Description

This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhouse sleeps 8 with 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed and a full-over-full bunk bed. It features vaulted ceilings and a kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Both decks offer beautiful mountain views. Settlers Creek offers shared amenities including a heated pool and 2 hot tubs.

Upstairs is the main level of the townhouse. The living area features large windows for plenty of natural light, a large flat screen TV and a beautiful gas fireplace. There is an assortment of games and a system that can also be used as a Blu-ray/DVD player.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats six with three additional seats at the breakfast bar. Just off the dining area is the deck with mountain views and additional seating. The first of three full bathrooms is located on this main level. All three bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. There is also a private washer and dryer, and laundry detergent has been provided for your convenience.

Also on the main level are two bedrooms. The second primary bedroom features a queen-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has double sinks and a door separates the shower/tub combination and toilet area for additional privacy. The guest bedroom sleeps four with a full-sized bunk bed and a flat screen TV.

The first primary bedroom is upstairs from the main level and features a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV mounted above a beautiful floor-to-ceiling stone gas fireplace. The gorgeous en suite bathroom has double sinks, a jetted tub and a separate walk-in shower with a glass enclosure. There is also a large walk-in closet. All beds feature new, high-end mattresses.

Please note that we have a minimum age requirement. To reserve this vacation rental, the paying guest must be 26 years of age or older. This property also requires a minimum of 2 nights to be reserved. If you reserve less than 2 nights you will be contacted and required to either lengthen your stay or cancel your reservation.

The home was exactly as described. It is a short 5-10 min drive to Keystone depending on conditions. The hot tubs are a 2 min walk and were operating well. It was a great place to stay for our guys ski weekend.

Beautiful, peaceful place. We enjoyed our stay. And would love to come back. Instructions were clear, didn't interact with the hosts because all of the amenities and accommodations were clear.
My only suggestion, decor wise, a stand up, full length mirror is needed. Maybe in the empty alcove by the stairs on the main level.

We had such a wonderful stay! The home, beautifully maintained, and incredibly spacious — plenty of room to relax and feel comfortable. So thankful we chose this lovely home as it and the location exceeded our expectations! The home interior was a good size for 2 families, we really loved the patio and were able to star gaze. The location was beautiful and quiet. The pool and spa was a added bonus. Close to shops and trails and all things outdoors. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again in the future. We loved this cute and cozy rental. The two decks were very nice. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of room to spread out. The location is fantastic! Great place to stay in summit

Lovely property with great views and things to do are everywhere. Plenty of room for guests. Only negative thing was the water filter needed to be changed and we had to by 2 cases of water mountain valley water 65 but other than that we would stay again for the price we paid for the property. Very clean.

Incredible cabin in a wonderful location

What a beautiful cabin! This is an epic place, just a few minutes away from the Keystone resort by car. The place has two incredible fire places, a fully furnished kitchen, and so many other perks. Also, the communication with the host was seamless. Highly recommended!

Beautiful, comfortable stay for our family

The property was just as advertised. The beds were comfy, there was lots of room to hang out and visit, the kitchen had everything we need for cooking. It was a short walk to the hot tub and a short drive to the Ski parking lot. It worked out really well for us. We would stay here again

Absolutely beautiful condo, perfect for our family of four and in-laws. It was frigid cold, so we did not get to use the outdoor pool or hot tub, but the space was big enough for us to not all go crazy being indoors.

This was our second time to stay at this property. It’s one of our favorites in Summit County. Near to everything, plenty of walking trails and hiking trails close by. It was incredibly cozy and the property manager was very responsive. We had an issue with the washing machine and it was fixed within a few hours.

Perfect Mountain Home

The place was perfect. Plenty of room for all 4 of us during a pretty incredible snow storm. Played outside and lounged around the roomy home. The rooms were cleaned and had lots of space and heat. Perfect home.

Awesome property and location

We had an amazing time and the property could not have been better. Spacious, clean, quiet and everything you needed. The town itself and nearby towns were perfect for sight seeing. Beautiful landscape everywhere you turned. Would definitely return.

Great vacation getaway

We were all very pleased with our stay. Invited our adult kids/families. Lots of space so we didn't feel crowded. We loved the master suite which covered the entire top floor and gave us some quiet time at night. Very clean and stocked well with everything necessary to cook. The kids enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub area as well. My favorite was having a fireplace in the master suite. Highly recommend this place and plan to bring my family back. The only negative was the stairs. The older we get, the more we need to consider this when looking for a place. If you have bad knees, I would still recommend this addition; however, I would look into a unit on the bottom floor.

Great Stay on a Getaway

We were in Keystone to meet up with family for a celebration weekend. It was so nice to have our family of 6 under one roof, instead of several hotel rooms; it was like home away from home, but in a beautiful cabin in a mountain setting. The cabin is a lovely, very clean, spacious place. From booking to check-out, everything was simple. The management provided a guest guidebook that had all the steps and information needed, they texted to check in, and quickly responded when I texted with a question. A 10/10 stay!

Fabulous condo close to River Run

Spacious 3BR condo with lots of room, updated countertops & decor, lots of TVs & 2 fireplaces. Short drive to main lot Keystone or even closer to overflow Powerline lot. Keystone bus route stop within short walking distance.
