Description

This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo sleeps 4 with a king bed and queen sleeper sofa. It features a private balcony overlooking River Run Village with partial mountain views. This vacation rental also comes equipped with stainless steel appliances in the kitchen and mounted flat screen TVs in both the living area and in the primary bedroom. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Silver Mill offers shared amenities including a sauna and three hot tubs.

The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area has a flat screen TV above a beautiful gas fireplace and cozy furniture. The sofa pulls out into a queen-sized bed for additional sleeping arrangements. Extra sheets and blankets are in a closet. Just off the living area you have access to the private balcony that offers mountain views.

The full-sized kitchen offers stainless steel appliances and is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. The adjacent dining table comfortably seats four around a wooden table and chairs. The full bathroom has a pedestal sink, a shower/tub combination and is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The primary bedroom is right next to the bathroom and has a king-sized bed, mounted flat screen TV and offers great mountain views.

Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking.

If you are skiing Keystone, it would be hard to find a better location to stay. Its a short walk to the gondola. The building and unit are clean and fresh like new. The rec room with pool table TV's sofas and bar tables is great for gathering apres ski or ball games. The ski locker room is a nice luxury too. The hot tubs were very popular, unfortunately a little crowded.

Everything we needed and close to the slopes. Very convenient.
Just the two of us; would have loved a few other places to hang gear and clothes so not just on chairs, but thats just a personal preference. Would stay again.

Great for a weekend trip

The location is perfect if you're skiing or spending time at Keystone. The condo was clean, with adequate supplies for the long weekend. The hot tubs were great and convenient, although the one we were in was somewhat sandy in the bottom. It would also be nice to have a couple of extra towels just for the hot tub or pool. Otherwise, condo is as described. The underground parking is also very nice.

First time to stay in Keystone and this was a beautiful condo at a nice resort. There were food options and a little bit of shopping. We could easily drive to Dillon reservoir, Breckenridge, Frisco. My only complaint was the restaurant 9280 Sake House, terrible Ramen and waiter. We had one maintenance issue which management quickly resolved the next day. Highly recommend

Tried a lot of different restaurants around and they were all good.

The property overall was very nice. Nicely located in the ski village so plenty of restaurants. we were there in the off season, so many were closed (cant blame the property for my timing lol). Lime and Rotolo(?) pizza were open and very good. The full kitchen in the condo was wonderful for other meals. My only negatives were that the carpet is way overdue for replacement, and the hot tubs were more like warm tubs, the covers were removed all day so the tubs cooled down.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this condo for a couple days and we were thrilled with the location and the cleanliness of the property! The check-in process is pretty easy as long as you read the guestbook and make sure you familiarize yourself with the instructions. However, finding the condo once you leave the check-in office was confusing. My GPS kept trying to make me turn on a road that didn't exist. Thankfully, when I called the office the staff was very friendly and navigated me to the parking garage. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Keystone Condo rental

Property management was great - text regarding updates and very responsive to our comments.Only issue we had was only one of the hot tub had jets that worked. Hot tubs are nice but not very hot.We would completely recommend this condo and would rent again next ski season!

Good place right in the village of keystone. Great spot. Checking in is a bit annoying and 430 is the earliest you can pick up the keys. Other than that it was a great stay.
