The inviting living area features vaulted ceilings, a flat-screen TV mounted above a beautiful gas fireplace, and comfortable seating. The sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space, with extra sheets and blankets available in the closet. Guests can also enjoy a selection of books provided by the homeowner. Step out onto the private balcony to take in mountain views, enjoy a morning coffee, or watch skiers on River Run.

Kitchen and Dining
The full-sized kitchen is stocked with essential cookware and tableware to prepare meals at home. The dining area comfortably seats four guests, making it easy to enjoy meals together before heading out to explore the mountains.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental is in a fantastic location. It was well stocked. We had a little trouble with the microwave fan vent not turning on and management was super responsive to correct the issue. Pool and hot tub were wonderful and loved how the complex provided swim towels.

This unit is a 2 minutes walk to the Gondola, making this the ideal location for someone wearing ski boots! The kitchen is fully stocked, the bed is comfortable, and there is enough living area for at least 2 people.The check-in/out process was easy, the management company has done a great job in timely communicating with me throughout the entire rental process - confirmation, billing, check-in/out, and proactively soliciting feedback. I would encourage if rental units are available and ready, offer the free early check-in rather than charge 15 per hour. I rented 5 places in 5 different resorts this January in Colorado, and this is the one company charging for early check-in.

This is the perfect place for a ski trip! First time in a ski-in/ski-out and honestly felt so spoiled to be able to snowboard in such a short walk and zero hassle. The property itself was very quaint. The only “negative” thing I would say is that considering their property office was in a different location, I wished they stocked up on standard toiletries like shampoo and conditioner in the unit. Like it’s not that difficult to account for how many days and how many guests are staying ahead of time. They did offer for us to pick up extra in their office, it was just unfortunate that we shuttled here and had no vehicle to pick it up with. But still, the place was perfect!
