Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was great, location great, everything was great,EXCEPT that there is a fan going bad in the men's bathroom below the condo and it produced a fairly loud constant 24/7 noise. The noise volume and tone was almost identical to being within 5-10' of an older washing machine.I brought it to the attention of the Silver Mill property maintenance department TWICE, once on the phone, the second time in person talking to a gentleman. (which ironically their door is literally 20 steps or so from the men's room). They said that they would check it out but I don't know if they actually ever did as the issue wasn't resolved within our 5 day stay.So we had to listen to that noise every night, sleep with the noise every night 24/7 for 5 days straight.Other than that, the condo was nice and not any issues with it, very short walk to the gondola and many good places to eat. My rating will be for the condo ONLY as the condo owner shouldn't get a negative review because of the HOA's property management team!

This place was a great place to stay. It was very close to the gondola. The three hot tubs were small, but downtown Keystone in pretty awesome. The check-in process was confusing. I’m not used to so many emails. The emails were a little overwhelming. Then having to go to a separate location for the keys and check in. I’m still not fully sure about a few things. Like do I get a parking permit to park by the elevator? It was a little complicated- Figuring out the right elevator, right parking spots, driving to go get key cards. The price was amazing and I will definitely go back again.

Place was perfect for us. Great location and amenities. Could use some minor TLC to the coffee maker (the valve didn’t work until you lifted the carafe), fridge shelving (bottom shelf was missing), oven mitts (non existent), pizza cutter (was broken) and fire place (didn’t seem to work).

Directions to check in were super easy to follow, was able to check in without having to go to front desk or talk with anyone. Right next to keystone resort, which is super nice since after along day of skiing because the last thing you want to do is walk or drive very far. Very cozy inside, cute outdoor themed decorations. There is a small, quiet hot tub area outside the complex, which is super nice for an evening post-ski soak. I would deffinetly reccomend this rental and would for sure stay here again!

Communication with property management was excellent there was a limited amount of silverware in the unit there was also some ongoing noise from the parking garage. Only 4 coffee mugs in the kitchen so entertaining guests is a challenge.

We love Keystone and River Run for the beauty, convenience of restaurants and shopping, the music and other activities that are available.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was very close to the slopes (closer than the free parking). It had everything we needed. Well, except only enough coffee for 2 days. And no filters for using your own coffee. The hot tub would have been perfect (just outside the doors) but it was closed (COVID). You can use one at the Dakota if you want to walk over there. Ski lockers on the first floors. Parking is convenient in the garage under the complex. Would definitely rent again.

Well, except only enough coffee for 2 days. And no filters for using your own coffee. The hot tub would have been perfect (just outside the doors) but it was closed (COVID). You can use one at the Dakota if you want to walk over there. Ski lockers on the first floors. Parking is convenient in the garage under the complex. Would definitely rent again.

Great Getaway

This location is great! There are nice shops in the courtyard of the location also you can walk around the corner to restaurants. I enjoyed myself it was nice to get away with my husband for a weekend. I would definitely recommend this location. The room was very nice and spacious, kitchen is beautiful.

You absolutely cannot beat the location. It is so close to everything that is fun in keystone especially the slopes. This place felt somewhat updated. We had only minor issues, check in is at an annoying location. Place was hot at night forcing us to leave the windows open. Being directly above the hot tubs has its disadvantages.

After contacting the property management company @ 10 am and agreeing to an early check-in they didn't have the property ready until repeated visits to their office. We stayed in the summer so we got an UNBELIEVABLE deal on the condo. For our purposes, we found this space to be amazing. We stayed at the resort area for 2 nights and got to explore keystone, breckenridge, and frisco all within a quick drive. Our condo featured 3 hot tubs within a 2 minute walk downstairs and a sauna and pool table to use. The condo itself was clean, cozy and had our own kitchen and living room to enjoy. We hope to return during ski season to fully take advantage of its awesome location. We really loved all of the dining options within a few minute walk and the gondola ride to the summit for cornhole and a drink! Such a beautiful space!

Very detailed instructions to check in and check out, and it turned out to be very easy! You can see mountain and the hot tubs from the balcony, so you know when they're occupied or one is available without leaving your room. The room is on the second floor. We had one question from Summit County Rentals while we were there and they were extremely responsive and helpful to us! And Keystone in general is great. Silver Mills is a great location with quick access to gondola, village shopping and food.

Greta location and condo was perfect for 4 of us. Parking is tricky to find so if you're looking it's a under a different Lodge and shared by 3 lodges.

I don’t know what the cleaning schedule is, but with that much notice, and willingness to pay extra, I thought they would’ve been able to be more accommodating.

The SilverMill complex is a great place to stay at Keystone! Close to everything, 3 hot tubs, nice ski lockers, great common room and of course a quick 3 minute walk to the gondola. Summit County Mountain Retreats makes it easy to get into your condo and have always been helpful with everything!

Great place for any time of the year. Heated garage for ski season, and close to everything you need. Very comfortable, plenty of room. Nice view from the balcony. Unit was very clean, and a good value I think.

Great place to stay while you in keystone. Location is great, 2-3 minutes walk to the gondola.
The unit got everything you’ll need for your stay.
I will defiantly be back!

We had a great time at Silvermill. The location was great. Easy access to River Run Village amenities and slopes! The balcony overlooks the hot tubs so it was easy to spot when one was open! One small maintenance issue we had was resolved after hours extremely quickly and professionally by Summit County Mountain Retreats.
