This two-story mountain retreat also offers beautiful views from the ultra-private primary suite detailed with a king size bed, another 50-inch TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a granite double vanity and a beautifully tiled walk-in shower. The loft just off the master suite offers space for your daily yoga routine or use it as the kid’s game room. The second bedroom located on the main floor, has a Doctor’s Choice pillow-top mattress and ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Find a full-size bed, a twin bed, and another ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a double vanity in the third bedroom. There are also two unbelievably comfortable platform queen and full-size sofa beds with four-inch plush, high-density foam mattresses available in the main living area.

Access is easy to this 3rd-floor condo via the elevator from the heated garage, where there is parking for two cars (additional parking is available outside), and a large storage closet for skis, bikes and any other equipment you need for your mountain and lake adventures.


Complimentary WiFi and the extra-large washer/dryer add convenience during your stay. Sail Lofts is a short walk or drive from many of Dillon’s restaurants, shops, and attractions. Not interested in driving? No problem, just walk 500 feet north to catch the bus at Buffalo Street to visit nearby towns and major ski resorts.

THE LOCATION Sail Lofts is centrally located to 6 world-class ski resorts, and just a block from the Dillon Marina, Dillon Amphitheater, the Summit County bike path, as well as Dillon’s restaurants, shops, and attractions -- In the warmer months, head to the mountain-backed Dillon Reservoir for boating, fishing, paddle-boarding, canoeing, and kayaking, or hit the fairways at The River Course at Keystone. An array of concerts, performances, and festivals are just a short block away at the Dillon Amphitheater. World-class golfing is just a 12-minute car-ride, and the Tenderfoot Mountain Trailhead is just 1 mile from your door.
