It was a great place and location is amazing with food and fun right out of the steps. Loved all of the window units and fans as well to help with air. Served our family of four very well.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was nice and a perfect fit for our family of four. It was really close to the lift.We arrived late at night and were a little confused by the parking garage since it services three different buildings by different elevators, but we eventually figured it out.I never did find the main entrance to the condo building. Thankfully this unit was near the back stair case and on the second floor, so we just used that the whole time. Everything in the condo was great. The only small inconveniences were that the cabinet door under the sink was coming unhinged, and the guest bathroom toilet runs. We turned it on and off until we figured out how to wiggle the handle just right to make it stop running.

This was the perfect location for a quick weekend on the slopes. Check-in process was fairly easy, condo was clean and comfortable. We had issues getting the tv to work, but property management was responsive to messages about the issue.

I would advise bringing your own coffee and filters ... there were only a few small filter packs. There is a small store across the square which was convenient. Several restaurants which had takeout available.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a very convenient location for skiing at Keystone. It is really a short walk to the lift/gondola. Very comfortable. I would advise bringing your own coffee and filters ... there were only a few small filter packs. There is a small store across the square which was convenient. Several restaurants which had takeout available.

The place was clean and had a great kitchen. I wish the hot tubs we're actually hot but I'm sure it's some regulation. The balcony over looked the village shopping area which was nice.

This unit is located right in the middle of Breck Village. Very close to everything. I even walked back to room to get something and didn't mind the walk, it was so close to Gondola. We had a very nice stay.

Great condo for our family of 5; including a 9 month old baby. The unit is quite the trek from the elevator, so make sure you grab a luggage cart in the underground parking. The entrance to the garage is a little hard to find, it is in the building directly east of ice skating rink.

Absolutely ideal condo for 3-4 adults or a family of 4-5. SCMR's check-in/out instructions were detailed and accurate, the condo's owners have done an impeccable job of appointing the condo with comfortable furniture and beds and plenty of comfortable, clean towels and linens. The ski locker is very helpful to keep snow and ice out of the condo and avoid carrying gear up and down stairs to get to/from the mountain. The location is perfect, with only about a 5 minute door to gondola walk. We got about 2' of snow while we were there, so the heated garage was a lifesaver and we never had an issue finding parking spots, even on the weekend.
Cannot recommend this unit highly enough!

Absolutely ideal condo for 3-4 adults or a family of 4-5. SCMR's check-in/out instructions were detailed and accurate, the condo's owners have done an impeccable job of appointing the condo with comfortable furniture and beds and plenty of comfortable, clean towels and linens. The ski locker is very helpful to keep snow and ice out of the condo and avoid carrying gear up and down stairs to get to/from the mountain. I really liked that we didn't need to worry about parking or lockers for our ski equipment. Seemed everything was well taken care of and plenty to do in and around the condo.I understand the comments about deep cleaning since there are stains on the carpet as soon as you walk in. I don't remember anything else needing attention though. Actually, they had everything well stocked and clean other than the stains you're greeted with.Management was fantastic during working hours. However, when we called late at night after seeing reports of road closures, they were not very responsive (asked about possibility of staying longer if the roads didn't clear up). When they did respond, they just told us there's nothing the could do and that another guest was on the way...Ultimately, this wasn't an issue since the roads were driveable, but it was frustrating to not get a timely response.

Great location!! Not only is it in the middle of the Keystone Resort, it is in the middle of Summit County and you can reach all of the other top destinations within a short drive. The management company was great to deal with and very responsive. Very well organized and thoughtful. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was wonderful! Loved everything about it. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Property management company made checkin and checkout super easy, and gave lots of information before check in and had a wonderful web based portal during our stay. Being in the village was wonderful, from our balcony and windows, seeing the trees lit up at night only added to the dreamy quality of this place. Something to do for everyone.
