Our stay at the condo was a delight. The main living space is larger than it appears in the photos. The beds are comfortable and it was so nice to have 3 full bathrooms. A live (free) band was playing at the amphitheater a block away so we enjoyed a quick walk to an unexpected concert. The kids fished at the lake and we enjoyed the balcony and went on hikes around lake Dillon. It was also great to have parking for 2 vehicles. (One in the indoor garage and another in the parking lot). We hope to return to stay here again.

A spacious condo walking distance to the ampitheater. Modern up to date furnishings and comfy beds and bed linens. Plush towels! A more than adequate kitchen. Ceiling fans and stand fans for cooling - no issues about heat (we were there in July). Garage parking and a safe storage place for our bikes. We had a fantastic weekend. Go to Vue restaurant for a lovely meal and the amphitheater for a concert. A great biking area. The management company was available if we needed them.

The house was very clean. The beds were very comfortable the deck, pool, and patio were a highlight. The kitchen was very well supplied. The boat dock has a lift to help protect your boat from the choppiness of the river. There was enough parking for our six cars plus a boat trailer.Our only complaint was at the air conditioner struggles to keep the temperature cool enough

This condo delivered everything it promised. It was immaculate, the decor updated and fresh, had a great kitchen and high-quality cookware, and more. The layout allows both togetherness and privacy. The beds were super-comfortable. It was so nice to have garage parking during the snowstorms that blew through during our stay. We travel frequently to CO and certainly will stay again in this great condo!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Please note that the management company can and will let themselves in without any notice they are coming, even if you are not there. We text with a question about the heater operation and the reply was we will get with our staff, nothing else. We returned from a trip around town, opened the door and found a maintenance tech inside. No notice, no warning. All our personal belongings exposed, my wife could have been in the shower alone, etc. Unacceptable right? Not if you ask them. I called to convey my frustration and as I escalated the conversation through 3 people up to Adam who stated he is in charge. Every single person was defensive, rude and read from a script that its their right to enter the property at any time. They ignored the obvious, didn't apologize for notifying us prior, and held the narrative. Very disappointing. BEWARE if you stay in any of their properties, I am confident they will repeat this mistake again the way they reacted to us.

This property was perfect. Highly recommend choosing this unit for your stay in Dillon. The building feels new and nice inside and solidly constructed. High ceilings, lots of windows and never heard anything through the floors or walls. Inside the unit feels very nice and updated. All of the beds were very comfortable, the showers were excellent and the unit was very clean. Property managers were easy to communicate with before arrival and during our stay. Amazing location right in town with a view of the water from the balcony too. Highly recommend choosing this unit for your next stay in Dillon!

This property was perfect. Highly recommend choosing this unit for your stay in Dillon. The building feels new and nice inside and solidly constructed. High ceilings, lots of windows and never heard anything through the floors or walls. Inside the unit feels very nice and updated. All of the beds were very comfortable, the showers were excellent and the unit was very clean. Property managers were easy to communicate with before arrival and during our stay. Amazing location right in town with a view of the water from the balcony too. Highly recommend choosing this unit for your next stay in Dillon!

Our group consisted of three couples. Each of us had more than adequate, private space, with room to spare! Each room has it's own private bathroom. Condo is full of light with large windows and great views of the mountains. Plenty of places to visit within walking distance. There are a couple of breweries nearby, and shopping is a quick car ride away. Condo is in a great central location. Our group split up during the days and we each visited different ski resorts. Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Keystone, and Arapahoe are all a short drive. Vail, Beaver, Winter Park, and Loveland are also a relatively short distance away. Check in process was easy. Secure, heated parking was a nice amenity. Our only complaint was some of the basic amenities were not provided (ie, one days worth of coffee even though we booked four days, missing cooking items, soaps, etc...). All-in-all it is a great place to stay and easy to access with good management. Would stay here again.

This was one of the nicest Airbnb's we've stayed at - everything about it was seamless! We stayed to attend a concert at Dillion Ampitheater and it was just a few minute walk could walk to the venue. The instructions for arrival were thorough and Summit County Mountain Retreats checked in several times before, during and after departure to make sure everything was ok and if we needed anything. The beds were glorious and the condo was spotless. The entire unit is modern and spacious and the description and photos represented it spot on! We will be back and loved our stay!

This was one of the nicest Airbnb's we've stayed at - everything about it was seamless! We stayed to attend a concert at Dillion Ampitheater and it was just a few minute walk could walk to the venue. The instructions for arrival were thorough and Summit County Mountain Retreats checked in several times before, during and after departure to make sure everything was ok and if we needed anything. The beds were glorious and the condo was spotless. The entire unit is modern and spacious and the description and photos represented it spot on! We will be back and loved our stay!

Everything was very nice. The neighborhood has many walkable shops and dining places. The only problem was an odor. It was very strong in the laundry room and surrounding area, hopefully they will get that taken care of. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband, 8 month old son and my parents all had a wonderful stay at the Sail Lofts. It located with in a few minutes to several great restaurants, shops and the grocery store. We were skiing in Copper only but the drive was easy and only about 20 minutes. Keystone is right around the corner and we met a few people in the building that were skiing Breckinridge. The place felt much bigger than pictured. My husband and I stayed downstairs and had our own bathroom with a great shower. The second bedroom in the first floor has super comfortable double bunk beds. The second floor has a loft area which was perfect for my soon to roll around while grandma did some work. My parents had plenty of privacy on the second floor.The beds are ultra comfortable, the towels are soft, and the floors are heated! The only negative aspect about the stay was that the washing machine had a very noticeable mildew smell that hits right when you walk in the door. We tried to run sanitize on the washer and air it out but that did not help. We notified the rental company so hopefully it has been addressed. But even with that I would give it a 5 star stay and would absolutely book again when we are back in town.

The condo was very clean with a modern touch. Gorgeous views of Lake Dillon with the snow capped mountains. Easy check in. Close to City Market and the outlets of Silverthorne. About 10 mins to Keystone, 20 mins to Copper Mountain and 30 mins to Breck. They have sleds for free that you can use for the family- don’t buy one.

We loved this place. From the second we walked in, everyone was in awe at how clean snd nice it felt. We stayed here to celebrate a birthday and the property had ample space with plenty of sleeping space. We loved the kitchen; which was pleasantly stocked with all the appliances and dishes we could need. I loved that the property felt cozy to hang out in, but still had luxurious amenities that felt like a hotel (housekeeping touches, linens, supplies). The master suite was beautiful and spacious and I loved having this separate space away from the rest of the condo. I would absolutely stay here again.

This place is a gem! The location is perfect to hit all the ski areas as well as the lake being within walking distance. We really enjoyed the property and our stay in Dillon. It was very clean and perfect for our family size. Check in was a breeze. We will be renting this place again in the near future. It was exactly as listed.

Very modern with upscale tech throughout the house. We loved the layout. My husband and I stayed upstairs which had a separate living space in addition to the bedroom. The view from the dining area and deck was stunning! Very close to dinning and shopping in Dillon, Silverthorne, Frisco and Breckenridge. Booking and checking in was extremely easy. My dad was surprised that we did not once talk to or see anyone to check in or out of the rental. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area.The ONLY complaint (no fault of the owners) was the construction next door. Heavy equipment with back up beeping as early as 7:00 a.m. on two of our three day stay. It made it a little difficult to enjoy coffee and the great view from the deck. It appeared that our property and the construction property was under the same management company. Since they have an interest in both properties, starting the heavy construction a little later in the morning might be a good idea.

We also had breakfast at the Arapahoe café down the street. There are plenty of shopping all around. We went snowboarding at keystone. We used the discount that they offered to rent our gear. We went sledding at the Frisco park and also at a little hill on the road towards breakenridge. Anyway, back to the house. We were a group of 4 parents and 4 kids. Ages 8,6,5, and 2. The kitchen is fully stocked. You have everything that you need and more. Plenty of towels in the bathrooms and the kids loved the bunk room. There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably. The beds were comfortable and the decor was perfect. There were plenty of board games to entertain our kids. Shampoo and soaps are provided. We did laundry at the house because we played outside everyday. There is plenty of storage space for all your clothes. The house was beautiful just like the pictures and very clean. We had one minor issue. The neighbor downstairs. It was our kids fault because they were running around. The neighbor did not enjoy the extra noise and came to knock on our door. After that we tried to keep the kids upstairs so that they could make as much noise as they wanted. I have nothing bad to day about the house. It was a perfect stay right before covid 19 took over. Thank you for having us at your house. We would definitely stay there again.

Great property with new/near new high end finishes. Garage was great as it snowed and we didn't have to brush off the car. Lots of space, TV's in every room, cozy fireplace, walking to Ice Castles and dining! perfect quick getaway!

This house was more space than what we needed, but it was so worth staying for the view! Absolutley beautiful. With the house still being new, it will take a little time to stock up on little things here and there, but definitely livable, comfortable, and spacious. I would stay in this house again and again! Love the convenience having own washer & dryer to freshen ski stuff during the week. Nice confy living area to relax after a day on mountain with a fire and your favorite Netflix or Prime video on the smart TV.

Amazing place! We enjoyed our stay; it is convenient to several Dillon restaurants and sites (Dillon Ice Castles), immaculately clean, very detailed and timely communication, and a gorgeous space. We did have an issue with the building (a guest from another unit vomited in the hallway) but the unit itself was spectacular and we realize that the issue has nothing to do with the unit. Highly recommend to future travelers!

Amazing place! We enjoyed our stay; it is convenient to several Dillon restaurants and sites (Dillon Ice Castles), immaculately clean, very detailed and timely communication, and a gorgeous space. We did have an issue with the building (a guest from another unit vomited in the hallway) but the unit itself was spectacular and we realize that the issue has nothing to do with the unit. Highly recommend to future travelers!

Beautiful, spacious home. Premium comforts for bed / linens were a wonderful touch after a long day of skiing. The heated floors were an extra added comfort on a day / night of single digit temps.
