Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very pleased with the vacation rental, and the surrounding area. We had a lovely time. The only negative item was that it was very difficult to find assistance when needed, even from the owner. I tried calling the numbers and the emails they left, but nobody could help me with a simple question. I was not able to get into the workout room with the items left me. It was important for me to have this accessible and unfortunately, I was not able to use it. Sadly, no one seemed interested in helping me either?

We had a great stay and time. The resort was extremely quiet this time of year. We enjoyed the numerous hiking trails in the area and the fall colors though past their peak where still beautiful. The property management was easy to work with and responded quickly when a need happened.

In Keystone for a family wedding--River Run is a great location within the resort, condo was clean and easy to access, though I wish there was a check-in location closer to the village for those visiting without cars. Short and sweet stay in a beautiful place!

Small 1 bedroom in Keystone village. Easy walk to gondola. Well supplied. Great early season value. Host let me keep my car in garage thru final ski day. Probably not always possible but very helpful this time. Quick responses on everything. ...one request... make the actual street address clearer in the listing and info pages. Ski resorts are confusing and I had a tough time hooking up with a lost baggage van.

We loved our stay. We didn't come for ski season, so we hoped for some hiking with two young kids. We loved the convenient access to the Keystone Gulch Trailhead and the Rainbow Park playground.
Apparently, the same weekend we were there, they ❶ do not run the gondola and ❷ they do host a pumpkin festival at Rainbow Park. We came up for a weekend getaway without any real plans, so it was all the same to us, but for future trips, they'll be things to keep in mind.

This Airbnb was great for our vacation. We spent 5 nights at the condo. It was the perfect location for mountain biking at keystone during the day and relaxing in the hot-tubs at night. There were plenty of hiking trails nearby and there was an awesome, paved 10-mile bike path from keystone into Dillon. The condo was as expected based on the description - very clean. The rental company was easy to communicate with, check-in/out was simple.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love visiting River Run in the summer, when it is quiet relative to ski season.River Run Village is tastefully done and we love the natural beauty of mountain scenery all around, and the stunning flower displays in the village. There are lots of handy shops, and many places for sitting in the courtyards. Our only suggestion for improvement is to control the dog situation. There were dogs everywhere: off-leash dogs pooping and peeing wherever they wanted with no owners in sight, dogs tied up somewhere barking their heads off while owners dined or shopped nearby, etc. Other than the dog problems, the property is amazing. Weekdays are quiet, while weekends commonly have a festival of some sort. The unit itself Silver Mill 8170 was great. There are gobs of bedding linens, and even a down comforter which is a nice treat. There were plenty of towels in the bath, and the kitchen was also well-stocked. Living area is comfy. The unit has been nicely remodeled and we liked not having carpet except for the bedroom. Outdoor seating provides stunning mountain views. Two fans provide adequate ventilation (no A/C, as it's not needed), and the humidifier worked really hard to combat the low humidity. Our stay was mid-week so it was pretty quiet, but if you are sensitive to noise be advised that this unit is close to elevator so you hear kids running and screaming in the halls (come on parents, teach better manners), and there is a bus stop right outside the balcony. Other than that, we enjoyed quiet.Property mgmt co Summit County Mountain Retreats was great to deal with. Portal was handy and staff were responsive. Thanks!

What you see is exactly what you get! Right in the middle of keystone village, with walking access to everything you could need. We came in the wrong season so nothing was opened but if it would have been open, it would have been so perfect!
Very clean condo, bed is a little harder but I actually really liked it. Murphy bed in living room was so perfect for our 4 year old to sleep on and then be put away during the day. Kitchen had the basics that we needed to cook a few meals in. The only complaint is there are a ton of tiny trashcans and we filled them all on our 6 day stay as a family of four. I was kind of wishing there was one big trashcan in the kitchen so we didn’t have to always be taking the trash down, but that’s honestly it.
We arrived way earlier than expected and I emailed to see if we could get the early check in and for a very quick response and they were able to do it! So helpful with having two Little’s in the car!
We can’t wait to come back to keystone during the open seasons and see everything it has to offer. What a fun place and perfect condo for a small family to enjoy and experience the beauty of the mountains!

It was a little tight for 5 adults but it fit our budget for a weekend getaway. The underground parking was wonderful and included luggage carts and wagons to help transport your things to the room. We used the hot tubs twice which were wonderful after a day of skiing. We cooked every meal in the condo however a few additional baking dishes/sheets would have been nice. Huge fan of the fireplace and proximity to everything within River Run Village. It's an awesome place to relax after skiing. I would stay here again, hopefully for a longer time!

The condo is cozy, and there is a small Murphy bed that was perfect for my kid. There were some nice board games, the hot tub is convenient, and we had a great time.

This place was amazing! Beautiful location, great service, and all around great time. So much so, we extended our stay an extra night. They even brought us an HDMI cable so we could watch Netflix on the tv. Great price for this place. If it’s available, you should book it!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at this little condo. Everything was very clean and it was obvious that a lot of work went in to making the place look beautiful. As we arrived at the building, I was a little wary but the condo itself proved to be much nicer than the building it was in, so don't let that scare you away! The fireplace was nice. The bathroom was beautiful and clean. The bed was quite comfortable. It was perfect for our trip!

Place was clean and quiet. No contact with the host, picked up keys and parked on own. Pictures matched expectations. Would stay again.
