Description

This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhouse sleeps 8 with a king bed, two queen-sized beds, and a queen sleeper sofa. It features vaulted ceilings and a kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Private laundry and garage. The private deck offers beautiful mountain views. Enjoy the quiet location or take advantage of the nearby shuttle and be anywhere in the resort within minutes. Settlers Creek offers shared amenities including a heated pool and 2 hot tubs.

Please note that we have a minimum age requirement. To reserve this vacation rental, the paying guest must be 26 years of age or older. This property also requires a minimum of 2 nights to be reserved. If you reserve less than 2 nights you will be contacted and required to either lengthen your stay or cancel your reservation.

The spacious entryway offers three sets of mounted hooks, a bench and storage cubbies for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. Head upstairs to the living area that features large windows allowing plenty of natural light and beautiful views. There is a flat screen TV next to a gas fireplace with stone surround. The sofa can pull out into a queen-sized bed. Extra linens are in a closet.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats eight. Just off the dining area is the private deck with beautiful views. The first of three full bathrooms is also on this main level and has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. There’s a private washer and dryer, and laundry detergent is provided for your convenience.

The primary suite is on the main level and features a king-sized bed on our Ivory White Bedding program and a flat screen TV. The gorgeous en suite bathroom has double sinks, a jetted tub and a walk-in shower with a glass enclosure. Upstairs on the third level are two guest bedrooms. Both feature queen-sized beds on our Ivory White Bedding program. Both bedrooms also have flat screen TVs and share a bathroom that has double sinks and a shower/tub combination.

Very nice apartment. We stayed with our family and the space was perfect for everyone. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub, which was a great bonus after our activities. The location is excellent, very close to Keystone Resort. The hosts were very kind and attentive, always available for any questions or suggestions. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

This is our second time staying at this property. We love Settler's Creek this time of year. This home is always clean and has plenty of space for our family. Our teens enjoyed the hot tub and pool table at the clubhouse too. Close to Keystone Village on bikes or for a run. Would stay here again and highly recommend!

The townhouse was exactly as described. The place was clean and the beds were awesome! We were 3 couples arriving on motorcycles so the garage was perfect! 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms perfect! The communication was over and above, they made sure we had everything we needed! The location was perfect for us with with plenty of restaurants nearby. Should we plan a trip in that area we will definitely seek to stay there again!

Best location for A Basin spring sling!

The location of the property was fantastic! Very easy to get in and out of whether you are heading towards Dillon or A basin. So much room in this property! All of the bedrooms were great size, and everything was super clean. The unit was well stocked with cooking utensils and such. They were also plenty of fans and humidifiers for our use as well as lots of extra blankets. Any time we had any questions, they were answered right away and with such a great attitude. The pool and hot tubs are only about a minute and a half walk away. I would definitely recommend this and will 100% be planning to book this again!

Family ski trip

The stay was great. The house had plenty of room and it was well kept. the hot tub was so close to this unit it was great. Nice to come back to after a long day on the slopes. The only down side is if you’re coming with a group there can only be two cars. there is no overflow parking, no street parking, no guest spot etc. most likely you won’t have that problem.

Overall perfect spot

Great stay for my daughters and I. It was quite a bit farther up the road into the mountain that I realized. Still only a 5-10 min drive to ski parking lot. There are 3 flights of stairs from garage to main floor as an fyi. Beds were comfortable, view was gorgeous and staff responsive when my daughter locked us out. Would def stay again!

We loved our stay at this property! A few things to mention though might be the ceiling fan in the master was too noisy to use, but they had several fans available in the closets to use! This house is beautiful and was very clean! Loved seeing all of the hummingbirds while enjoying the deck! Summit County Mountain Rentals are very responsive and have great communication. We have stayed with them in the past, and we will surely stay with them again in the future!

July 4th getaway

Loved the resort area / town in the summertime- great trails, pool, restaurants & activities all in close distance. Saw tons of wildlife right out the front door. Property was clean & well stocked with towels, washer dryer, dishes etc.
