Great location that was peaceful and had a great view. Townhouse was spacious. The hot tub was great. Hiking trails within walking distance. Host communication was excellent.

This Airbnb was a perfect home base for everything we wanted to do in Frisco. There is a trailhead that is just down the hill from the home and was absolutely beautiful with fall colors. The hot tub was also amazing after long days outside. The rental company was very responsive, gave a late check out option because no one was checking in after us and the townhome was clean, beautiful & had all the amenities we needed. The only thing I would add is that it doesn’t have AC (like most places in the mountains) and even in September we had a hard time keeping the upstairs cool. Just something to be aware of. It cools down at night so you can pull air, however there weren’t any box fans, just overheads and there is also quite a bit of traffic noise from the interstate with the windows open. Since it was fall the temperature was warm but not unbearable by any means. Overall, would definitely stay here again. We loved it.

Adam was fantastic with his response time to us. The place looked almost brand new. The kitchen was a delight to cook in. Pots and pans were sturdy and heavy. The hot tub was clean and a great temp. The whole place was very clean. I would recommend this place to anyone.
