This place is such a gem! Easily a five star rating. The beds were comfortable, the place was clean, well-equipped with nice furnishings and the views were unbelievable. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place in the area. We stayed with two families (each of us have two kids) and it was a very comfortable stay! We will definitely be back.

The location is great to watch the sunset from the porch. Walk to the Tiki bar and enjoy the lake. Or walk a block the other way for coffee.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was absolutely perfect! There were a total of three adults and two toddlers staying for a 4 day weekend. It was a great space for all of us. Very clean and spacious. The location was amazing as we were there for a concert at the Dillon Amphitheater. Perfect walking distance for the show and to the marina. Customer service here is also 5 stars! They were very prompt and eager to help with any questions or concerns that may have come up during our stay. We will be back!

This condo delivered everything it promised. It was immaculate, the decor updated and fresh, had a great kitchen and high-quality cookware, and more. The layout allows both togetherness and privacy. The beds were super-comfortable. It was so nice to have garage parking during the snowstorms that blew through during our stay. We travel frequently to CO and certainly will stay again in this great condo!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Please note that the management company can and will let themselves in without any notice they are coming, even if you are not there. We text with a question about the heater operation and the reply was we will get with our staff, nothing else. We returned from a trip around town, opened the door and found a maintenance tech inside. No notice, no warning. All our personal belongings exposed, my wife could have been in the shower alone, etc. Unacceptable right? Not if you ask them. I called to convey my frustration and as I escalated the conversation through 3 people up to Adam who stated he is in charge. Every single person was defensive, rude and read from a script that its their right to enter the property at any time. They ignored the obvious, didn't apologize for notifying us prior, and held the narrative. Very disappointing. BEWARE if you stay in any of their properties, I am confident they will repeat this mistake again the way they reacted to us.

This property was perfect. Highly recommend choosing this unit for your stay in Dillon. The building feels new and nice inside and solidly constructed. High ceilings, lots of windows and never heard anything through the floors or walls. Inside the unit feels very nice and updated. All of the beds were very comfortable, the showers were excellent and the unit was very clean. Property managers were easy to communicate with before arrival and during our stay. Amazing location right in town with a view of the water from the balcony too. Highly recommend choosing this unit for your next stay in Dillon!

The condo was a perfect place for our family. The place was clean and beautiful with great views from every window. The grandkids especially enjoyed the bunk beds and a great new park just a few moments walk away from our place. The kitchen was easy to prepare meals in and the large dining table was fantastic to gather for meals with added family who were staying in the area. I highly recommend this place. Just be sure and read everything very carefully before signing the paperwork. I learned a hard lesson. We own our own condo in Dillon, so we were very familiar with the building and area. The unit was exactly as the photos showed and a perfect place for our family members!

Plenty of room for 2 adults and 4 teenagers and even had a spare bed. 5 minute walk to the marina and food and bowling across the street. The views from the 3rd floor unit of the mountains and lake were spectacular. Parking was ample. We’d definitely stay there again.

The dual main suites are perfect for this arrangement. bunk beds were great and big and the pull out couch in the loft worked for our 12 year old. One suggestion is to put a ceiling fan in that loft area above the stairs. There are no windows and no air flow at all.The upstairs main suite needs better lighting over the bed. I read at bedtime and couldn't see well enough to do so.One issue we had was the smoke detector in the kitchen is SUPER SENSITIVE. We boiled water for mac & cheese and it went off. We made scrambled eggs and it went off. No matter what we were doing in the kitchen, anything on the stove made it go off. Other than that - this place was great! The location was super nice to be able to go several places on day trips. The view from the porch is phenomenal. Hope to come again!

The dual main suites are perfect for this arrangement. bunk beds were great and big and the pull out couch in the loft worked for our 12 year old. One suggestion is to put a ceiling fan in that loft area above the stairs. There are no windows and no air flow at all.The upstairs main suite needs better lighting over the bed. The condo was great and well appointed. Lots of extra space for our guests to spread out. The decor and views were great as well. Never ran out of hot water with six people. They also had a luggage cart to help us get our bags up to the third floor, very appreciated.

Our group consisted of three couples. Each of us had more than adequate, private space, with room to spare! Each room has it's own private bathroom. Condo is full of light with large windows and great views of the mountains. Plenty of places to visit within walking distance. There are a couple of breweries nearby, and shopping is a quick car ride away. Condo is in a great central location. Our group split up during the days and we each visited different ski resorts. Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Keystone, and Arapahoe are all a short drive. Vail, Beaver, Winter Park, and Loveland are also a relatively short distance away. Check in process was easy. Secure, heated parking was a nice amenity. Our only complaint was some of the basic amenities were not provided (ie, one days worth of coffee even though we booked four days, missing cooking items, soaps, etc...). All-in-all it is a great place to stay and easy to access with good management. Would stay here again.

This was one of the nicest Airbnb's we've stayed at - everything about it was seamless! We stayed to attend a concert at Dillion Ampitheater and it was just a few minute walk could walk to the venue. This was one of the nicest Airbnb's we've stayed at - everything about it was seamless! We stayed to attend a concert at Dillion Ampitheater and it was just a few minute walk could walk to the venue. Stayed here to celebrate my father's 85th birthday. Property has elevator not listed in description. We had plenty of room for visiting family to enjoy a meal with us. Beautiful views out the windows and walking distance to the lake. Quiet area at night. Enjoyed our stay and great communication with property manager.

We stayed here for our daughter’s destination wedding in CO. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This condo is very homey and comfortable. It’s spacious, open and has lots of great natural light. It was a perfect location for the bridal party to get ready. The views are amazing. The location is perfect and close to everything. I’m going to miss waking up to the beautiful view of the mountains. Everything was perfect! I would absolutely stay here again and I hope to do so some day.

We were here to celebrate the life of a good friend. The location is great. Wonderful view; spacious. Within walking distance of restaurants and Lake Dillon. An easy drive to Frisco/Breckenridge/Silverthorne for other restaurants and sites. Right off 70.

It is large, spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, very well appointed and has a great balcony with a lovely view of the mountains. The location is walking distance to the lake and downtown Dillon and an easy drive to Breckinridge. The service we received from the rental agency was friendly and fast! We have stayed in many short term rentals in our travels and this was among the best.
