Great stay! The Airbnb was awesome. Beautiful in the summer, great location, clean, spacious, lots of kitchen supplies. It fit our group of 6 perfectly. Loved having full 3 bathrooms. I would stay here again.

The townhouse was exactly as described. The place was clean and the beds were awesome! We were 3 couples arriving on motorcycles so the garage was perfect! 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms perfect! The communication was over and above, they made sure we had everything we needed! The location was perfect for us with with plenty of restaurants nearby. Should we plan a trip in that area we will definitely seek to stay there again!

The location of the property was fantastic! Very easy to get in and out of whether you are heading towards Dillon or A basin. So much room in this property! All of the bedrooms were great size, and everything was super clean. The unit was well stocked with cooking utensils and such. They were also plenty of fans and humidifiers for our use as well as lots of extra blankets. Any time we had any questions, they were answered right away and with such a great attitude. The pool and hot tubs are only about a minute and a half walk away. I would definitely recommend this and will 100% be planning to book this again!

Just a short drive or avoid parking congestion and take the shuttle that is a very short walk to the end of the road. There is one flight of stairs up to the main living space and master bedroom. Third floor are the other two bedrooms. The sofa sleeper is comfortable.

Great stay for my daughters and I. It was quite a bit farther up the road into the mountain that I realized. Still only a 5-10 min drive to ski parking lot. There are 3 flights of stairs from garage to main floor as an fyi. Beds were comfortable, view was gorgeous and staff responsive when my daughter locked us out. Would def stay again!

We loved our stay at this property! A few things to mention though might be the ceiling fan in the master was too noisy to use, but they had several fans available in the closets to use! This house is beautiful and was very clean! Loved seeing all of the hummingbirds while enjoying the deck! Summit County Mountain Rentals are very responsive and have great communication. We have stayed with them in the past, and we will surely stay with them again in the future!

The entire home is well appointed, I especially appreciated the coffee machine with a permanent coffee filter. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable and the heated tile flooring is a plus!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great place to stay. It was stocked well and provided enough basics to last us our 4 days (with plenty to spare). Loved the 3 bedrooms as it fit our situation perfectly. Make sure that you read that Large vehicles will not fit in the garage . We were prepared because the guidebook let us know that large vehicles like our Ford Expedition would not fit, but having the "extra" spot (driveway) made it perfect. The only issue with the rental is that it stated it had a private grill, but it was not there for our stay. The free shuttle is close to the unit and worked great except We had a day where the free shuttle did not arrive in the morning so we had to drive to the hill, but that is not an issue with the condo - just bad luck. We would definitely stay at this unit again in the future. Also, the property management was responsive and they have a great guidebook for the unit that answers questions you might have.

Great place for a quick ski trip. Very clean with amazing views, enough space for everyone in the group. Kitchen had everything we needed to stay in and cook if we wanted to. Only downside, late check in and early check outs. Other than that, would definitely book again!

Their favorite part of each day was time spent in the late afternoon at the comfortable pool and hot tub. Of our 5 times we’ve been to the Keystone Resort, this was our favorite stay!

Loved how close it was to Keystone. We never used the shuttle but it went right by the front door. We loved that we could use the pool and hot tubs that were just a short walk down the hill. Communication was excellent. Several emails and text as well as an app to make sure we had all the information we needed to check-in and out. We also loved that they had fans and humidifiers to use in each room. They went above and beyond when I got home and realized that I must have left my jewelry bag at the property. After a couple check-ins by text, the cleaning crew was able to locate it. Exceptional! Only minor improvements would be to add pot holders in the kitchen and fix the cold faucet on the big tub in the master bath. We would definitely come back!

We enjoyed being able to cook in the kitchen for a few meals. The kids loved playing with the sleds in garage. It did get a little warm inside while we were there but being able to swing a window open made a huge difference in cooling it off. Overall great experience, this home had everything we needed to be comfortable during our stay.

There was plenty of room for the kids to stretch out after a day on the slopes, easy access to ski resorts and local provisions. The house was furnished with everything needed in the kitchen, baths and living/sleeping areas to walk in and be comfortable and not have to worry about going back out to find something we needed.

Our family of 5 (2 small children and a baby) had plenty of space in the condo. Like the description says, there isn't any air conditioning- even with the box fans the 3rd floor bedrooms get very warm in the late summer afternoons. It's manageable, but something to be aware of if you have babies/small children that take afternoon naps. The temperature is not an issue for night time sleep. Summit County Mountain Retreats was super responsive to any maintenance issues. Also, pretty views from the family room/kitchen.

The kitchen had every utensil and dish you could think of, even a slow cooker (that we used for chili). The living area has a perfect view of the mountain. We sat and watched the snow and it was very relaxing. Each room had additional fans and humidifiers (something I wasnt sure I would use, but ended up relying on). All in all, this served as a great home base to our skiing, hiking, and sight-seeing adventures that we had planned. Absolutely loved this spot. The only small 'let-down' was the hot tub was closed (due to COVID-19) but we just added a road trip to a nearby hot spring instead.

Thanks for giving us a perfect rating and for recommending our hotel to other travelers. Due to the covid-19 restrictions the building HOA has been unable to open this pool area safely. Unfortunately, the pool in managed by the building HOA and is out of our control. We try to keep our guests updated on this through our website, or in their check in instructions. Our family of six (four kids ranging from 10-2) had a great stay. We had one small issue early on that was fixed easily and quickly. We loved the location, most of all. The complex was quiet and we were very close to a lot of great hiking / off roading trails, though we also felt close enough to town. Our family enjoyed the Settlers Creek nature trail and had so much fun playing in the river each day. We would highly recommend staying here!!

We had a fantastic time! We love Keystone. When the grill ran out of propane we contacted property manager and it was fixed! There was another incident with an alarm going off a building down and it was taken care of too! Not only did we have a great time with great lodgings, the property management company was great too!

The condo was very comfortable and cozy! We enjoyed the spa area quite a bit!The bunkbeds in the two upstairs bedrooms were a little claustrophobic. Would be nice if one room had just a queen bed with perhaps a trundle. All in all it was a wonderful stay and we would come back again!

The place was immaculate. Upon arrival, we did have to report a busted screen door, missing dials on the washer/dryer, and a patio door that possibly didn’t lock. Maintenance was sent to our townhome immediately and looked everything over and addressed our concerns accordingly! The lock did work, we just didn’t know how to do it!

The view is awesome, the deck I would describe as medium size. If you stay here, remember you will be at 9000 feet, the air is thin I got winded at climbing just one floor and there are three. Great place to just chill or get out and Ski. Lot of thing to do and see in the area. I give 4 Stars on “Were you satisfied with the property's general condition?”, the outdoor grill was dirty and no tools to clean it.

What were we thinking??Had our children and grands with us. Could not have been a better experience for them. Neighborhood, safe, quiet, convenient, beautiful. Minnie cabin had a great pool, hot tub, pool table and we used them all daily. House was comfortable, everybody had private space and we had a blast!Shuttle stop convenient, easy access. Only critique could be, have a printed out shuttle route schedule at home. Took a bit to navigate the actual website so this would have helped. Also, list some restaurants conveniently located with recommendations for familie. If we had traveled here before, that would have helped. Otherwise, great trip.

We had a really great stay. They emailed us reminders and helpful tips for check-in and check-out. Offered a 20% discount for an extended stay. Nice and close to keystone resort. About a 15 minute drive to downtown. The clubhouse is about 2 min walk from the cabin, it was nice soaking in the spa after a day on the mountain. As far as the cabin goes. There were pots and pans for cooking, games, TV, plenty of towels and blankets.

Little quirks included finding the master power on (under the frame) of the TV, there not being enough serving bowls for large meals and only small coffee cups, and the lack of cold water in the master suite electric kettle would be nice, since the stove top kettle took forever to heat up for the tea drinkers. Using the bus just down the hill makes more sense than trying to park closer to Keystone (especially if you get a later start, because the parking lots can get full) We didn’t use the on-call shuttle, but I would recommend having the telephone number handy because the bus stops running at 5pm - or if you need to walk back, there is a lovely bike path that goes right into town for a 12 minute stroll - starting just up the hill and to the left. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool and pool table!

Keystone in the summer has plenty to do if you enjoy the outdoors. We recommend taking the lift to the mountaintop to enjoy a short hike and the games the have set up.

Under 60 minutes to great mountain hikes. Clean, convenient, in a beautiful setting. Everyone liked the place and the setting. 8 people is definitely maximum.

Everything was organized from the check in to check out. Tons of instructions and communication before, during, and at check out! We seem to make it to the ski resorts every year during ski season, however, we had yet to come during the summer months. This stay has us just about convinced that summer is better than winter in Keystone! Miles of running trails, miles of hiking trails, peaceful, quiet, almost like a private get-a-way. We will be back for sure!!

We have stayed in Keystone many times, but this was our first time to stay in this area (our first non ski in and out). We LOVED it. Tucked in the mountains, and close to town but also not in the middle of all the hustle and bustle or skiers. The 3 story style condo allowed magnificent views. Great amenities, some that we took advantage of: humidifier, excellent kitchen and cook ware (as well as spices, baking ingredients, things we were glad not to buy), sleds, jacuzzi tub, the bedding was also superb. Neat nature trail right near condo. Fun to hike and see animal foot prints in the fresh snow. We will be booking again next year. Thank you!

Very nice, clean, and cozy cabin with a great scenery! They even provided games, CDs, and movies for a fun Family night in. The entire house was fully furnished with enough towels, soaps, and all other amenities that anyone could possibly need. The resident portal is as extremely helpful with recommendations on transportation, local attractions, and more. Will definitely stay again!

This little condo was perfect for a girls getaway. We were doing a "silent retreat" with some girls from church and we were able to spread out and hang out at the common area/club house right down the street! It was so convenient. The home is beautiful, well stocked with a fantastic kitchen, great views and in a beautiful neighborhood within Keystone. Dillon is about 10 minutes away, which meant we had shopping and restaurants very close. The Keystone ski bus literally passes in front of your house, so you can hit the slopes without having to drive anywhere. We got hit by a big winter storm, and local teams would come at least 2 times a day to clear the snow off the driveways, which is a massive benefit!The only down thing I would say about the property is we could really never get the thermostats to work properly in the home. We were usually way to hot, so even when we had temperatures near 0 degrees F, we would have to crack a window in the living room and the master bedroom for about 10 minutes to cool everyone off. Sometimes the rooms on the third floor would be baking and the living room would be freezing, so we really didn't get it.

Very detailed directions to pick up keys and get to place. Very tidy when we checked in and a flexible check in/check out policy. Had the essentials there for a weekend in the mountains. Great hot tub and communal area as well.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for a 3 day ski weekend with our family (8) before Christmas 2014 at this wonderful property! All I can say is it's so much nicer than the photos show!! It's huge...layout is great, you can dump all your ski gear on racks in the garage. They even had a Xmas wreath on the door...nice touch:) Lovely amenities...fully stocked kitchen which surprised me as I did a lot of cooking and I literally bought half my kitchen with me...who knew?? They had every appliance known to man!!! Crockpots, blenders, food processors etc...plus tons of spices and herbs...wasn't expecting this at all ...awesome!! The balcony had a really nice grill...which was another pleasant surprise as the photos look like only the shared communal club house had one!! The master suite was very comfortable and spacious, the other 2 bedrooms had bunk beds that were each full size, plus a great pull out sofa sleeper,we could have fit in a couple more guests, comfortably. The clubhouse was a short 2 mins walk from the property and was just perfect...heated swimming pool, 2 hot tubs, outdoor fireplace, pool table etc. It was decorated with fresh greens on the mantel and a 12 foot fresh Christimas tree..we headed there every evening...very festive...couldn't have been more perfect!! Shuttle bus at the end of the street was great...just a short drive from the slopes....take not rent inside the resort, you get a 25% rental discount from Mountain View Sports...who had a great friendly staff, they are across the street from the resort / ski slopes. Anything you buy or rent at the resort has a steep 12% added tax Yikes!!! Only problem we had was when we first arrived the entire condo smelled of sewer gas...and it was strong! My handy husband was convinced water needed to be run in the kitchen went away the next day. Overall: Excellent stay and experience, loved it:)....will definitely be back next year!!

We took our four teenage children to Keystone for the long weekend and loved it! The condo has plenty of room to sleep up to 10 and we did not need anything but what was provided. The addition of Minnie's Cabin to swim and play pool was great fun! Thank you for a wonderful weekend.

Keystone resort is run well with shuttles running to and from the mountain 3x an hour during the day, which makes life convenient not having to drive. We took our daughter for her 17th birthday up snowboarding and stood in this townhome. There were 6 of us total and the townhome was plenty big. The location is great, only a 2-minute drive to River Run Village and Gondola. The Keystone shuttle comes three times every hour from 8-5pm. The unit was fully furnished and had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped with more than enough pots, pans, plates, bowls, silverware, etc. The townhome is only a short 1 minute walk to Minnie’s Cabin which is where the heated pool and hot tub are located. I would highly recommend this unit. We plan on staying there again soon.

The two bedrooms upstairs are very basic and small but they were adequate for our needs. We LOVED Minnie's cabin and the proximity to the pool. The location is great too. You feel like you are away from it all but a short drive gets you to so many places. We hope to stay here again in the future. Check it the hike a street over by the stream.

We have been visiting Summit County every winter for the last 20 years or so and have stayed at all of the usual locations. We usually book at Gateway but they were full so we looked elsewhere, and we're glad we did. We fly into Denver, rent a car and drive out. We always stay at Keystone but ski Copper, Breck, Vail, Keystone, A-Basin-basically we look at the snow reports in the morning and follow the snow. Keystone is centrally located to all of the area resorts. This place is back out of the way a few minutes, but if you rent a car it's no problem at all. There is bus service too but we didn't need it. Condo is roomy, 3 full baths, beautiful big master, big comfy bunk beds and nice big flat screen TVs in the living room and bedrooms. Mini's cabin is excellent. The two hot tubs were nice. Saw kids using the pool in 10 degree weather but that's not for me. Pool seems awfully small for summer guests, but overall this place is excellent, and over the years I've seen them all.

Reviewer Comments: We stayed here at the end of March 2012 and had a wonderful time The unit was very clean, modern, convenient to Minnie's cabin and the shuttle stop for Keystone. There was plenty of room for 4 of us and can probably comfortably fit 7-8. Other mountains are not far - about 10 min drive to a basin and 20 to Breckenridge. Views from the townhouse were pretty. We decided to stay here as we felt it would be quieter than River run (which it was, very peaceful) I would definitely stay here again.

I have 3 young children and they enjoyed the heated swim area about 2 buildings down from the town house. The only issue we had was that the unit does not have air-conditioning. The weather was nice enough to open all the windows and the unit was very comfortable. The problem was that all three of my kids still nap and they would wake up when cars drove by or people were walking over to the pool area. When we closed the windows, the rooms started to warm up. We figured it out, but just something to think about if you have napping children. We would definitely come here again.

My husband is a professional BBQ cleaner(Prestige BBQ and Oven Cleaning) in Denver and recommends a cleaning for it to help prevent rust and help protect the grill thru the winter. BBQ utensils would be helpful. I thought the townhome was very tastefully decorated, but the carpets could use a good cleaning. Overall, a terrific time there!!!

A home away from home! Garage! Minnie's cabin was great too! We had a ball playing billiards and enjoying this building. The pool and hot tub were beautiful, but out of order for us!
