Living Area
The open-concept main living area features vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace with stone surround, comfortable seating, and a mounted flat-screen TV. Large picture windows frame beautiful ski slope views, while the private balcony provides the perfect spot to enjoy the mountain scenery. Downstairs, a second living area with additional seating and a flat-screen TV creates a comfortable space for movie nights, games, or relaxing after a day of adventure.

Kitchen and Dining
The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a wine cooler, updated light fixtures, and all the cookware and tableware needed to prepare meals at home. The dining table seats eight guests, with four additional seats available at the breakfast bar, making it easy for everyone to gather together.

Some shops and restaurants may be temporarily closed during the off-season.

The place matched the description perfectly. Lots of space to spread out when we had a few couples all stay here. Great location and walkable to all the surrounding areas. Beautiful view of the mountain from the upper front porch.

Great trip. They were very responsive when we were trying to get the lay of the land. Location is great - the walk to the river run gondola is about 8-10 mins with ski boots on. I recommend using the green route bus if taking the Peru express lift. Both very easily accessible.

There is a shuttle stop right at the entrance of the neighborhood. This made it easy getting to the Mountain House side of Keystone. It’s about 7 minute was to River Run Gondola. Highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful town home with 8 min walk to the chair lift. Hot tub was half that distance. Fit both of our families perfectly. Would be nice to have some more board games to play with kids but everything else was well stocked.

Loved that it was with walking distance to restaurants. The kitchen was fully stocked for all our needs, the place was very clean, the management company was super responsive. We had a problem with our keys when we arrived and they were there in minutes to correct the problem. Location was great and a short drive to surrounding towns. We loved sitting out on the balcony and even had a nice grill. They had a very nice dining table that was very large to seat us all for dining and game nights. My kids loved TV’s in every bedroom along with fans and luggage racks. We would book again!

We came from Houston, TX and it was super easy to check in. The instructions were pretty straightforward. A lot of space for our group of 9. We went after Keystone resort was closed so it was less people. very peaceful and great coffee shop near by.

Very convenient location to River Run Gondola. (5 min walk) Everything was near perfect. If I had to be critical I’d say master shower drains slow and laundry closet has the front loader washer smell going on. Besides those minor details I’d definitely come again. Thanks Summit!
