The arrival messages arrived late and could have been much easier to manage. All in all, things worked out but took a bit more action than necessary.

This was a great home away from home for a week long snowboard trip. Just down the street from Keystone and a short drive to Breckenridge and Vail. Everything was as described and my personal favorite was unwinding in the hot tub every day and night. I would definitely recommend this location to friends and family.

Great condo!!!

Perfect one bedroom condo close to the Mountain House base area. King bed in the bedroom with Murphy bed in the living room was perfect. Access to the mountain is super easy as the condo is right on the bus line, or drive a very short distance and park in the pay lot. Weekend Escape

This property is beautiful, not only is it clean and comfortable, but it also has amazing views from the hot tub day and night. The walking trail is right off the back porch which follows the river. For my husband, myself, and our 10 month old baby girl this was the perfect weekend escape. We will definitely be returning.

Beautiful place!

My husband and I loved this place! Very clean, beautiful and up to date. The bed was sooooo soft I slept like a baby while I was there! While the location is a good distance removed from the hustle and bustle of River Run Village, it was a quick shuttle ride or my husband and I also opted to walk it on the trails for some fun scenic adventures. Beautiful place!

My husband and I loved this place! Very clean, beautiful and up to date. The bed was sooooo soft I slept like a baby while I was there! While the location is a good distance removed from the hustle and bustle of River Run Village, it was a quick shuttle ride or my husband and I also opted to walk it on the trails for some fun scenic adventures. The hot tub was amazing and overlooked the river and trees! We loved this place! It was just my husband and I this time but this spot had plenty of room that we could have brought our kiddos too!

Nice Condo, great access to Keystone

Quick trip

Condo was exactly as listed. Great for my husband and I….would be tight for 2 couples but Murphy bed would work for a kid or 2. Bus to keystone picks up every 20 min or so. Pickup is right by the pool house….weirdly enough that info was not in the welcome booklet emailed from the management agency. Hot tub very well maintained. Kitchen well stocked with dishes,pots,pans,etc….bring any spices you need other than salt pepper. Plenty of paper products and dishwasher soap which was very convenient. Smart tv offered many options….also a nice surprise. Would stay again

Very nice condo, enjoyed hot tube

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice stay in overal but had problems with heating. We were in mid of September with outside temp low as 45F. If we close doors and windows, indoor temp was rising to 80F. Both thermostats were shut down but still, I don't know where the heat was coming from. Before going to bed, we would open doors and windows to lower temp but if we would keep them close overnight, in the morning room temp would be 77-80F. Second night we had to leave bedroom window open thru all the night to keep room below 70F for a nice sleep. But we were on ground floor and didn't feel safe like that. Otherwise heating problems, all good. We would come back in this community.

Within walking distance is the Keystone Lodge and Lake with restaurants, boating and shopping. The Keystone bike trail is 25 feet from the front door. Two highly acclaimed golf courses within 1 mile. The condo is comfortable with a kitchen stocked with everything one needs to cook a meal.

Each property should be provided with 1 fan in each bedroom closet. We sent an inspector out to the unit once we received your review and it was confirmed that there was one fan in the closet of the bedroom. Unfortunately, this property does not have air conditioning but this is not uncommon in Summit County. I always recommend opening up a window to let in that cool mountain air, it really helps cool the unit off. We hope to host you again soon.

Perfect Getaway

Such a cute location! Favorite condo we’ve stayed in this area. Super comfy bed. Loved the private hot tub. The only thing we were disappointed by was the coffee. It was gross. Next time we’ll bring our own. But otherwise it was fabulous and we would definitely stay again!

Perfect Getaway

We used the washer and dryer, the jacuzzi and the entire kitchen with no issues at all . it is very near to frisco town and to the restaurants of keystone ski resorts. We had free parking every night and everything was as expected ! Highly recomend

We were very happy with our stay here. Checking in/out was very easy, and I appreciated the email with information on the condo/complex/area. The condo was immaculately clean… loved the patio with furnature and hot tub. The only suggestion I have for the owner is it might be time to replace some of the pots and pans, as they were very worn. We would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing for a couple

Needs only some Tupperware dishes for leftovers or Saran Wrap. We had to call for ice removal so we could safely get to the hot tub; maintenance was super nice and helpful.

If your looking for a getaway in the mountains, this place will not disappoint! Easy check-in and fast communication. The condo was clean and cozy, and the private outdoor hot tub with a view was amazing! The walking trails led down to the beautiful river near by. Highly recommend staying here!

My partner is very sensitive to smells and dust and he was thrilled with the quality of cleanliness of the unit. There were no surprises and everything was just as described and shown. We were so very happy with our stay and can’t wait to come back! Thank you for making this stay so wonderful and comfortable. The location was a comfortable median between keystone and breck and we loved being away from the towns to enjoy the peace and quiet, but it was still very easy to get to both towns. Management was very good at checking in and making sure everything was up to par, and all instructions were easy to follow and clear.

This unit was amazing. It was stylish, really clean, and well equipped with everything we may have needed on our stay. Also, the outdoor space was perfect with the hot tub and heated sitting area. We will definitely be back again soon!
