), kitchen sink has an extra hole where a sprayer used too be, squeaky door hinges, dead remote button cell battery for sound bar. Extra AA and AAA batteries are provided.

Underground car park was handy as well. Only a few minutes walk to the Gondola and into the shops area. The only down side, is directly opposite there is new construction and they were working 6 days a week, 7am to 5pm and it was often very noisy.

Finding a mattress that satisfies the mass amount of renters we see is just not possible, but we do like to see every guest comfortable during their stay. If someone does not like the mattress we can offer a replacement air-mattress or mattress topper if we are made aware of the issue. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. My wife and I stayed here for three nights in October '21. The condo was neat and clean and had all the items listed in the description. The place looked just like the pics online. Would definitely stay here again when we go back to Keystone. Not that we needed it, but the management company was easy to reach and checked on us during our stay.

We would stay here again. My only concern was the strong cleaning smell upon arrival. The condo management needs to switch from fabuloso - it burned our lungs for a good 24 hours -even with the windows open.

The photo on the website is actually the view from the balcony! Easy walk with gear to ski in the morning. At end of day - walk in ski boots to several bars / restaurants / cafe's all less than 100 yards from Gondola. When done there, just an easy schlepp back to the condo! Pretty standard ski condo - 2 bedrooms - comfortable beds, clean, pretty well maintained. Actually have usable non-stick pans for eggs in the morning!!! Sleeper sofa was acceptable - about what you'd expect for a SS. Wifi was acceptable as well. Garage in basement is cavernous and there are plenty of luggage carts to move gear in/out. Hot tubs and pool face the mountain and have spectacular views. Plastic cups & towels our provided by the facility. Very small workout room, but nice steam bath. No sauna that we found. Checkin is a little confusing - pay attention to directions provided by owner. There are a bunch of lockboxes in a little cabinet in the main entrance. Would definitely go back.

This is the perfect location to ski Keystone. Keep your car downstairs in the heated garage and walk for everything, with Dillon a 10 minute drive away.

We have stayed in various condo units offered directly through Keystone in the past, but this time we went through VRBO and were completely satisfied. The unit is very well maintained with good quality furniture and fixtures. The unit is very clean and we especially appreciated that the kitchen was stocked with spices and condiments - the units run by Keystone always leave you with a barren kitchen. For me, I LOVED the good quality (firm) mattresses, as this is the first Keystone condo I have ever stayed in that had comfortable mattresses that didn't make my back ache.

Very well equipped, evey cooking utensile you will need, nice flat screen with enhanced sound system for watching sports or movies.Building is quite allowing for good nights sleep on very comfortable beds. Owners are very easy to work with and very accomodating. The free underground parking is great, it cost $30.00 a day to park in the lot directly across the street and this location is a three minute walk to the Gondola and about a five minute walk to River Run Village for restaurants and shopping. Overall great value we will stay again. Thanks guys!

We stayed 18-28 December 2009. The unit was perfect for us (2 adults 3 kids). Just as described with lots of little touches that leave you free to enjoy your stay. Easy 2 min walk to the gondola and River Run village. Owner was very professional and a great communicator. We'll definitely be back.

We have stayed in several ski in/ski out units in Colorado, Utah, New Mexico and Oregon. This was one of my favorites as the unit was clean, practically new, tastefully decorated and so quiet. The location was just a short walk to the gondolas and ski rental shop. We found that River Run is the best place to stay in the area considering activities and restaurants. We enjoyed Keystone skiing and Vail in particular. On site underground parking a real plus as well as free and easily accessible shuttle to other mountains.
