This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo sleeps 4 with a king bed and queen sleeper sofa. It features an updated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The balcony overlooks the hot tubs, so it's easy to see when they're empty. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Silver Mill offers shared amenities including a sauna and three hot tubs.
The entryway offers mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen TV mounted above a beautiful gas fireplace and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. The homeowner has also provided a selection of board games for your enjoyment. Just off the living area is the private balcony that offers views of the courtyard and hot tubs, so you have the convenience of seeing when it's your turn to soak those muscles after a long day of outdoor adventures.
The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The dining area comfortably seats four. The full bathroom features a pedestal sink and a shower/tub combination. It is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a mounted flat screen TV.

The location of this place is great. Being on the 2nd level was nice compared to our previous stays in upper units because it’s just that much quicker to get up and down, with stairs as an option if the elevator is busy. We didn’t feel annoyed by noise from the hot tubs area like some previous reviewers had mentioned.
We enjoyed the hot tubs and sauna every day of our stay. One of the three hot tubs didn’t seem to get very hot, but the other two were great. It was nice not having to jockey for a spot.
The parking garage is a great feature, but we wished for a better solution for a second vehicle. We used paid overnight parking in the river run lot for our second vehicle.
Our friends stayed on the pull out sofa which was not comfortable. They ended up just putting the mattress on the floor because the metal frame cross members could be felt through the soft mattress.

The location of this place is great. The unit was clean, missing a few things like a blanket for the extra bed and a couple of glasses, but other than that was well stocked too. The condo was perfect for two. Great location to mountain and resort restaurants. It would've been nice to check in at property rather than another site but it worked out fine. Great and quick communication with property management. Since the living room is right above common area (pool table area), it was a little noisy when trying to sleep.
