Description

This brand new, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom luxury condo sleeps 6 with a king bed, a queen bed, a twin bed and a full-sized sleeper sofa. It is in a brand new complex and features a balcony with beautiful mountain views in the distance. You're minutes from multiple ski resorts or you can walk to nearby restaurants, Dillon Marina or take advantage of the bike paths. The Summit Stage has multiple stops nearby. This free bus service also runs to Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge and Copper Mountain so you can hit the slopes.

The living area offers a gas fireplace, a smart TV with Roku device for additional streaming options, and comfortable seating. Just off the living area is the private balcony featuring outdoor seating and incredible mountain views in the distance. The sofa pulls out into a full-sized bed for additional sleeping arrangements.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The breakfast bar seats three.

The spacious primary suite is just off the living area and features a king-sized bed, twin-sized bed, and a smart TV. The en suite bathroom has double sinks with granite countertops and a walk-in shower. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The guest bedroom is off the dining area and features a queen-sized bed. The guest bathroom is just off the dining area. It has a single sink vanity with granite countertops and a shower/tub combination. Near the entryway is the private washer and dryer, and detergent is provided for your convenience.

Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking.

We stayed in loft 303 of Summit’s Mountains Airbnb.
My guest and I really enjoyed the stayed. We plan a Colorado trip every year, and so we’ve stayed in plenty of cabins, apartments etc. This Bnb was a top favorite, we enjoyed the location- easy drives to Breckenridge and keystone mountains. Close to cafes, ski rentals, and dinner spots. The space was extremely clean, quiet, and spacious enough for 4 guests. It felt very inviting and comfortable. Beautiful views.

Beautiful stay. The views from the unit were very pretty! The space was extremely clean and accommodated our crew well. Check out Dillon Coffee Lab-- just a short walk away. It is also conveniently located a short drive from a grocery store. The garage parking was a nice perk for the snowy days. Please read all the check-in handbook. You need to know 2 codes to access unit. The staff was very responsive in helping us solve this issue.

Thoughtful amenities such as humidifiers definitely helped non-Colorado residents get acclimated to the dry high altitude with comfort. The location was perfect to get to surrounding ski resorts within a short drive and made pickup/return of ski rental easy from Christy Sports, which was just down the road. Bedrooms were spaceous with abundant storage space. Bathrooms were well decored along with German plumbing fixtures. Kitchen was well equiped for making meals at home. Definitely would love to come back again. Thanks!

Our family enjoyed this condo for a quick and easy staycation! Super clean and comfortable to make traveling with three little toddlers/babies as convenient as possible. We enjoyed walking to dinner, driving to grab groceries in town, and eating breakfast out in nearby Frisco (Butterhorn Bakery and Cafe - YUM). The condo is really very nice and clean. We appreciated the size of the main bathroom with two sinks and a large walk-in shower. The parking garage was a nice perk even though we didn’t have any bad weather, but it is a bit tight if you’ve got a larger vehicle.

Property is new, on the third floor with elevator and covered garage. Very easy to go around by car in Dillon, Frisco and Silverthorne. Not much what to do by walking, but there is a beautiful park for kids to play or for taken pics and a very good brewery/pub a few blocks away.

Rental unit is great. Satisfactory cleaned and lightly furnished. Very good western view of the mountains, Lake Dillon is visible to the left from the balcony. Good 200 Mbps Comcast internet. Well appointed kitchen, could have some more overhead lighting though. Installing an entry door latch to secure it while inside, esp. at night is recommended. Secure underground parking for one vehicle but quite tight straight spaces. Would look to rent again but without Verbo's almost fifty bucks scam level fee.

You can walk to a number of places to eat and drink (which we did). It is an easy drive to the Epic big four (Keystone, Breck, Vail, and Beaver Creek). However, you are also close to Copper Mountain and A-basin. The kitchen was well equipped (bring larger filters) and stocked with a couple of essentials. The condo was super clean and well maintained. I loved it and would look for it again on another trip West.

The condo was super clean and well maintained. I loved it and would look for it again on another trip West.

Nice kitchen and great room with fireplace. Safe neighborhood, and having a garage was a plus since it snowed both days. I was there for business so didn't explore the skiing. Couldn't figure out the heating, and it would be good to have decaf coffee as well as regular (but that's how VRBOs usually go).
