This 1 bedroom, 2-bathroom penthouse condo sleeps 6 with a king bed, one sleeper sofa, and one Murphy bed. It features a balcony that faces west and offers partial slope views to the south. Vaulted ceilings throughout. Stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. The extra full bathroom is a great added convenience. There is slate at tile entryway and wood flooring throughout. It’s ideally located in River Run Village so you’re steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities and a walking distance to tge high-speed gondola. Red Hawk Lodge offers shared amenities including an outdoor pool and two hot tubs.

Near the living area is a Murphy bed that can be pulled out from the wall at night for additional sleeping arrangements. Extra sheets and blankets are in a closet. The homeowner has also provided a Blu-ray player and board games for your enjoyment. The balcony is just off of the living area. Take in the fresh mountain air and enjoy the partial slope views off to the south.
The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats four. The first of two full bathrooms is located just off of the living area and has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.
The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, a flat screen TV and a Blu-ray player. There is a built-in bench that offers storage and a place to take in the views. The en suite bathroom has double sinks and a shower/tub combination.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed in Red Hawk once previously in a different unit, which was much smaller, but just fine for me. This time I stayed with my family. Unfortunately we all got sick, so it was a rough time, but the rental unit was great. I'm glad everyone was able to have their own bed since we were sick. It was truly a great stay. This location is far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the cities but yet close enough to get there within 10 to 15 minutes. Itself has everything you need. Enjoy your time at the resort. The check-in process was a little flaky and it would be nice if there was a map to your actual condo location because there’s a north and south side to the building. Got lost a couple times. Lol Be wary of construction in the area as this location is growing rapidly.- Reviewed On: 10/5/2024

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location to River Run Village and gondola was just what we were looking for. This unit fit our family of three perfectly. We really appreciated the Murphy Bed for our teenage son. Very comfortable with all the amenities we were looking for. The property management company provided detailed instructions prior to arrival and everything was clearly communicated. For the most part the unit was clean and well maintained, but could use a good scrub. There was food on the walls next to the dining table and thick dust behind the bed.Also, the hot water was luke warm in the master shower however both sinks had hot water. It seems the cartridge for the shower needs replacing. The lukewarm shower was disappointing, however the other bathroom shower did have hot water. This was a minor inconvenience and would not prevent us from renting this unit again as everything else was so nice. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and hope to come back some day. We really appreciated the Murphy Bed for our teenage son. Very comfortable with all the amenities we were looking for. I use to own a unit at Red Hawk for 14 years so I knew what to expect. The walk to gondola took a minute longer but was easy to access. My only issue was the noise from the construction of the new large building in front of the gondola.. but I knew it was being built...so I expected it.. just not at 7:00am everyday.- Reviewed On: 4/17/2023

Had some drains clogged issues but management sent repairman quickly to resolve the hair clogs. Really enjoyed the ceiling fan in the master bedroom!!- Reviewed On: 3/6/2023

Great Keystone condo!
