If you’d like a place you can park your car (in secure garage parking) and not have to get back in your car until it is time to head out, this place is for you. The unit is about as close to the gondola and summit lift you can get with a handy ski locker in the lobby to securely store your gear. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean. The main living area has a pull out couch and easy-to-use fireplace. The kitchen is very well stocked with cooking utensils, which was appreciated on the nights we chose to stay in. The unit also had cable and games/puzzles which were also appreciated after a long day on the mountain. Despite being in the heart of the village and on NYE, the unit was surprisingly quiet. Needless to say, our family enjoyed the condo and everything that came with it, immensely.

We meal planned and all 8 of us ate elk our dinners and lunches here and there was plenty of room! The convo is incredibly quiet and we rarely heard anyone around us. We skied every day and loved the short walk back and the supper convenient lockers for our skies! Everything was great!

We were here for a wedding at Warren Station Center and it was great to be steps away from the venue. The management was easy to communicate with by text and was responsive to our service call when the pilot went out on the fireplace. We enjoyed the hot tubs and found our unit to be supplied with everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked and plenty of towels were provided.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very convenient for skiing! My wife and I do the kid hand-off at lunch for skiing and this place was close to everything we needed. Lots of room for a family of four with a huge amount of storage (something we never find in rentals). VRBO and Summit County rentals do a great job keeping you informed with emails, texts and your own app specific to your rental. Only cons: the blinds to the sliding glass door were broken and the recycling/trash situation in the complex is always a mess. Pros: Location, size, storage space, family friendly.

The check-in process was very easy. Great instructions and directions made everything so easy. The room was very clean, plenty of room for our family of 6. Enjoyed having a full kitchen with all you need to cook a full meal. Kids loved having there own tv in the bedrooms. Enjoyed the board games that were in the room. Excellent location and close to endless hiking, exploring Breckanridge and all the other mountain towns. Only downfall is the pool requires reservations to use and the reservation list opens up 48 hours in advance. We weren't made aware that you have to sign up 48 hours in advance. Spots fill within an hour of opening. So we werent able to get into the pool on the weekend which would have been nice. Overall all the many positives outweigh the pool. Excellent place and a great price and we will definetly be back! I hughly recommend this place!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We chose Silver Mill #8165 based on convenience. This room was centrally located in River Run Village less than five minute walks to shopping, dinning, equipment rentals and most importantly the gondola. The room came with everything we needed for our stay. We never ran out of towels, had extra pillows and blankets and we did not need anything for preparing meals in the kitchen. We had views of the courtyard from both bedrooms as well as the living room and the balcony was just an added bonus. Ski lockers, sauna, and hot tub were a plus. We were from Georgia and used to high humidity. The three humidifiers were great. No maintenance issues during our stay. Loved the heated parking garage and how easy it was to access either via the elevator or one of the several stairwells. It didn't matter where you parked, you could get to your room quickly. Did I mention how quiet it was after hours. We even had some friends from Denver drive up for the day and we had plenty of room in 8165 to entertain their short stay. One word Convenience. My grandson loved the pool table in lobby too, just not as much as the wonderful skiing. We will be back. Thank you

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I thoroughly enjoyed ore extended two-week stay in 8165. The location was ideal - just a short flight of stairs to the courtyard. While thrw deafening sounds of beer bottles being thrown away in the dumpster below our window every night was a bit... inconvenient, it was but a blip on the radar. The accommodations were spacious for our family of four and we certainly hope to stay in this unit again in the future!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There was 6 in our party, easy check in/out with keys and all. Everything was nice. Bathrooms and Bedrooms nice size, beds very comfortable. It was quite when we went in June. Didn't need A/C, temp was fine without it. Recycle/Trash crew did come around at about 8am every morning and did make a racket but only lasted for about 5 minutes. Besides we were really up and ready to go by that time. So thankful for the Humidifier, being from the south the drier/cooler air in Colorado made it uncomfortable for our sinuses after about the 3rd day. There were a few small manintence things that I suggested to be fixed, but most of it was just normal maintenance. Hot water for showers was just barely warm enough for 3 days, but on the 4th day (Monday) it was hot and we didn't have to wait 5-7 mintues to get it, it came quick. Not sure why the difference. Neat shopping village this is a part of too.

The condo was quaint and comfortable. It was clean and had everything we needed. I liked all of the wood work in the condo. It definitely had that mountain cabin charm through out. The only thing I didn’t like about the condo was the table. It’s just too small of a space to have a table and the living room felt cramped. Also keep in mind this unit does not have a air conditioning unit. So if it happens to be a warmer summer day it could be a little uncomfortable. When navigating to the unit don’t go by Google Maps it won’t take you the right way. Follow the directions in the email that they will send you. Also they are very strict about check out time and being out by 10am.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This little condo was great for our little family. It was clean, everything worked, there was plenty of hot water, and even my husband liked the fancy lavender soap. :D The location was beautiful and my kids loved going to the shops around River Run. The candy shop was their favorite of course. The only problem with this particular unit was that it was really far from the elevator. We are young and in shape and used the baggage trolley, but it was a walk. The dining table was a little sticky too, but that might just be a cheap finish. Maybe maintenance can refinish it and fix that issue. :)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a fantastic little two bedroom condo right in the heart of the River Run Village. Access to everything was a breeze. Parking underground was easy and dry and the unit looks out over a less crowded and noisy courtyard. The decor is classic mountain and we had every amenity we needed for our stay. I will definitely visit again. That being said, you should be aware that you can clearly hear the garbage and supply vehicles moving around the village very early in the morning; the pool is quite a walk (though the hot tubs, sauna and work out room are not); and the dishes are a bit sparse. Still, we loved our stay.

Very comfortable condo, well-appointed and nicely decorated. We happened to visit just after Labor Day and were in for a very quiet village (virtually everything was closed); however, it was just what the doctor ordered. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. The management company provided very clear instructions for check-in and directions to our unit. Two thumbs up!

We had a wonderful time at this condo! It was well appointed and perfect for a family of 5. The condo was tidy and clean. We loved the location, it was in the heart of the village and steps away from the beautiful outdoors! There were shops, restaurants, hot tubs and a pool in short walking distance - with Starbucks just down stairs, convenient! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need for a home cooked meal. There is a grocery story nearby in Dillon. We enjoyed hiking, biking, exploring the neighboring towns, and hanging around the village. Our kids loved the giant sized games in the village such as checkers, connect four and chess; they also enjoyed the kid-topia events. We will definitely be back, we loved our stay at this condo and can't wait to experience it in the winter months and ski up to our door!!!

This condo was perfect and easily accommodated six adults. We found the condo clean, comfortable and quiet. The beds, linens and bath towels are very nice. Bathrooms are spacious and the kitchen is well equipped with everything needed to cook all meals. It was only a short walk to hot tubs, the rec center and a gas grill; a large pool was nearby. We took advantage of access to numerous trails for bicycling and hiking. The Village has shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, a yummy cookie place, and places to sit and people watch. There is a playground and variety of things for children to do such as tic-tac-toe, a beanbag toss, and making music on chimes. It is only a short drive to grocery shopping, Lake Dillon, Breckenridge, and Frisco. We will for sure stay here again next time we visit Colorado.

I've always been skeptical booking through a management company versus a homeowner-- we've had bad experiences with mgmt co's before-- but the Summit County team was fantastic. They were super responsive (by phone, not so much through the Airbnb message system), communicated clearly, and the property was really nice-- clean and everything we'd hoped for based on the listing description. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, especially for such a fantastic rate!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very satisfied with the rental company, they were very helpful and always responded to my questions in a timely manner. The condo was great, very clean, furniture nice and comfortable. Beds and bedding were outstanding. The bathrooms were much larger than in some of the condos that we have stayed and the master bedroom had room for a pack n play which we set up for our grandson. Our only criticism was that there were virtually no spices in the cupboards, the only ones were pepper and salt substitute. Most condos we have stayed in have a few spices such as salt, pepper, cinnamon and garlic. Also, it was hard to do any hand washing of dishes as there were no stoppers for the kitchen sink. The only dish detergent was in a huge container that you had to take the lid off to use. It would have been nice to have a smaller container that could be refilled. There was plenty of detergent for the dishwasher. Overall, it was a great place and we would be happy to stay there again.

The condo was great, very clean, furniture nice and comfortable. Beds and bedding were outstanding. The bathrooms were much larger than in some of the condos that we have stayed and the master bedroom had room for a pack n play which we set up for our grandson. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed for the first time at the SCMR Christmas week 2013. Property was 100 yards from ski lifts, located right in the middle of the ski village. Surprised how quiet it was being so close to all the action. Great restaurant right down stairs, Starbucks next door, small market which had any little item you may need. Free shuttle buses take you any where you need to go, we didn't rent a car the whole week, free ride to Breckenridge. Told a friend and he'll be renting the same condo in Feb.
