Description

This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhouse sleeps 8 with 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed and a full-over-full bunk bed. It features vaulted ceilings and a kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Both decks offer beautiful mountain views. Settlers Creek offers shared amenities including a heated pool and 2 hot tubs.

Upstairs is the main level of the townhouse. The living area features large windows for plenty of natural light, a large flat screen TV and a beautiful gas fireplace. There is an assortment of games and a system that can also be used as a Blu-ray/DVD player.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats six with three additional seats at the breakfast bar. Just off the dining area is the deck with mountain views and additional seating. The first of three full bathrooms is located on this main level. All three bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. There is also a private washer and dryer, and laundry detergent has been provided for your convenience.

Also on the main level are two bedrooms. The second primary bedroom features a queen-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has double sinks and a door separates the shower/tub combination and toilet area for additional privacy. The guest bedroom sleeps four with a full-sized bunk bed and a flat screen TV.

The first primary bedroom is upstairs from the main level and features a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV mounted above a beautiful floor-to-ceiling stone gas fireplace. The gorgeous en suite bathroom has double sinks, a jetted tub and a separate walk-in shower with a glass enclosure. There is also a large walk-in closet. All beds feature new, high-end mattresses.

Please note that we have a minimum age requirement. To reserve this vacation rental, the paying guest must be 26 years of age or older. This property also requires a minimum of 2 nights to be reserved. If you reserve less than 2 nights you will be contacted and required to either lengthen your stay or cancel your reservation.

Beautiful, peaceful place. We enjoyed our stay. And would love to come back. Instructions were clear, didn't interact with the hosts because all of the amenities and accommodations were clear.
My only suggestion, decor wise, a stand up, full length mirror is needed. Maybe in the empty alcove by the stairs on the main level.

We had such a wonderful stay! The home, beautifully maintained, and incredibly spacious — plenty of room to relax and feel comfortable. So thankful we chose this lovely home as it and the location exceeded our expectations! The home interior was a good size for 2 families, we really loved the patio and were able to star gaze. The location was beautiful and quiet. The pool and spa was a added bonus. Close to shops and trails and all things outdoors. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again in the future. We loved this cute and cozy rental. The two decks were very nice. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of room to spread out. The location is fantastic! Absolutely beautiful condo, perfect for our family of four and in-laws. It was frigid cold, so we did not get to use the outdoor pool or hot tub, but the space was big enough for us to not all go crazy being indoors.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was perfect for our vacation with 2 families & kids. Very comfy and we all slept really well. They had great, fluffy bath towels!! Fireplace in the living room and the primary upstairs put off lots of heat. The condo has everything you would need! Drive down the street maybe 2 minutes to the Powerline Parking lot to avoid parking at the resort! It was very convenient to hop on the shuttle with all of our ski gear. The heated floor on the 1st floor was perfect for our group of skiers. Plenty of plates, cups and utensils. The only thing we would have liked is better pots & pans but that's minor. You will have to drive to town and it's not walkable to any store/restaurant but it's in a very quiet, beautiful neighborhood. The hot tub is about a block away at the clubhouse. The condo was also very clean. Check-in time was late in the afternoon and it would have been nice to have had access sooner since we had an early arrival in Keystone but obviously they need time to clean from previous renters. Overall, it was great and would definitely stay here again!

This was our second time to stay at this property. It’s one of our favorites in Summit County. Near to everything, plenty of walking trails and hiking trails close by. It was incredibly cozy and the property manager was very responsive. We had an issue with the washing machine and it was fixed within a few hours.

Keystone stay for 2 weeks

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, tvs in every room, mountain window views 360*, plenty of bathrooms and showers. Heated floors, warm fireplaces and hot water. Coffee pot, slow cooker, toaster and all the items needed to make all meals. Stocked with toilet paper, tissues, shampoo and conditioner, soaps for sinks, showers and laundry. Clubhouse including fireplace, sitting area with pool table, bathrooms, pool and hot tub. We had an issue with the dryer and it was fixed within a few days. Clean and very well maintained. Close to all shopping and dining needs. I’d love to stay again if the opportunity arises. Mountain trail behind units and sidewalk for biking. Highly recommend.

Great place for 3 generations of skiers

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: In general the condo was very clean. The kitchen was nicely equipped but the coffee maker did not work. Water boils but does not come out the spout over the grounds. The top floor king mattress needs replacing. Very visible sagging on each side. The pillows were a bit too firm for my taste. Pros: fireplaces, video game console was a hit with my kids, heated garage, views, sleds in the garage, plentiful hot water. Would definitely stay again.
