Lovely condo, great location, bad neighbors

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The location was perfect, and the condo itself was clean, organized, and well-stocked with everything we needed to cook every night. It was a great fit for our group of two couples and two kids—plenty of space and comfort for all of us.However, I feel it’s important to mention something that stood out during our stay. Upon arrival, we found a sternly worded note from the downstairs neighbors asking us to be quiet, as they live there full time. The note also mentioned that the police had been called on previous renters for noise, which felt threatening and unnecessary. About an hour later, while we were having dinner, the downstairs neighbors knocked on the door to remind us again that "our condo is their ceiling." At that point, it felt more like harassment than a friendly reminder.While we really enjoyed the condo itself, I wanted to highlight this experience in case it’s helpful for future guests. It's a beautiful space in a great location, but be prepared that the downstairs neighbors may make you feel uncomfortable or even call the police if they don’t approve of your noise levels.Overall, we had a good time, but this interaction with the neighbors was something worth noting.

About an hour later, while we were having dinner, the downstairs neighbors knocked on the door to remind us again that "our condo is their ceiling." At that point, it felt more like harassment than a friendly reminder.While we really enjoyed the condo itself, I wanted to highlight this experience in case it’s helpful for future guests. It's a beautiful space in a great location, but be prepared that the downstairs neighbors may make you feel uncomfortable or even call the police if they don’t approve of your noise levels.Overall, we had a good time, but this interaction with the neighbors was something worth noting.

Perfect everything!

This property is so cute and comfortable, and in a great location for skiing at multiple resorts. It had everything we needed and was perfect for our family in every way. Close to restaurants and shopping. The large hot tub was only steps away. Would definitely stay here again.

Spring Break In Silverthorne

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great escape to the mountains and in a location that was easy to get to the different mountains to ski. The condo was cute and had all the luxuries from home. Close to many restaurants including the Kúcu Tequila Bistro which had an amazing HH and it was quiet considering its location. We were bummed that the hot tub was under maintenance as this would have been nice after long days on the slopes. The bed on the lower level was too hard for our taste. Too bad we didn't realize the bed in the loft was the cozier of the two. My husband was bummed he didn't bring his fly fishing gear with the access to the Blue River being right outside. The furniture was attractive, but not exactly the comfort you want after a long day on the slopes. It was nice to have a TV with the ability to watch local stations. Overall we were happy with our stay and would recommend it.
