Very convenient the bus stop to the slopes is just outside the main entrance. The washer and dryer is nice. The layout of the unit is comfortable even with two snowboard bags. my only complaint is i was told there was no luggage storage but when i arrived, the front desk does store luggage and there is a big lobby so i could wait comfortably until check-in.

Great for a small family (2 adults and 6/8 year old kids. The main town street is literally a stone’s throw away from the resort. Also there are two arcades right across the river, which worked out great for our boys. Walked to a few trails in Breck, no need to drive. The rental was clean, about 50 feet to the pool/hot tub and had everything we needed. If you’re looking to cook while you’re there, bring along some spices but they had S&P there. Also recommend to stop by Walmart in Frisco, as the groceries in Breck can be a pricey! All in all, we are extremely pleased with the rental and looking forward to staying here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really great location right for skiing, enjoying the town, and hitting the hot tub. It's a soft bed like others said, but I didn't have a problem. Well stocked kitchen for all of my needs. 4 o'clock ski run ends right across the street and lots of bus options if you don't want to walk to the gondola in the morning.

This room was just what we wanted. It was quiet and quaint. The room has everything we needed. The location was prime. Quick 3 min walk to main st. Only complaint, If you want to call it that is Murphy bed is not cozy. Kind of lumpy and you’ll sink towards the middle if you are sleeping with another person. But I feel like that is just personal preference. I would recommend this wonderful room to anyone wanting to plan a stay at Breckenridge

Finding a mattress that satisfies the mass amount of renters we see is just not possible, but we do like to see every guest comfortable during their stay. If someone does not like the mattress we can offer a replacement air-mattress or mattress topper if we are made aware of the issue. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Thank you for your feedback!

We visited in the summer, and the location is great for walking everywhere, including to the gondola up the mountain. Our only challenge was getting the code to the lockbox for the keys.. In hindsight, it was my own fault; the code was not sent through vrbo, but rather it came from another source, so I could not find it when I was searching through my email. However, the phone service was helpful at getting it resolved right away, and everyone working at the condo was super friendly.

We had a great experience staying in this rental. It had everything we needed to enjoy our trip to Breckenridge. The location was the best part. You could walk anywhere in town and it was a short walk to the gondola to get onto the slopes. The unit was clean and comfortable. We would definitely rent it again on future trips to Breckenridge.

Great location and property and overall is a great place to stay when visiting for a ski weekend. Close to mountain access and the Main street shops, etc. Only complaint was the wifi was pretty weak and frequently went out in the short time we were there. In addition, the property mentioned there were cooking basics but after making a trip to the grocery store for food to cook, we came back to find there was no olive oil or cooking fat to work with. Not a huge deal, but certainly impacted our planned evening. Other than that, this is a great place and a great value.

My wife and I did 3 nights to get some skiing done. We stayed at RML years ago so we had an idea of what to expect from the property. The unit was perfect for us. Clean, well appointed, great location. 2 minute walk to town, indoor heated parking, and only a 3 minute walk to the gondola. Easy to get back after a day of skiing Break, just take 4 Oclock down and you end up across the street from the lodge, walk 100 feet and the great people at the lodge are offering to check your skis (we kept ours in the rental car). The management group kept in contact with me daily via text and was incredibly responsive. Would stay again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Late check-in was tricky, but great help at the lobby even though they were not affiliated with the private-owned condo. No heat or fireplace was quickly remedied by late night maintenance. Overall good value and would stay again.

Didn’t realize the bed was a Murphy bed but overall the property was well-equipped with the essentials and a perfect location. I was happy we were within walking distance of everything downtown. Would highly recommend for any amount of time you’re staying in Breck!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the condo was exactly what I was looking for. Just a bit off of Main St. so that there wasn't a ton of traffic and yet just a short walk to restaurants and the gondola. The 4 o'clock was right across the street for ski-in access. Condo was very clean and kitchen was updated and had everything I needed. Comfortable for a solo trip or even a couple. Highly recommended.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was really in the most perfect location for easy access to the gondola for skiing as well as a quick walk to downtown Breckenridge. It is small, but perfect for 2 people. Furnishings a little worn, but everything very clean and the kitchen is great and very well stocked! Our only complaint would be the mattress on the Murphy bed. It is fairly soft, which is okay for a few nights, but there seemed to be some type of rubber mattress pad on it, which made it very slippery and a bit uncomfortable. This would be easily fixed, so I can’t say it’s a huge issue. Great place, we would go back! Also, communication from the rental company was most excellent!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Thank you to all that helped give us this wonderful vacation. River Mountain Lodge is perfectly placed in Breck for convenient access to everything. If I had to nitpik, the only thing we felt was how cramped the room was. Amenities were perfect, just overcrowded because of the size of the furniture. Smaller, and more cleverly placed furniture would have made this place a 10. All that being said, our hosts were perfect. Excellent communication. Clean and well stocked room. Overall, a perfect visit. We'll be back again!

My stay at the River Mountain Lodge was seamless. The description of the property was spot on--amenities were great--and the staff at the Lodge was cordial and responded quickly to all of my questions. The unit I stayed at was well stocked with everything I could possibly need for an eight day stay during the summer. My only concern--not really a concern--was that this was a first floor unit that faced other units in the complex--and it would have been nice to have an outer unit that faced the mountains. When I lookedf out my window or sliding glass door--all I could see were the other condominiums in the Lodge. This is my own fault--since the price for a mountain view was much more expensive. For the price this was excellent. The murphy bed was OK--but when it was down there was little room to more around. For one or two people this unit works--for any more than that it would be very cramped.

Great location via car getting into town as well as a quick walk to all of the restaurants/ and gondola to the ski areas.

Our stay was amazing! This loft was perfect for our girls trip! It is a small space, but it met all of our needs. The amenities at the facility were great-coffee, sauna, hot tubs, workout room, heated underground parking, and more! The location was the best part of this stay. Just steps from Main Street!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were a little unsure how to check in because since the room we rented was through its owner and not the lodge. It would have been better of the front desk at the lodge did this service instead of an office in the next city. Once we got this figured out everything went smoothly tanks to the folks at the front desk at River Mountain lodge. Then location was great and the room was nice Recommend getting a new mattress for the Murphy Bed

Thank you for the feedback. The homeowner upgraded the Murphy bed mattress September 2019 with a new hybrid mattress.
