It was truly a great stay. This location is far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the cities but yet close enough to get there within 10 to 15 minutes. Itself has everything you need. Enjoy your time at the resort. The check-in process was a little flaky and it would be nice if there was a map to your actual condo location because there’s a north and south side to the building. Got lost a couple times. Lol Be wary of construction in the area as this location is growing rapidly.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location to River Run Village and gondola was just what we were looking for. This unit fit our family of three perfectly. We really appreciated the Murphy Bed for our teenage son. Very comfortable with all the amenities we were looking for. The property management company provided detailed instructions prior to arrival and everything was clearly communicated. For the most part the unit was clean and well maintained, but could use a good scrub. There was food on the walls next to the dining table and thick dust behind the bed.Also, the hot water was luke warm in the master shower however both sinks had hot water. It seems the cartridge for the shower needs replacing. The lukewarm shower was disappointing, however the other bathroom shower did have hot water. This was a minor inconvenience and would not prevent us from renting this unit again as everything else was so nice. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and hope to come back some day. Thank you!

We had a great time at the condo and the location couldn’t be better; it was right off the river run gondola. Great amenities and plenty of space for the 5 of us.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second time staying at Red Hawk!First time booking through summit Condo was as expected! Only issue we had was we had two vehicles and were only allowed one parking space! Was told by summit management that we would have to park second vehicle off property at $60.00 a night! We went to a keystone resort employee and got a parking pass for the out side lot at no charge! At no time during our stay was the the garage or lot even close to full so I don’t see what the issue is! Makes me wonder if they don’t own the paid parking! Will book through keystone from now on for no hassle on a second vehicle! We have booked through keystone the 3 previous times and never had a Issue with parking! Other than this issue no problems at all! If you only have one vehicle by all means book through summit!

Thanks for sharing your experience with us. Unforuntaely we do not manage the parking in Keystone for any properties or any paid lots. The HOA only allows us to issue one parking pass per rented unit. You got lucky and had a Keystone employee break the rules that the HOA enforces us to follow.

We stayed there for 5 days and everything was perfect. The furnishings were ideal and everything was clean and neat. The mountain view from the balcony was beautiful with the Aspen trees at their peak. The location was ideal. We made day trips to Vail, Breckenridge, Lake Dillon , and Eagle. Would stay there again whenever we return to this area.

The space was just as pictured. Super clean and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need, including 3 ways to make coffee (drip, press &b Keurig)! The pool and hot tub were open which was a nice surprise with COVID. Will come back again.

Really appreciated the tall ceilings and little porch. Beds were nice. Well stocked kitchen, we prepared several meals. We enjoyed the games and blue ray player. Would stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It is a beautiful place. We were celebrating our 35th anniversary so it was just perfect for the two of us. We visited a local cafe called Haywood Cafe. They were very kind and their service was excellent and the food was great. If anyone skis the condo is a premium place. It’s right by a ski lift right outside of the building. In the summer it is great as well off the beaten path of the road so it was quiet. We did have a problem with the other condo building across from us that had a rowdy group of people and we could here them with our windows opened. But it wasn’t horrible. Windows had to be open otherwise it would get pretty stuffy. The ventilation in the rooms is my only complaint. If the windows and door aren’t open it is very hot and there wasn’t much air flow. More fans whether ceiling fan in the living area or a box fan for the living area would be very helpful. Loved that it had pretty much everything we needed to cook with etc. thank you for the use of the condo it was all and all a great place.

Great place, very comfortable. Bed was soft, nice after a long day on the slopes. My only complaint would be the pillows...soft flat pancakes. There was one memory foam pillow, would have been nice to have two. One bit of advice for future guests, the room is on the north end of the building but use the south elevator. This elevator goes to the 5th floor, the north elevator only goes to the 4th. For those coffee drinkers, The unit had two coffee makers, a regular filter maker (filters in cupboard) and a Keurig pod maker (you provide the pods). overall had a great stay and would recommend this unit, would stay again.

Our stay at the Red Hawk Lodge was excellent. Plenty of space for the four of us and perfectly located for hiking and shopping. Views were amazing as was the pool/hot tub.

We enjoyed our stay! The lodge was clean, spacious, inviting, and cozy. The location was prime-- walking distance to the village and gondola. Our experience exceeded expectations! I certainly would recommend the lodge to others. I found the check-in location to be inconvenient, as it was not onsite; however, aside from this, I was extremely pleased with the lodge and our stay. Thank you for a wonderful place to call home for a few days!

The condo was just as described and you can see the gondola at Keystone right from the balcony windows. Ski lockers don’t fit 6 snowboards, just a heads up!

This is a very nice condo. It's stylish. The location is outstanding; it's only about one hundred yards to the gondola and the ski school in River Run Village. The outside hot tubs feel great. The steam room is awesome. There is a pool table and foosball table in the commons area. The room was clean and comfortable although when I tried to adjust the thermostat to make it warmer, it didn't respond very well. While it does have a view of the ski slope from the balcony, you have to actually be standing or sitting out on the balcony to see the slope; it is not viewable from inside the room. All things considered, I'm very satisfied with my choice of this condo.

For what I paid this was the absolute perfect place for a romantic one on one getaway. Would be well suited for families too - bed was very comfy, full kitchen was well stocked with new pans and decent knives - did a lot of cooking while we were there.
Fireplace was a great touch!
Only difficult part about check in was finding out that there are two towers jn the complex that appear to have the same numbers in both, and separate elevators. Both have labels for floors 1-5 and room numbers but one only services floors 1-4. Took a while to realize we had to go back down to the subterranean parking and find another elevator.

Great space! Walking distance to River Run Village, restaurants, and shops. Very close to gondola. Loved the hot tub/ gym area. Condo was very clean! Loved the fireplace and balcony! I will be staying again soon!

Bed is super comfortable! This is huge for me because when you're on vacation, comfort is key! Highly recommend this place!
