Completed in 2018, this multi-level 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom luxury townhome sleeps 12 across two king beds, 2 twin beds, queen-over-queen bunk bed, and a queen size sleeper sofa. It features gorgeous slope views, two private balconies, and a private patio. Vaulted ceilings lend a spacious feel in the open concept living space and there is a second living area that is ideal for movie and game nights. High-end finishes throughout, private laundry and a private garage. Located in River Run Village so you're a short walk from shops, restaurants and the gondola.
The entryway offers mounted hooks, a storage bench, and a closet for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. Head upstairs to the main living area that features a mounted flat screen TV and a gas fireplace with stone surround. The vaulted ceilings create a spacious feel and the picture frame windows offer gorgeous ski slope views. Head outside to the private deck for some fresh mountain air!
The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and new light fixtures. There is also a wine cooler available for guest use. Enjoy meals at the beautiful dining table that seats eight and there are four additional seats at the breakfast bar. There is a half bath on this level. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. Guests also have access to a private washer and dryer near the half bath. For your convenience, laundry detergent is provided.
The primary suite is also on this upper level and features a private balcony. king-sized bed, and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has double sinks, granite countertops, and a walk-in shower with tile surround and a glass enclosure. There is storage for personal items in the closet.
On the lower level there are three more bedrooms and a second living area. The second living area offers comfortable seating around a flat screen TV. Ideal for movie and game nights for family and friends. The second primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, mounted TV, and dresser/closet for storage. The en suite bathroom features double sinks, granite countertops, and a standing shower.
The second guest bedroom has a private patio, two twin-sized beds with a headboard made of skis! The third guest bedroom offers a queen-over-queen bunk bed. There is a guest bathroom on this level with a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. The private garage can be accessed from downstairs and offers room for two vehicles.
**Ivory White Bedding** This property has been upgraded with ivory white bedding modeled after high-end hotels and resorts. Enjoy the luxury of a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Featuring an uncompromising and industry leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after each and every guest stay. The entire bed is remade with fresh, white linens for each guest arrival.

Great trip. They were very responsive when we were trying to get the lay of the land. Location is great - the walk to the river run gondola is about 8-10 mins with ski boots on. Loved that it was with walking distance to restaurants. The kitchen was fully stocked for all our needs, the place was very clean, the management company was super responsive. We had a problem with our keys when we arrived and they were there in minutes to correct the problem. Location was great and a short drive to surrounding towns. We loved sitting out on the balcony and even had a nice grill. They had a very nice dining table that was very large to seat us all for dining and game nights. We came from Houston, TX and it was super easy to check in. The instructions were pretty straightforward. A lot of space for our group of 9. We went after Keystone resort was closed so it was less people. very peaceful and great coffee shop near by.

Very convenient location to River Run Gondola. (5 min walk) Everything was near perfect. If I had to be critical I’d say master shower drains slow and laundry closet has the front loader washer smell going on. Besides those minor details I’d definitely come again. Great Ski Trip Location

Kitchen and main floor living area was a great entertaining and cooking area. We cooked almost every meal in during our stay and had everything we needed (even crock pot for one meal). Home is spaced out perfectly for a large crowd. Best part is the home is located right next to the River Run village. It’s not a ski in ski out property but it is very close to the village and multiple lifts. If we come back to Keystone with a large group this will be our spot every time.- Reviewed On: 2/26/2024
